Key Insights

Why did Matt Gaetz suggest that a foreign government was responsible for Jeffrey Epstein's death?

Gaetz posited that Epstein's death was a foreign operation in concert with elements within the U.S. government, implying a state-level involvement rather than a low-level guard's actions.

What evidence does Matt Gaetz have to support his claim about Epstein's death?

Gaetz admitted he has no concrete evidence, merely presenting it as a theory based on the widespread belief that Epstein was a Mossad asset and that foreign interests had a stake in silencing him.

Why did the FBI not indict Matt Gaetz despite allegations of sexual misconduct?

The FBI previously investigated Gaetz but found no grounds for indictment, leading to speculation that the recent 'hacker' story is a deep state tactic to discredit him before he could become Attorney General.

What is the significance of Marjorie Taylor Greene's call for transparency in Congressional misconduct reports?

Greene demanded the release of all ethics reports, including those involving sexual harassment and assault, to expose the $18.2 million paid out from a Congressional slush fund to settle such cases secretly.

Why is Justin Trudeau threatening to arrest Benjamin Netanyahu if he visits Canada?

Trudeau's stance is based on the International Criminal Court's arrest warrant for Netanyahu, accusing him of war crimes during the conflict with Hamas, which Canada, as an ICC member, is legally obliged to enforce.

How has Rachel Maddow's viewership and salary changed at MSNBC?

Maddow's viewership has declined significantly, leading to a $5 million pay cut, reducing her annual salary to $25 million. Despite this, she still works only one day a week, earning approximately $480,000 per show.

Our kids have said to us since we've moved to Minnesota, we are far more active than we've ever been anywhere else we've ever lived. Moving to Minnesota opened up a lot of doors for us. Just this overall sense of community and the values that, you know, Minnesotans have. It's a real accepting, loving community, especially with two young kids. See what makes Minnesota the Star of the North. New residents share why they love calling it home at exploreminnesota.com/live.

Hey, come see us on tour. We're going to be in Honolulu. We'll be in Baltimore. We'll be in Atlantic City. We'll be in Providence, Rhode Island. Go to JimmyDore.com for a link for tickets and only JimmyDore.com. Hey, this is Jimmy. Who's this? Jimmy, this is President Joe Biden. Oh, hey, Mr. President. So good to hear from you. How are you doing? Jimmy, I'm feeling fantastic. Just like I always do right after I leave the amazing nation of Brazil.

What a wonderful country and culture. It's a very free and liberated society, especially sexually. Jesus Christ. Just unbridled sexuality, wherever you go. They don't have the hang-ups that we do here. Have you ever been to Carnival in Rio de Janeiro, Jimmy? No, I have not. Oh, man, you gotta go.

These parades they have in public. These women that dance in the parade. Elaborate headdresses, makeup, and other shit. But full frontal nude. Just full on B and V on full display. The hips, thighs, and buttocks of these Brazilian women, the result of centuries of genetic selection. This culture doesn't want to hide that. It wants to flaunt that. To show the world what is accomplished.

Anyway, I got a Brazilian wax before I left. Okay. Can we change the subject, sir? Okay, fine. But I have a whole lot more to say about this. Yeah, I'm sure you do. Mr. President, do you have a strategy for your final months? Yes, I do. And what would that be? Two words, Jimmy. Bombs away. Yeah.

I don't know if you heard. I heard. But I'm proud to say that my administration gave Ukraine the green light to use American long-range missiles to strike deep within Russian territory. Isn't that a great idea? No. Why did Ukraine have these missiles in the first frickin' place? We gave them the missiles, but then we told Ukraine to not use them. Yeah. But now we're like, you know, fuck it. It's the endgame, baby. Jesus Christ, sir.

Yeah, Jimmy, for sure. This is going to be one of those phone calls that just makes you mad. Yeah, for sure. Mr. President, what are you doing? Why are you doing this? Don't you realize that you're approaching Putin's red line for the use of tactical nuclear weapons?

Jimmy, we face an even bigger threat than Putin and a resurgent Russian empire. Donald Trump's second term. Yeah. I cannot exaggerate the threat that he poses to democracy worldwide. I simply cannot. We can't allow him to succeed on any front. One of his foremost campaign promises is to end the Russia-Ukraine war. It appears that he actually means it, and he might be able to pull it off. Good, let him.

Jimmy, come on. Think. Think how dangerous that is, what you're saying. Ending that war would be a tremendous win for Trump, give him immense credibility. Jimmy, we can't have that. So in order to save democracy, my administration is committed to escalating this war to the point where Donald Trump and his deal-making can make no difference.

So we can breathe easier. Really? Drive an overseas conflict to the point of nuclear war in order to save democracy at home? How do you justify this?

Jimmy, otherwise Donald Trump is successful and we can't have that. Okay, let me get this straight. Democrats can't let Trump have a win when it's to stop a literal world war, but when Trump gets his biggest win by overturning Roe versus Wade, you don't lift a finger, not even an attempt to codify it into law. Why is that? Because Obama was paralyzed by incrementalism and I'm secretly pro-life. Next question. Yep.

Good grief. Is this really what you want your legacy to be? Abortion, illegal, World War III? Jimmy, let's be frank. Oh,

Obama will have many decades to worry about his legacy and what his presidency meant, as has Bill Clinton. I will not have that problem. I'll never even know how World War III ends. Oh, I almost forgot. The cherry on top. My administration just recently authorized Ukraine's use of anti-personnel landmines. Landmines, Jimmy. Landmines. What? What?

Don't worry, just within Ukraine territory. We're not like crazy, crazy. And Congress is doing nothing to stop this. Congress is preoccupied with other things at the moment. The only way Congress would care about these landmines is if one of them tried to use the woman's restroom. This is crazy. What's really going on, Mr. President?

