Both Texas Governor Greg Abbott and the FBI in Houston have issued warnings that Chinese spies are harassing Chinese citizens that are critical of the Chinese Communist Party. The warnings involve the presence of a Chinese "police service station", basically a spy house, who's agents intimidate, physically hurt and kidnap Chinese citizens who have escaped from China. Along with the warnings, Gov. Abbott has issued an executive order for Texas State Police to immediately start making arrests.
