I finally have a guest back in the studio. Patrick Greenan, Pitching Coach at Salem State and Pitching Coordinator at 781 Evo joins the arena.

Pat and I met in Vermont playing American Legion against each other and have kept in touch ever since. Pat brings a similar philosophy as Primal Baseball to the table.

We end the episode by debating the importance of having a mechanical sided player (lab rat) and making sure they can compete when things arise in the game(gamer).

In life things will not be smooth, if you train with grit and non-perfect conditions, you will be prepared when obstacles arise.
