Lots of people never think of having financial goals because they don’t feel there is any point as they will never reach them. However, women are often the “Chief Financial Officer” of the household. According to Bloomberg, “women drive 70-80% of all consumer purchasing”. As we talked about in Episode 1, women have proven themselves to be more disciplined investors in the stock market. So, let’s talk about the real issue and that is that many set ineffective financial goals – ones that aren’t out of their reach but are simply not stated in such a way that they will ever know they achieved them. Take “I wish I never had to worry about money” or “I’d love to go on holidays to nice places”.
