Dr. James "Jamie" Dreese is one of the world's best sports orthopedic surgeons, specializing in arthroscopy of the knee and shoulder. Dr. Dreese provides a behind the scenes look at the way orthopedists provide care and look to refer their patients.

He has served as editor-in-chief for the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and has been appointed to numerous regional and national leadership committees in Orthopedic Sports Medicine.

Dr. Dreese is actively involved in sports medicine research, and has published numerous articles and book chapters. Dr. Dreese is also an associate team physician for the Baltimore Ravens. He currently provides care to athletes out of his Maryland based offices.