Jimmy, they say when a man gets towards the end of his life, he yearns immensely for the world of his youth. Well, for me, that was World War II. Great. Yes. Once again, what is happening on the world stage is simply an outward manifestation of my stunted, sublimated psychology. You're welcome. Jesus.

Exactly. During World War II and the Cold War, the Followed America came together, united, in a way that it never had before. My parting gift to the young people is for them to experience that feeling of unity once again. The gift of war? How generous!

No need to thank me, Jimmy. You know, when I was in Brazil and wandered away from that podium aimlessly into the rainforest, I came across a native tribal woman standing before me in the jungle, completely naked except for some beads. And she spoke to me in a language I did not know, but somehow I could understand what she was saying. She told me I was a good man. And

and that I'm making the world safe for democracy, and such bravery and fortitude is always met with political opposition. And then she disappeared into the darkness right as members of my team found me and dragged me back to where I was supposed to be. But tonight I'm going to think about that woman and what she said, as well as her nude Brazilian body. And those things will bring me peace and comfort in this uncertain world. Good night! Okay, hope you die soon.

And his TikTok currently boasts more than 1.6 million followers, soon to be canceled. Let's hear it for Ian Carroll. Hey, Ian.

How you doing? Hey, Jimmy. Thanks for having me back on, man. First of all, I love the haircut. You're looking fantastic. Are you auditioning for No Country for Men, or what is this? What are you doing? Yeah, I'm trying to get a little more professional this year, you know? Okay. Trying to work my way into the swamp, see if I can't do a little of that revolving door action that everyone seems to do in the media.

So I just want to show you. I got to look nice before I sell out. So there's been a lot of speculation. I just want to play this for you first. So you said, hey, it looks like Matt Gaetz knows something. Yeah, I love this clip.

So let's play this and then we'll talk about it. Protected. This makes no sense. Like this is like evil, right? Like everyone agrees on. It's like you got a 90, you got a 99. On Epstein, Bill Barr is the one that needs to be called in to give sworn testimony on what happened there at Bureau of Prisons because that is not true.

There's just no way that the story you're getting is the real story there. No freaking way. And Bill Barr knows it. Most people believe that, right? No way that that's true. I actually think that on Epstein, it was a foreign government that took him out. I don't think it was a domestic enterprise. Really? Yeah.

I do. I'm not going to say which one, but I don't think it was. I will. It's the Mossad. But anyway, isn't it funny? It's Israel. What's up? Benny can afford two flat screens, but only one microphone. I don't understand what's going on in this, but here we go. Domestic inspired take out. I think that was a foreign operation. Government sponsored.

So foreign operation took out Epstein inside of our prison. Yes. So they would have must've been allowed to. Oh, I think it was, it was, it was in concert with people in our government. Of course. But not at like some, you know, low level guard getting bribed kind of way. Yeah. At a, at a state to state level. So, so wow. So that's,

Probably a lot of party interests in keeping that under wraps. You better believe it. Weapon systems at play, global deals at play. Interesting. You have evidence to back that up? I'm just positing it as a theory. Wow. Okay. Benny doesn't even know what to say. Yeah, Benny doesn't even know what to say. That's wild. Because Matt just offered that out of nowhere. Benny didn't even probe into that. Matt decided to go there.

And so why do you think he did decide to go there? You know, I don't know why he decided to go there. I think it's awesome that he is intelligent enough to see what

the whole world sees at this point that Epstein was obviously Mossad and that the people that had the greatest interest in shutting Epstein up were Mossad and all of the people involved with that operation. Why he decided to go there? Like there's a lot of speculation you have to do to kind of get to that and seeing what's happened with Gates stepping down and Bondi being put in as AG now is only making me need to speculate more.

Well, let me just say this. Now that we know that it's a foreign entity, what foreign entity is famous for whacking enemies overseas? Obviously, we're talking about the Vatican. Am I right? Come on. At least according to Saudi intelligence services. I mean, at least that's according to Tom Hanks, who also just returned from filming the Epstein code.

Wow. I didn't know. Really? No, I'm just making that up. Okay, I'm with you. Tom Hanks recently featured in Conspiracy Theory Trivia. We asked a question about what celebrity has a photo collection on his Instagram of children's socks that have been lost. Tom Hanks is going to feature prominently in my next presentation about Pizzagate. So...

So he does this video where he posits, he gives a theory about that the Bill Barr, the U.S. government is in bed with a foreign government, which he means Israel, to kill Jeffrey Epstein because there's all kinds of international dollars at stake. And then all of a sudden you see this breaking news.

An unidentified hacker has gained access to a computer file shared in a secure link among lawyers whose clients have given damaging testimony related to Matt Gaetz, the former Florida congressman who was president-elect Donald Trump's choice to be attorney general. The file of 24 exhibits is said to include sworn testimony by a woman who said that she had sex with Mr. Gaetz in 2017 when she was 17.

as well as a corroborating testimony by a second woman who said that she witnessed the encounter. Florida's age of consent is 18, so the act described above would be considered statutory rape. Well, first of all, why didn't the FBI indict him then? They leaked that they were investigating him for this. They leaked that, I think, back in 2021.

that they were investigating for him. Why all of a sudden now does it take a hacker? So this tells me that the deep state was afraid that he was going to become the attorney general and start making things public that they didn't want public. So they had to create a hacker.

And what do you make of it? And that's why you're here. Where have we heard this story before? These hackers have such convenient timing to time these leaks and hacks to significant elections and confirmations. And they always seem to have information that...

doesn't get pro like it doesn't come out the way it should. It's like, why is the FBI not pursuing this and prosecuting him for this? I mean, there has been an investigation into Gates after the allegations were initially made when he got controversial in the first place and they didn't go anywhere. So now we're just peddling rumors and conspiracy. Yes.

