After the strangest conclusion to a season in history, we have had the strangest - and shortest - offseason.

Just a matter of weeks after the 2019/20 Premier League campaign wrapped up, the English top flight is set to return once again with Fulham and Arsenal kicking things off for 2020/21 this weekend.
