I hear a lot of people say "we're all going to get sick" when it comes to the virus and the variants. I've decided not to do that. I think getting sick does happen, but it shouldn't happen as often as it does. The human body is capable of so much more than most of us ever tap into. Through cold showers our immune system stays in an adaptation mode and keeps out inflammation. I also give my other Pilars of health and mindset for not getting sick and living a life of intention. I hope you enjoy it!