I mean, honestly, though, my tinfoil hat at this point is I'm starting to wonder if this wasn't intentional on the Trump campaign's part because you ask, why did Gates offer that stuff about Epstein in this interview? Gates was coming out real hard, sort of like burning the boats and being really vocal about we're going to go after the deep state. We're going to

release the Epstein files we're going to do all these things like kind of like running through the football game naked trying to have them come after him is almost how it feels and and then they slip Bondi in who's like going to get confirmed like and I'm not saying I believe that or know that it just feels like kind of a weird play on everyone's part right now um

So I'm kind of waiting to see what happens. So here's what some of the people underneath this tweet said. They said, this sounds like total BS. Ha ha. Oh, it was a hacker? I don't like gets. I think the house should release the files, but this is hogwash.

Yashir Ali says, Patrick, the allegation in the story is a serious one. Yeah, I know it's a serious allegation. It's one that they've been making. They said the same thing about Julian. That's why they use it. That's why they use it. They did the same thing to Julian Assad. He's a rapist. They did the same thing to Russell Brand. They did the same thing to everybody that they want to silence. The FBI should and will investigate. They already investigated it. Did they not investigate it, Ian? No.

Yeah. Yeah. You can read all about it. It might even have a Wikipedia page. I'm not sure. They already investigated it. And they didn't even not not only did was he found innocent in a court, they didn't even go to court. There wasn't even a charge. There wasn't even a charge. And I'm going to show you where this story comes from in a minute.

But right now, let's get back to these people. And Yashar Ali says they can't prove if it was a hacker or not. In my mind, that's what you should be asking for. But that's just me. Laugh my ass off. A serious allegation. If there was any merit to it, it would have been leveraged long ago when it was first used by leftists against Gates like two years ago. Exactly right. That is such a so ridiculous allegation.

anyway you can they always love to hide behind the concept of a hacker because it allows them to spin any narrative they want when it's this like secret informant and they i was actually just putting stuff together about the clinton email leak and seth rich and you actually got a very similar thing there where they tried to hide behind like like

The concept of the hacker that first broke into Hillary Clinton's email server so they could try to blame the Seth Rich leaks on Russia and on Russian hackers when it was actually Seth Rich that had leaked it from inside the DNC is a tale as old as time.

I like, so here's a tweet from you. They have, quote, anonymous hackers, end quote, cracking the Gates case wide open in days, but five years later and not a single Epstein client or conspirator has ever been charged when they have all the tapes. It's all bullshit and political theater and they're afraid of what comes next. Well, here's one more.

I can't imagine why he's being so heavily targeted. Matt Goetz isn't funded by the Israel lobby. Yeah. Funny how that works. So there you go. So there you go. So what came next was he actually had to withdraw his name from nomination. That's what happened because GOP senators said they wouldn't back it. And I wonder if he was threatened. What do you think? I would imagine there's a lot of backdoor dealings, a lot of threats, a lot of negotiation.

And I can't help but feel like the Trump administration should be ready for this by now. They should have a backup plan. Seems like they did because they put Bondi up within hours of Gates stepping down. That felt ready to go. Yeah. And I don't know anything... Now I'm just hoping that they actually just flip this and appoint Gates as special counsel for an investigation into the Epstein files or something funny like that. I'm not holding my breath, but that would be pretty funny. What do you know about Bondi? Anything? I don't know anything.

I've been doing a little, so I didn't know anything before today. I've been digging into her today just to kind of get some background and she's interesting. She's, she's super experienced. And I mean, the obvious first point that she's been, you know, speaking out about in her speeches lately is that she is a strong woman and where we were promised, uh, the patriarchy as Donald Trump was elected. And now like,

She's kind of a funny answer to the less criticism of Trump. And she is a very experienced prosecutor. Almost 20 years, I think 18 years on the beat, so to speak. She worked in Trump's... She was hired by the Trump campaign to defend him against the first impeachment trial. And then she worked in his campaign for 2024 doing legal stuff for...

one of the nonprofits affiliated with them. So we'll see. She seems pretty solid. Well, she's also a Zionist, right? She probably is. I haven't actually found any clear evidence one way or the other, but from the look of her, from the vibe, it seems probable.

Which is really like, I think that's the most interesting story to look at reporters online right now is how they're reporting on Trump and his administration relative to Zionism relative to his actual, like, you know, we're getting a real look at who is an actual journalist and is willing to criticize Trump versus who is just a cheerleader and was only being a journalist when Trump wasn't in power yet. And now they're ready to sweep anything wrong that Trump has ever done under the rug and pretend like he's like God's gift to this earth. Um,

So he's not funded by APEC or by the Israeli lobby, but he is funded by the Jack Nicholson Impressionist Lobby. I don't know if you know that. Yeah, for real. That's Matt Gates I'm talking about. Come on. Yeah.

I wonder what the House Democrats are going to push to release the Ethics Committee report on former Representative Matt Gaetz, despite Gaetz's decision Thursday to withdraw his name from the running to lead the Justice Department in President-elect Trump's incoming administration.

Representative Sean Caston from Illinois, who had introduced a resolution Wednesday to force a House vote on releasing the report, said the public still has the right to know what ethics investigators found as they probed allegations that Gates had used illicit drugs, had sexual relations with the minor while he was sitting congressman. Gates was vigorously denied doing any wrongdoing.

