This quote captures the essence of today’s grounding meditation practice.

In today's world, it often feels like we're caught in a strong storm, being blown in many different directions, making it hard to maintain our balance and stability. Mindfulness helps us regain our stability by grounding us in the timeless moment of now.

This practice invites you to let go of everything happening outside, in the world, and instead to focus on grounding in this moment, right now, like a tree with deep roots that can withstand the winds of the storm.
