Training military recruits for free at his new gym is just one aspect of Mark Obremsky’s fitness experience. He is also training for strongman competitions and continuing to expand his knowledge to help others.

Mark is an army vet who got out of the military without too much of a plan. He attempted school a few times and realized he was not quite ready. Once he got out, he realized his health and fitness was not up to his own standard. He began training but really got into things when he began getting help from Johnathon Carlisle. He is training for strongman and wants to continue training and competing. He recently open up a gym with his trainer, Jonathan. The gym recently opened and they are now on the path to helping as many people as possible. They are helping military recruits condition for their service, help vets any way they can, and help bodybuilders, powerlifters, strongman competitors, and anyone else be the best version of themself.