So, again, these are the accusations they make about anybody they try to discredit who's a threat to them. And what Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene says, for my Republican colleagues in the House and Senate, if we're going to release ethics reports and rip apart our own that Trump has appointed, then put it all out there for the American people to see. Yes, all the ethics reports and claims, including the one I filed.

All your sexual harassment and assault claims that were secretly settled, paying off victims with taxpayers' monies. The entire Jeffrey Epstein files, tapes, recordings, witness interviews. But not just those. There's more. Epstein wasn't, isn't the only asset. If we're going to dance, let's all dance in the sunlight. I'll make sure we do.

Let's go. She posted that tweet before Gates withdrew that and the Democrats announced they would keep pushing to release the report. She addressed this tweet to Republicans because at the time they were debating whether to release it or not. But what is she talking about? Let's let it all. Let's all the. Well, she's talking about.

$18 million that the Congressional Slush Fund has paid out whenever a congressman is accused of sexual harassment. They've paid out $18.2 million.

And what they call hashtag me to claims. Now, I was the victim of a false hashtag me to claim from the Young Turks, Anika Sparian. It was she was so dumb. She revealed she was using it to blackmail me to shut me up because I was exposing them for smearing Julian Assange and anti-war journalists. Right. And so that's why that fell flat. Yeah.

Since 1997, the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights has paid out 18.2 million to settle 291 cases, 291 cases of workplace disputes for Congress, the Capitol Police, the architect of the Capitol and the Library of Congress. You don't know about this slush fund, do you?

When news first broke of the settlement account, Congress was accused of having a veritable hashtag MeToo slush fund to secretly pay off victims of sexual harassment. Reports surfaced that then-Representative John Conyers negotiated a secret settlement with a female staffer who accused him of sexual misconduct and the 88-year-old quickly resigned from Congress.

88 years old. 88 years old. It turns out Conyers congressional office budget paid out his sexual misconduct settlement, meaning that the total wasn't even included in the multimillion dollar slush funds reported total.

Slowly, it has emerged that the fund appropriately annually by Congress includes payouts for workplace safety and pay disputes in addition to sexual harassment claims, though many specifics are not reported. Until June 18th of fiscal year 2018, two senators' offices and five House members' offices

had claims filed against them. An additional House member's office had a case filed against it from June 19th through December 2019 out of a total of 20 filed. Though 32 allegations of sex, gender, pregnancy discrimination were filed in fiscal year 2018 and 28 were filed in fiscal year 2019, it is not known if those types of discrimination or harassment cases were against congressional offices or other offices alike.

Under the fund in 2019, a 2019 report noted 16 employees were paid a total of 600 grand a in settlements. And while 20 claims were filed, just 16 appear to have been filed by protected class, three under sex, gender, pregnancy, three under national origin, four under disability and six under race, color.

After 23 years and 18 million in payouts from the workplace rights office, it seems like taxpayers might have a right to know more of the details. So what you get when you have a whole bunch of a whole bunch of old sleazy men climbing the Jeffrey Epstein ladder to get into Congress, you know, fighting for APAC money and all being blackmailed, you wind up with a pretty messed up culture in charge of our country.

And so why do you think the Democrats now want to push to make that his ethics report? Because the ethics report is going to be filled with allegations, salacious allegations. And they don't have a Trump pee-pee tape to talk about this election cycle, so they need some big scandal to play out on Rachel Maddow every night for the next year or whatever they're planning to do. Yeah. Yeah.

Right. I mean, I can't help but feel like what they're trying to do is now that Trump has won so obviously, which they're trying to downplay in the media, which is crazy, trying to say it's not a landslide, like define landslide. But it seems like they're trying to start World War III.

start a bunch of scandals, crash the economy. I mean, it's not like this is a new thought. A lot of people have seen this coming. So that way they can set them up for four years where the media is best positioned to divide the country more and just perpetuate lies and propaganda for four more years. I don't think it's going to work, but I think that's kind of what it looks like they're trying to do. That does look like they're definitely going to... Well...

They're going to allow the economy to crash. That's my prediction. Yeah. If they don't instigate it themselves, they're going to allow it. And one of their buddies will do something to help it. Yeah. Tip over. That's right. And so because they've been the ones propping it up with, you know, a whole bunch of fake money for the last four years. That's right. It's all been fake money. It's all been money printing.

As we've talked about on this show, they've been printing a trillion dollars every couple of months. A trillion dollars every couple of months. Yeah.

The level of just disregard for our country's future, both in the money printing and in the objective starting of World War III that just happened this week is so criminal. And I really hope that... I mean, Trump has been on this line of like, I'm not going to prosecute my political enemies. I'm going to be like the bigger man. I'm not going to... And he did that in 2016. He didn't prosecute Hillary. He didn't prosecute people that he was talking about.

But honestly, I think that more than half of America is ready to watch at least a few of these people get prosecuted. Well, they prosecuted Trump and they prosecuted everybody around him. They prosecuted Bannon. Including people that were peacefully protesting outside the Capitol. That's right.

And they weren't even at the Capitol, but that had whatever phone messages that tied them to January 6th. Right. And then, of course, the Antifa people who actually went into the Capitol, they weren't... And Ray... What's his name? Ray Epps. Those people... Yeah. No prosecution. I mean, the Antifa people actually had their bail paid by people in the government. And then Kamala Harris goes out on live TV and tells them to keep on burning and looting.

Like the two-sided nature of our political establishment is I know both sides are part of the snake, but the shift to the left has been really overt in the last four years. I'm saying I saw reports that there was known Antifa members at the January 6th thing inciting riots. Oh, for sure. Yep. Yes. Yes.

Yeah, I'm kind of surprised that we haven't gotten better reporting on that yet. Or I guess the left has just done such a good job of siloing in their listeners so that they won't listen to any wrong think. It's this religious cult-like need to adhere to the religion. So I have friends who are comedians who are Rachel Maddow watchers.

