Zooey Deschanel: This episode's cold open is one of my favorites, and I shared my experience of meeting fans while promoting the show in Italy, as well as my love for the Italian dubbed version. In addition, I analyzed the direction of the relationships between Nick and Jess, and Cece and Schmidt, and expressed my love for some of the plot points, such as the repeated tap-dancing scene and the long physical interaction between Nick and Jess. Finally, I mentioned a tomato variety named after New Girl.
