With Bill and Carmen on the road back from the Carolinas, Candice stepped in to the studio in their place along with Dave for the show today. But before she came in, Hitch shared a bit about his experience chaperoning an overnight school field trip.

Anticipating the show today, Dave reached out to Kris, our Production Director, and had him put together a little something extra with a jingle just for today.

In catching up witth Candice, we heard a little more about her time in Athens during and after Milton and the fall weather she had there as well as the fall weather she is used to up north.

Candice had a question for Dave regarding a situation her husband has found himself in and was looking for an answer on how to handle it.

One listener texted in to share that they were not aware that Candice is pregnant with Baby #2 so she gave us an update on that and then told us how the pregnancy brain might have contributed to her getting locked out of the house last night.

Dave and his wife picked up a little something extra recently when they brought home their new dog, Lagni.

Because Candice has a toddler at home and is expecting her second child, Dave asked her about baby food pouches. Apparently, the popular option contains a little more sugar than many realized.