And what I will tell them that, hey, did you not see the video of all the January 6th protesters being let in by the cops and the cops taking selfies with them and them walking very respectfully inside the red velvet ropes? You didn't see any of that? And the literal what they say back to me is, oh, you're you're cherry picking those videos. I'm like, I don't know what you mean by I know what you mean by cherry pick. I'm talking those are videos that exist.

Exactly. You don't need to cherry pick them because they exist. And that is the only evidence you need. Yeah, that's called evidence. That's called something that you're not being shown by the establishment.

Yeah. That's like saying that just because Bill Clinton diddled kids on Jeffrey Epstein's island some days, you're just cherry picking days out of Bill Clinton's administration. Some of the days weren't that bad. That's like saying, hey, you have a video of a guy on the grassy knoll with a gun shooting Kennedy. You're cherry picking that video. Yeah. What? No, that's pretty much it's a video that there's a video that exists that I'm telling you about on January 6th. Most of those protesters were peaceful.

And the ones who were not peaceful were instigated by the agent provocateurs, the FBI assets in the crowd. People like Ray Epps, who didn't get prosecuted. Or what did he get? They finally, because he was on so many videos, they finally, I think they did like, they gave him some kind of suspended sentence or something.

They did something to him. I don't know what they did to him, but they finally did something. But the New York Times wrote articles sympathetic to Ray Epps. Why would the New York Times want to write a sympathetic article of a MAGA guy who was inciting people to go into the Capitol?

Why would the exact same reason why they're writing articles sympathetic to the killer of Lake and Riley right now, which is so atrocious? Yes. I have. I just I did see MSNBC. I saw them. Right. I don't know about anybody else, but I know MSNBC. They said that the killer of Lake and Riley, he didn't even have a chance. Well, guess who didn't really have a chance? Lake and Riley.

Yeah, it's unbelievable. Yeah. So again, people don't realize that their media is controlled by the same people that control the government. And it's called the war machine and Wall Street, which are almost one in the same.

And these days, really, that's one of the... So the war machine is also the CIA. The military-industrial complex is partially the intelligence complex. And we all know by now that the intelligence complex is a marriage between the CIA and Israel and Mossad. And we know that that includes the Jeffrey Epstein network and all these blackmailing networks. Though they are not identical to the military-industrial complex, the blackmailing networks are working on behalf of elements of that military-industrial banking complex.

And it's really obvious when you see all of the people that are blackmailed voting for the candidate that represents that complex and spewing propaganda on their TV shows that represents that complex. It's like it's so tied together and it kind of blows my mind that so many people are asleep to all of it still. Ray Epps was given a one year suspended sentence. I just my producer just told me. Yeah. Ray Epps was given his next CIA assignment. That's right.

So, yes. So as Chuck Schumer revealed that the CIA doesn't work for the president, the FBI, the NSA, the intelligence community doesn't work for the president. And how do I know that? Because Chuck Schumer told Rachel Maddow that Donald Trump is being very dumb.

to criticize the intelligence community because they have six ways a Sunday to get back at you. And for a smart guy, Trump thinks he is. He's being really dumb to criticize. So what that's called a gaffe when you tell the truth, because what Chuck Schumer revealed was,

was that the intelligence community doesn't actually work for the president, and the president better watch his P's and Q's about what he even says about the intelligence community, because they are going to control him. And they did. They did through Russiagate, through tapping his phones. They lied to the FISA court 17 times so they could tap everybody in his campaign's phone. And they did that. And that's not a scandal.

I mean, just for clarification for your viewers, let's be really clear. The CIA does work for the president. The president directly appoints them. And this has been a scandal ever since the CIA was founded. You go back to the history of the CIA and the very first CIA directors were aware that if they didn't please the president, they wouldn't continue to get funding. And so what they started doing is lying to the president through

Throughout the entire history of the CIA in order to conceal what they were doing that the president didn't like and in order to continue to receive funding and that very quickly evolved into both like blackmailing presidents, lying to presidents and heaven forbid, maybe considering a small smidge of election interference.

here and there in order to make sure that they had a friendly president instead of a Donald Trump type of president. Well, we saw permanent state actor after permanent state actor when Donald Trump was elected brag on camera that we've been here before you were elected, Donald Trump, and we're going to be here after you're gone. They would say this on camera. People who work for the FBI, CIA, NSA, that's called the permanent state or the deep state.

And they have an agenda and they don't work for the president. They blackmail the president. They discredit the president. They do Russiagate of the president. That's what they do to get their agenda. They have an agenda. And who is their agenda serving? It's serving a handful of billionaires. That's what it is. Go look at the Atlantic Council, all the sponsors. Exactly. I mean, I've been spending most of the last year just researching.

the history of the intelligence agencies because that is so critical to understanding the corporatocracy that we live under. And when you start to realize that the CIA was founded, like they chose corporate lawyers to found the CIA and to run the CIA in its infancy because the CIA was essentially a

corporate lawyer. It's like a corporate network. It's a network of companies that work as fronts for intelligence. And that's still true today when you have Facebook and Oracle and Palantir and all of these corporations working as proxies for our intelligence agencies. It's essentially just a giant military intelligence arm of the corporate state. ♪

Hey, guess what? Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau confirms that Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yov Galand will be arrested if they step foot in Canada after the ICC's decision to issue arrest warrants.

Justin Trudeau says he's going to arrest Benjamin Netanyahu if he goes to Canada. Guess what? Benjamin Netanyahu is not going to go to Canada. Yeah. But sounds like big talk. That was like big talk. But at least he's saying it right. So here, let's listen.

