Fitness trainer Bart Walsh joins The Weight Room Podcast. He shares his experience getting into the acting industry, starting to train to achieve an aesthetic goal for acting, going through a life changing cancer experience and surgery, and getting back into the gym for a whole new reason. We chat about handling a very challenging situation, why trauma is seen as only a negative thing in our world, and utilizing trauma for a better outcome. We also discuss human health from a local, regional, country, and global perspective, what the differences are from a true health and mindset on health perspective, and how to make big changes in a positive direction.
Bart and I have a great conversation and it reminded me that changes must happen locally- even within ourselves first- before we implement massive change that is unsustainable and unrealistic. Tune in for a very inspirational podcast!
