This week we don't really talk about Hypothalamic Amenorrhea, we talk about body image. Rachel Major, the artist behind Rachel Jean Designs is one incredible woman. We met through Instagram when we realized that our art subject matters were so connected. So much so that we actually drew some of the EXACT same things.

On this episode we talk about how it feels to go from trying to fit the 'standard' of a successful adult to become a free-as-a-bird artist that shows up as just you are and what all of the wonderful, magical things that life can provide for you when you do that. We bonded entirely over our experiences of diet culture, perfectionism and becoming digital illustrators.