Michelle Song, CBC News. Now that the ICC has issued warrants for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former Defence Minister Yoav Galland, Canadian law enforcement is obligated to arrest them should they come to Canada. Will you allow that to happen or will you step in to prevent an arrest?

First of all, as Canada has always said, it's really important that everyone abide by international law. This is something we've been calling on from the beginning of the conflict. We are one of the founding members of the International Criminal Court and International Court of Justice. We stand up for international law and we will abide by all the laws

all the regulations and rulings of the international courts. This is just who we are as Canadians. So they're going to arrest him, but not for the war crimes in Gaza, for not wearing a mask. That's what I hear. Yeah, pretty much. So what is this all about? I can't believe he didn't start that speech with saying, I want to make sure that we are clear that I stand with Israel's right to defend itself. He really went off script there. He did.

International Criminal Court issues arrest warrant for Israel Prime Minister Netanyahu. Yeah, let's go. The International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Galant and a senior Hamas official. But I think that Hamas official, oh, there was a couple other that are dead now. Yeah. Yeah.

accusing them of war crimes during and after the October 7th attack on Israel last year. In a statement on Thursday, the Netherlands-based court said it found reasonable grounds to believe that Netanyahu bears criminal responsibility for war crimes, including starvation as a method of warfare and the crimes against humanity of murder, persecution, and other inhumane acts. The warrants mark a first historic...

making Netanyahu the first Israeli leader summoned by an international court for alleged actions against Palestinians in the 76-year conflict. While the international criminal court warrants don't guarantee arrests, they could significantly restrict Netanyahu's ability to travel to ICC member states. The prime minister's office dismissed the warrants as absurd and anti-Semitic. Israel utterly rejects the absurd and false allegations

and accusations against it by the Internet. Why don't you just call it anti-Semitic? Which is politically biased and discriminatory body, his office said, adding that there is no war more just after the Hamas terrorist organization launched a murderous attack against it, carrying out the... So what you do if someone, a terrorist group attacks you, what you do is you slaughter every woman and child

That you can get a bomb around. You drop 2,000 bombs. And you bulldoze their roads and you raise their buildings. Yeah. And you bomb them in their tents. And in their hospitals. And you cut off food and water. Yeah. Bomb their hospitals and schools just to make sure. Yeah. And then you make sure everyone knows that you're the victim.

Only he did bring up the Holocaust. Yeah. Ever since reading Israeli Hasbra manuals and the outline of how Israelis are supposed to talk about the Israeli project, it's just crazy to see the same buzzwords and the same techniques over and over and over in every single thing that they do.

Israel, like the United States, is not a member of the International Criminal Court and has challenged the court's jurisdiction over its actions in the conflict and challenged the court rejected on Thursday.

The ICC claims jurisdiction over territories Israel occupies, including Gaza, East Jerusalem, and the West Bank, following the Palestinian leadership's formal agreement to be bound by the court's founding principles in 2015. The court on Thursday also issued a warrant for Hamas official Mohammed Diab Abraham al-Masri, also known as Mohammed Diab, who Israel says was one of the masterminds of the October 7th attack. Israel said it killed him.

in an airstrike in July, but Hamas hasn't confirmed his death. The ICC said it found reasonable grounds to believe that Deef was responsible for crimes against humanity, including murder, extermination, torture, and rape, and other forms of sexual violence, as well as the war crimes of murder, cruel treatment, torture, taking hostages, outrages upon personal dignity, and rape, and other form of sexual violence.

Hamas welcomed the warrants against Israeli officials in a statement but made no mention of the warrant issued for DEEF. This represents a significant historical precedent. It rectifies a longstanding course of historical injustice against our people and the suspicious negligence of the horrific violations they have endured over 76 years of fascist occupation, it said, calling for all nations to cooperate and bring the Israeli leaders to justice in

and take immediate action to halt the genocide in Gaza. Hamas had condemned the ICC prosecutor's decision to seek warrants against its leaders in May, saying it was an attempt to equate victims with aggressors. U.S. opposes ICC action against Israel. The Biden administration has in the past come out strongly against the involvement of the ICC in investigating Israel's war in Gaza, but said in the past it did not support sanctions against the international court.

And let me be clear, whatever this prosecutor might imply, there is no equivalence, none between Israel and Hamas. He said we will always stand with Israel against threats to its security. In early June, the House of Representatives passed a bill to sanction Israel.

anyone involved with the international criminal court's efforts to investigate, arrest, detain, or prosecute any protected person of the United States and its allies. It has not been brought to a vote in the Senate. Holy shit. Holy shit. Incoming Senate majority leader, John Thune on Sunday threatened to pursue sanctions against the international criminal court. If the international court and its prosecutors do not reverse their outrageous and unlawful act,

We're ruled by psychopaths and genociders. We're ruled by people that were clients of Jeffrey Epstein. That's what this is. Jeffrey Epstein was a Mossad operation for this exact purpose. That's exactly why. That's exactly why they had, exactly why. President-elect Donald Trump imposed sanctions on the former IC. So even if they don't have those politicians, they have the politicians' donors blackmailed. Yep.

So that's that's what you need to keep in mind. President-elect Donald Trump imposed sanctions on the former ICC chief prosecutor during his first term in office. Far right minister of national security, Itamar Ben-Gavir, had condemned the ICC as anti-Semitic. There it is. Adding the Israel should respond by applying sovereignty to the occupied West Bank and building Jewish settlements. They already are.

Yeah. They're already building illegal settlements all over Palestinian territory. Our response to these outrageous allegations of war crimes should be to commit more war crimes. Yeah. And occupy the... That'll teach them. That'll... Yeah. Eli Vleblik, the professor of international law at Tel Aviv University, described the ICC's decision as the most dramatic legal development in Israel's history.

