Find the answer to what's in it for me. Why is this task or decision important? What will I achieve once it's completed?

Write it down or set up a reminder.

Build systems and procedures to follow that will keep you on track.

Make appointments with yourself for breaks, planning, visioning, and even napping.

And reward yourself for getting things done.
