On this episode of The Thought Vault Podcast, I’m pleased to have guest Sarah Geringer on the show to discuss thought life, meditation, and how the two transform your thought life.

Sarah Geringer is a speaker, podcaster, artist and author of Transforming Your Thought Life: Christian Meditation in Focus and three self-published books. A teen girl version of Transforming Your Thought Life will be published in fall 2021. Her daily must-haves are hot tea, dark chocolate, and fresh flowers. She lives in southeast Missouri with her husband and three children.

We dive into these subjects:

What is Christian Meditation, how to use it, and how it is different than secular (typical) meditation
How meditation helps us renew our thoughts to improve our mindset
How Christian Meditation can be practiced and worked into daily routines effectively

In addition, we talk about the necessary practice of staying mindful of our thoughts, how to truly see a difference when using meditation, and how our thoughts can pervade so much of our healthy lives.
