In today’s episode, we are going to explore a “thinking” model that I’ve learned to practice from one of my coaches. This thinking model is a tool that you can use and it will help address the root of the outcomes in your life and the way you are dealing or not dealing with results you’ve realized. This useful tool can also help you with helping you reach certain goals you may set for your life. It's truly changed the way I think and I think it can help you too…. so let’s get started!

We are all different in how we play our mental games, BUT we are all the same in that there is a sequence of events that plays out in all of us. And that’s what we are going to analyze right now.

You may have a relationship, or a work situation, maybe a physical goal, or a mental roadblock happening in an area of your life that you would like a different outcome or achievement and this model will help you get through the steps and make the changes you need to take to realize the outcome you truly desire.

This model is called CTFAR (in short) and is an abbreviation for:

Circumstances

Thoughts

Feelings

Actions

Results

What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you."

We have POWER over our brains, and when we learn its like any other muscle that needs to be trained, we can make changes in our lives that will help us reach personal goals or fix bad habits, because God has given us a new life and we can acknowledge the new life He has given us and live our lives more for His purpose. And by now you know one way to do that…...GET CONTROL OF YOUR THOUGHTS!
