In this episode, I want to talk to you about what is stopping you from taking action in your business and your life. I have a feeling that most of you listening to this are stuck deciding what action to take, or you’re running from a specific action that you know you need to take. So this week I want to talk about three roadblocks that might be stopping you and how to overcome them.

In today’s episode, we talk about:

I have seen 3 common roadblocks to why people are not taking action.
The first roadblock is because they are overthinking.
You are worried it's the wrong decision, it's a mistake, etc.
I have been there, I over-thought every single thing at one point, and then I did NOTHING.
The second roadblock I see is perfectionism.
Messy action is better than no action. It does not have to be perfect.
When you want things perfect, it is a form of procrastination.
Messy action still needs to move the needle.
What you think is imperfect, other people are going to think is pretty darn perfect.
The third roadblock stopping you from taking action is fear.
The biggest fears I see in my students are; fear of failure, fear of the unknown, and fear of not knowing enough.
Fear of failure: This is a normal fear. EVERYONE struggles with this. Failure is what is going to help you grow though. Failure is not really failure--- it just means something didn’t work.
Fear of the unknown: I would encourage you to keep moving forward, you will figure it out. Take the leap of faith and keep going!
Fear of not knowing enough: You don’t have to be an expert, you just have to take action and show up.
Recognize these fears, look them straight in the face and tell them to “get behind” you.
My challenge to you this week is to take action. A small action is still an action, so let’s do it, sister!