Its immediate meaning is that the 124 state parties to the ICC, which include most of Israel's closest allies, would be legally obligated to arrest Netanyahu and Galan should they be present in their territories. There may also be wider implications, he added, which could limit the ability of third parties to cooperate with the Israeli military.

After an arrest warrant has been issued, the ICC sends requests for cooperation to member states. The court does not have a police force of its own to make the arrest, but relies on member states to execute them, which state parties are legally obliged to do. Previous leaders who have been faced with ICC arrest warrants have experienced limitations on their ability to travel, unable to pass through countries legally obliged to arrest them. Let's see what else. Um,

Lindsey Graham points the finger at the ICC. If they do this to Israel, we are next. Well, you should be next. Yeah, sounds great. Don't tempt me with a good time. So he's admitting this, as Robert Durden says, by implication, Lindsey Graham's admitting that our leaders are in fact complicit, which they are. Syrian girl says, Lindsey Graham, when the ICC is used against Putin and other enemies, he's all for it.

But when the ICC is used for an arrest warrant against Netanyahu, he's not. So isn't that interesting? I hope the international community will continue to support the ICC and their endeavors to hold Putin accountable. While I have no illusion that Putin will ever turn himself in, this arrest warrant is extremely significant because it's an action of an international evidence-based body that will stand the test of history. And then now the court is a dangerous joke. Ha ha ha!

Yeah. It's now time for the U.S. Senate to act and sanction this irresponsible body. That's amazing. Good going, Lindsay. Good job. Really earning those APAC dollars. Then here's the when they pass the this was in June when the House passed this international criminal court sanctions bill after prosecutor seeks Netanyahu warrant. You don't think they have pictures of Lindsey Graham doing things with the. Yes. Oh, yeah.

John Mersheimer, he said the Israeli lobby is as powerful as ever. The American International Relations Scholar on the wars in Gaza and Ukraine and power. Yep, he's right. Anything you had to add to that, Ian?

Oh, I just want to remind everybody that we literally just helped Ukraine launch missiles into the Russian homeland trying to start nuclear war. And Putin has come out very restrained despite large powerful factions in Russia trying to get him to be more hostile and militant. And that's the kind of response that we're getting from Lindsey Graham that Putin is a war criminal and Bibi is not. And anything that Israel does is sacrosanct and holy.

It's a really backwards world. And I think that going into Trump's next presidency, that sort of is the elephant in the room, is that the Republican Party is split between people that are willing to acknowledge how heinous our relationship with Israel is, and those that want to pretend like Israel is God's gift to this green earth. And I really hope that we

we can collectively hold Trump to account for that whole side of his party. Well, that's up to most of the MAGA people I meet. I met a lot of MAGA people at the, uh, rescue the Republic. Yeah. Uh, they are not on board with Israel. No, uh, waking up. I was just in Lexington, Kentucky. Uh,

I would say at least half my audience is MAGA. The other half is dirty, smelly hippies, and I love them. And the other half is teachers and union organizers and people like that. What liberals were always supposed to be. Yeah, people who, like me, who used to be Democrats now aren't.

Anyway, those people, the Magan people, they were yelling out, you know, F Israel. And I was like, that's good to hear. Now it's up to you. There's a real awakening going on.

a real awakening, especially among younger people. But I got to say, Jimmy, it was really cool. When you went to rescue the Republic, there was a bit of, it wasn't like openly stated, but there's kind of like a, we're not going to talk about Israel at this event. It's not really the goal here. And I got to give you kudos. You went on stage and you were the only person on that stage that mentioned Gaza and Israel out of all of those speakers. So huge props for that, because that needs to be said on every stage, as long as that genocide is going on.

Yeah. And, you know, you have the Palestinian college protesters. Boy, they shut that down. Oh, yeah. And I'm like, if they can shut them down, they can shut us down. And those people cheered when I said that. They're like, yeah, we know this. We're on board for free speech, even for Palestinian protesters on college campuses. So that was supposed to be a rally about free speech and anti-war and sanity.

And yeah, that it was real weird when people have one opinion on free speech and anti-war for Ukraine and Russia and a different opinion on free speech and anti-war for Israel and Palestine. Well, I brought it. They gave me a mic, so I got to give them props for that. They gave me a mic. I used it and they let me didn't turn off my mic.

Although they did give me the wrap up really quick. They let Matt Taibbi speak for a half a fucking hour. It was a great speech. I enjoyed it. Yeah, he's awesome. But then... Jimmy, you're supposed to be telling jokes. Stop bringing up the genocide. I did. I brought it up in joke form. I did. When the whole world is a joke, it's not hard to bring up jokes. ...

I don't want to bury the lead, but MSNBC is kind of going out of business and they're going to sell it off. That's what it sounds like. No! It says, Monday's Rachel Maddow show was watched by just 1.3 million viewers, about a million shy of her October average. It was the least, she only works one day a week, by the way, and it's Monday. And you know how much money she makes for that? Well, up until this week, she made $30 million a year.

Is she going to be okay? So that is literally $500,000 a day she makes.

Check my math on that. I'm just I'm just doing the math in my head. I'm not a math. Too much. It's too much for what she's worth. Let's just settle on that. It was the least watched edition of the show since April 2022 in a crucial ratings metric. Viewers under the age of 54. MSNBC has averaged 550,000 viewers since Election Day, a 39 percent decline compared with the next network's average in October.

In primetime, MSNBC's audience has declined 53% since Election Day. Wow. I think she needs to move in with Ellen and do a podcast from London. That's what I think. Either that or use it as a sitcom premise. Two morally broke girls.

