Microdosing has become a popular area of discussion, research, and practice in the last few years. The idea of using small doses of mushrooms with psychoactive properties for health has an interesting ring to it. Culturally, psychedelics were and still are in large numbers seen as dangerous and irresponsible and anyone who uses these kinds of drugs openly carries a certain stigma.

With the use of mushrooms to microdose, there is a growing movement to use mushrooms at a small (micro) dosage to help people mentally. Whether this be in a formal setting like a therapy or in “everyday” use by people who simply see these drugs as helpful in their lives.

With even more research being done on the health benefits of mushrooms (both psychoactive and non-psychoactive), it is becoming more clear that they may have some health benefits for our mind and body.
