Okay, so my question is why do members of Trump's cabinet like Mike Pence, staunch Republicans like Dick Cheney coming out against Trump essentially erasing their political careers?
Why does that seemingly not influence your opinion? It's a great question. First of all, whoever Dick Cheney endorses, I immediately do the opposite because Dick Cheney is a merchant of death that is responsible for the most destructive, disastrous wars in American history, modern American history, Iraq and Afghanistan. So he's also...
Sorry to cut you off, Dick Cheney. That's a good response. I agree with that. But on the other hand, Mike Pence, literally a member of Trump's cabinet. No, fair enough. What do you have to say? So I actually know Mike Pence. I think he's making a big mistake. Mike Pence has a personal axe to grind with Donald Trump because of all the January 6th stuff. I wish he would put the country over his own personal gripe with President Trump. But let's go through the list of the people that are going against Trump because I think it's really interesting. And I think you make an astute point. Dick Cheney. Mm-hmm.
Leon Panetta, Liz Cheney. These are the warmongers of the Republican Party 20 years ago. To
To go on a college campus, college campuses used to be the anti-war home of America. And now the Democrat Party is having former directors of the CIA speak at the DNC just minutes before Kamala Harris, Leon Panetta, and then Dick Cheney coming out saying Donald Trump is the most dangerous person in the history of the country. That's an exact quote, by the way. I think we'd agree that's a little bit... Actually, I do agree with that quote.
Oh, you think Donald Trump's the most dangerous person in the history of the country? Completely. I believe the way that he tried to go across and...
And he tried to go across and completely erase our democratic process. They did multiple investigations. Hold up. It was a very Trump-oriented Supreme Court at the time. If there's one thing Trump's good at, it's putting courts in justice. And he had a lot of those guys in power, and they still didn't even accept the case. Mike Pence, luckily, Trump almost did it. He almost overturned the election for his favor.
But that was completely that's completely undemocratic in the most I've seen in my life. OK, in the spirit of not like engaging in hyperbole. So you think Trump is a greater threat to the country than like Timothy McVeigh, who did the Oklahoma City bombing? No, no. I mean, I want to make sure that you're not. Let me let me rephrase to rephrase that. OK, to rephrase that, I'm a politician, person in power. Timothy McVeigh didn't do the Oklahoma City bombing. OK.
Okay, politicians in power. So more so than Jefferson Davis, who led the Confederacy? Modern politicians in power. Okay, all right. People alive. Fair enough. You keep trying to divert it, but I'm talking about right now. Right now in my lifetime. We're closing the window a little bit, but that's okay. I'm glad that we are. So more so than George W. Bush, who launched two illegal wars and killed thousands of Americans and millions of Iraqis? No.
Well, I just want to be clear. The moral standard. The personal effect, the Constitution, almost, in my eyes, almost got completely overturned by Trump. Okay, so I just want to make sure that we're dealing in the same planet. Yeah, we are dealing in the same planet. Oh, yeah, I was there. I saw all that happen. You were there on January 6th? I was watching it on TV. Okay. No, but I just want to be clear. Your diversion. I just want to be clear, though.
You did ask about Dick Cheney, which I think is interesting. We'll go back to Dick Cheney. But with Donald Trump, it's fine. So how did he overturn or try to overturn the U.S. Constitution? He did not win the election. And he claimed that he did. And he did everything in his power to stay in power. Are you allowed to challenge results of an election? Absolutely. That's what he did. Recounts, recounts.
Completely recounts of an election. That is a lawful challenge. They did that. He still, to this day, up until actually a few weeks ago, claimed that he should be president. Right. So he also went up to the Capitol building. Hold on. Well, first of all, he didn't go to the Capitol. No, he didn't. You're right. You're right. But if Mike Pence, you're right. You're right. You're right. I'm saying his supporters. You're right. Mike Pence, which he told to go peacefully and patriotically go to the Capitol building. They did not.
