I explain my simplified and calm approach to figuring out my wonky cycle and short luteal phase and hope that it will help many of you who are struggling to get their cycles in check.

Of course, not everyone will have as simple a time trouble shooting their cycles and that's why there is medical intervention and thats amazing. But many of us can regain a nice, fertile cycle naturally.
