Sam Kellgren and I had one of my FAVORITE HA chats so far. We drop so many truth bombs and have so many mic drop moments that I can't stress enough how much I want you to listen today! We were meant to do a Q&A together but couldn't stop talking so we didn't even get to the questions (don't worry, we're doing a part 2 to get to those questions).

Sam shares her story of being a runner with HA to recovery and how she now works with women to help improve their health and get their periods back. She also shares her views on recovery, giving up running just to prove to herself that she COULD give it up and wanting to overcome the story in her head about what would happen to her body if she gave it up. The best part is when we talk about the freedom and liberation that she got from recovery that she didn't think was possible for her...but has now seen is possible for all of us.