Well, some did, actually. Most did not. I did not see that. Hold on, not most did. You know there's only about 40 or 50 violent people out of 3,000 people on the day of January 6th? By the way, who died on January 6th? Trump supporters. Yeah, only person who died was Ashley Babbitt, killed by Nancy Pelosi's bodyguard. A Trump supporter was murdered. Trump supporters didn't kill anyone. There was
They were not... Wait a second. But they were making threats and they're charging the Capitol building? No, again, I'm not defending the violence. Okay, yeah. But I want to be clear. What you think is the greatest threat to democracy of your lifetime... ...is like 40 or 50 guys live-action role-playing as militia members. One that dressed like Chewbacca going on the Senate floor thinking they're going to take over the U.S. government. Whoa.
Meanwhile, you have a George W. Bush. Somebody died. You just mentioned somebody died in that. It clearly got big enough to where somebody was killed. Okay, yes. I saw the videos. They're breaking windows. They're destroying the swamp. Yes, a bodyguard murdered a woman unnecessarily. And yes, I'm not going to defend. Do not cross this door if you got shot. Wow, you think that's okay?
I hate to see that. I hate to see that. Okay, I appreciate the honesty. I completely, I never liked to see that. Because she was an unarmed American veteran who was protesting something you disagree with, got a little ahead of herself, and she got the death penalty. But they did make a strict order, and that was also our Capitol building. Fair enough, but... The police officers there, too, were constantly getting pushed back. It's also her Capitol building, too, just to be clear. Absolutely, absolutely. You shouldn't get the death penalty for protesting. I like that you're being clear. I like that you're being clear.

I just want to make sure, just so we're morally consistent, George W. Bush...
who put thousands of American lives and died because of the Iraq-Afghanistan war. Or Donald Trump, who 40 of his supporters went and broke some windows. Based off the threat to democracy, Donald Trump, way worse. Way worse. What is democracy?
to our democratic process to elect a president. That is what I considered. - Involving of which is to challenge election results? - Challenge election results and then ultimately conceding an election when the investigations and the recounts have been done. - Well, they were actually ongoing. There were many cases that were continuing through the month of December.
But to be clear, because you have to be consistent, Hillary Clinton still has not conceded she lost to Donald Trump. Is she also a threat to democracy? No, no, no, no, no. Hillary Clinton did, showed up to Donald Trump's inauguration. Hold on a second. She has never conceded. She said it was because of the Russians and he was an illegitimate president. Now, no, the Russians did not influence the votes directly, but they were pumping in lots of false information to try to influence the election. Man, you are so programmed by the Democrats. It's amazing. It's like, it's just...
It's like, please try to have an independent thought somewhere. No, but I just want to be, just to be morally clear, that Donald Trump, on what he did on January 6th, and what some of his supporters did breaking with him. I thought you were supposed to be objective. You're not supposed to get personal and try to attack people up here. I'm not. I'm asking you to have a free independent thought. That's what I'm doing. Okay. You're not. But just, your standard is Donald Trump, worst person ever. That's fine. Do you think he was a good president?
I think he was a terrible leader. Absolutely atrocious leader. Was the economy decent under Trump? It was good under Obama. I think I don't disagree with everything he did. But I think overall, as a servant leader, not showing up to the inauguration, constantly flip-flopping on ideas, his rhetoric. And you can say, oh, just mean tweets.
As a leader, you're responsible for that. That stuff trickles down to the American people and ultimately can have really adverse effects. So let's just do a hypothetical. You have someone who you consider to be a bad leader, but the country was in a better place or someone who pretends to be a good leader and the country is going to hell. Which decision would you make? I'd pick a good leader and the country not pretends a good leader. Do you think that would be under a good leader? The country's not going to hell.
Well, OK, so let's say do you think Kamala Harris is that good leader? I think Kamala Harris is better than Donald Trump. So. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. OK, OK. But so what has she done in the last three and a half years to make you think she's a good leader under? I mean, I support a lot of her. No, no, no. What has she done in the last infrastructure bill as as a VP to Biden?
