Mike Stein of the University of Iowa comes on today. Mike is the record holder for the Javelin throw and is only a Sophomore. He recently won gold at the U-20 Pan American Games and continues to improve and move forward in all aspects of life.

Mike and I talk about mental performance, visualizations, and which energy we use on the field and in the weight room. We discuss how simple things can be the key to extraordinary performance.

We touch on how to grow discipline and work ethic and how to become a more well-rounded athlete, I highly suggest you take some knowledge and actions away from Mike's journey.