Guess what? MSNBC slashed Maddow's salary by $5 million per year. Now it's just $25 million. How? You monsters. Monsters. How is someone supposed to survive on $20 million a year in Manhattan? Now she's going to have to turn her one bedroom or one of her properties into a disproportionately expensive Airbnb just to get by. Yeah. She'll be forced to sell herself for money. Oh, wait a minute.

She's already doing that. But now, because of the pay cut, she's not going to try as hard, Kurt. She's just going to grow her hair out and start dating guys. Good luck. So, by the way, so $25 million, she works 52 days a year. That's if she works every Monday, which she does if she takes vacations. But let's just say, what is $25 million divided by 52? $480,000. $480,000.

For that kind of money, you think she can afford to look a little prettier, if you know what I mean? Well, she does put on the fake eyelashes. She puts on big fake eyelashes. Look it, there they are. But she still wears oversized man jeans. Talk about someone in conflict. Yeah. When you wear those Megyn Kelly fake eyelashes, and then you still wear the oversized man jeans. Rachel Maddow took a pay cut, but what happens if MSNBC eventually goes under?

What does their broadcast look like in a free market without the backing of their major cable network? In a time where people are being given more of a choice as they who that who they want to watch. I'll bet you'll see these hosts struggle mightily in the real world. That's a shipwreck said their show is a government program. So, yeah, they're not they're not in the private. First of all, that's not the private media. That's the government controlled media. Everybody thinks we live in capitalism. No, we don't.

We don't. So when I'm guessing Trump won't be funding whoever's funding, whoever's funding MSNBC. So who funds MSNBC is Big Pharma, Wall Street and the military industrial complex. Right. And so and so who who do you think funds all those things? The government.

The government's been giving they bail out to trillions of dollars, Wall Street, whatever they needed. They give they just did a COVID-19 vaccine that gave them hundreds and hundreds of billions of dollars. And they take that money.

And then they buy the cable news stations. So that's why you don't ever hear the truth about COVID. You don't ever hear the truth about vaccines. You don't ever hear the truth about war. Never. Not one war. Have you ever heard the truth about? Not one. Not Syria. Not Libya. Not Afghanistan for 20 years. You didn't hear about it by Iraq. And you're certainly not hearing the truth about Ukraine. And anybody who tells the truth about Gaza gets fired immediately.

no matter how many lies they previously told about those other wars. So here's a young lady who has a great perspective on it. Let's listen. Rachel Maddow is the first person to see some of the pay cuts coming down to MSNBC. Rachel Maddow made $30 million a year. Do people still watch her? I find it really hard to believe that people still watch Rachel Maddow. I think what happens is there's a lot of hospitals and nursing homes that turn on MSNBC during Rachel Maddow's hour and then just let it run in the background.

She ain't making $30 million anymore. She's only making $25 million now. She only works once a week. She comes into the office one time a week to sit down and spew propaganda and lie to the American people about the things that are going on and then leaves. Once a week. $30 million seems a little excessive for working once a week. Comcast is in the middle of selling off MSNBC and all of their talk shows.

They're doing this because they're not making any money, and the reason they're not making any money is because everybody obviously either streams what they want to watch or they get their news from social media platforms. Plan to spin off all of NBCUniversal cable networks except for Bravo into a separate publicly traded entity. There's simply not enough revenue in these businesses to cover the costs anymore. There has to be consolidation now in this econ.

101. A lot of questions too as to whether a lot of these daytime shows that are currently on MSNBC would even continue to be successful or to flourish when they're outside in like a public market. Without Comcast really pushing it out there, are a lot of these shows just going to flop? It's always kind of been the question too.

We learned that from Don Lemon. Don Lemon left CNN to start his own podcast and it's not going super duper. This is just on YouTube. I can't see his Spotify analytics. Those might be different. But on YouTube, he's only got 286,000 subscribers. Sounds like a lot. But in comparison where he came from from CNN with supposedly having millions of watchers, it doesn't seem

like a lot. His views aren't much better. 35K, 17K, 30K, 21K. Compared to like Tucker Carlson because they left around the same time. Tucker Carlson who started his own network and is at 3.41 million subscribers. Averaging close to a million views per video. That million mark a few times. So that's going to be the real test. Now Rachel Maddow, she signed a contract for five. But just keep this in mind. Those are just his YouTube numbers. Tucker Carlson is primarily a Twitter show and he gets many millions of views.

per episode on Twitter. So she's just going by. Don Lemon is not on Twitter. No, he refused because they wouldn't let him have the free show in space. Tucker Carlson is getting a zillion, in the words of Malibu Ken, Malibu Kyle, he's getting a zillion times more views than Don Lemon. Oh, okay.

Wait, did you see Don Lemon wanted among his demands? It sounds made up, but I believe it. He wanted Tesla. He wanted oversight of Twitter. Don Lemon would be overseeing the standards of Twitter, what you can say on Twitter. And he wanted to do the first podcast episode ever shot from space. You know how like Captain Kirk got to go in Blue Origin? Yeah. Don Lemon wanted them to shoot into space and do a podcast.

Only time will tell, I guess.

No, it is. She's right already. It's been fake for a long time. That's why Hillary said we're going to lose total control if we don't regulate because when the FCC, the Communications Act, where they on purpose took over all the broadcasting. We used to have all those networks and then they got it down to six. Yeah.

That's what that was for, for the government to take over all the media. So now she's like, we're going to lose total control because they had it. They had total control. They had it. They had total control. So, hey, maybe Bud Light's hiring, Rachel. You can look into that. But so it is happening. Hey, become a premium member. Go to JimmyDoreComedy.com. Sign up. Do not freak out.