The infrastructure bill, a trillion dollar infrastructure bill, bipartisan. Trump was unable to pass one. Really? So how did that improve your life? I mean, they funded the bridge in Maryland that collapsed. They improved that. That didn't improve my life. The bridge collapsed. Yeah. They haven't rebuilt it yet. Wait, so just be clear. You're voting for Kamala Harris because of a collapsed bridge? No, I'm voting for Kamala Harris overall because of character. But you asked me for some specifics. No, no, but that's amazing to me. So for character...
So, I just want to be clear. Let's pretend she's a person of great character and she didn't sleep her way to the top and Willie Brown's not a thing. Let's pretend that she's like the super qualified person who people voted for, which they didn't. No one has voted for her. No one. She just kind of was appointed. But,
Let's pretend that she's like this person of great character, but she makes decisions like open border, war everywhere and inflation. You're OK with someone who looks the part more than someone who actually did a good job as president. OK. Issues like inflation. That's like a that's a situational thing. I hate it. Open border. I'm not necessarily for that as well. But you talk about issues like wars. These are like external situation. OK, then you're blaming. OK, let's the Trump. How many wars under Trump cost covid?
That's what you're saying. Under your logic, that's what you're saying. Let me build up. You're digging yourself a hole. Under your logic, you're saying that Kamala Harris, all these wars are like her responsibility? Yes, can I prove it to you?
Then I'm going to say Trump is going to cause COVID. If we're going to go on external situations, that's what I'm going to say. Can I prove to you? Kamala Harris went to Munich weeks before Vladimir Putin invaded Ukraine and said Ukraine's going to be part of NATO and said that we are going to go to war against Russia, the West, if they go invade Ukraine.
putting missiles on the border of Ukraine. Kamala Harris and Joe Biden blew up a peace deal in Istanbul days into the conflict via Boris Johnson and Tony Blinken and did not allow a peace deal to be settled between the Russians and the Ukrainians. Those are not external. Those are active internal decisions by the American government that have now led to hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians dead. Secondly, the Iraq-Israel-Gaza situation, which is a terrible situation,
Donald Trump, how many new wars were started under Donald Trump? Zero. Zero new wars. That's a big deal, right? Yeah, but a lot of wars, like you said, you mentioned some factors, but I see a lot of working with our allies, and I really value that. How did Trump not work with our allies? Being a global leader. Trump, I mean, he's forced to work with our allies, but he's always trying to get out of different global regimes. I actually sympathize with you, and I get it.

You have an idea of what a president should be and how they should act.
But I want you to try to overcome that and say, OK, maybe because I think you're flawed in that way. The world was a safer place. People were richer. The country was objectively in a better place when Trump was president. He might not have acted the way you want him to act, but isn't preventing World War Three and being able to have young people buy homes and having a border and not having 10 million people come into your country more important than acting the part?
Oh, everything you said there, I agree with. No, I know, but I don't think they're going to try to do that. Our policy is more important than how you... Kamala Harris is going to start World War III. That's what you said. Yeah, we're on the verge of World War III because of Biden and Kamala Harris. Okay. We've never been as close to World War III in our lifetime. And we're basically betting on the rationality of Vladimir Putin at this point. We're hoping Vladimir Putin does not launch nukes. American missiles are being used on the interior of Russia. Could you imagine if Russian missiles were being used on the interior of America? How would we act? We would launch nuclear weapons.
Definitely. Yes. And so I just, I can see that you're coming after this from a good perspective and an honest perspective, but how Donald Trump acts is
won't matter 20 years from now. What he does as president will matter. How Kamala Harris acts won't matter 20 years from now. How what she does will matter. I think you'd agree with that, right? Well, his long-term revocations on the U.S. society and the people and how they act as a result of Donald Trump and certain policies that don't have the future in mind, like his actions on climate change, that will affect the future.
Yeah, I mean, okay, we're kind of changing the topic a little bit. That's fine, though. And I do want to get to somebody else. But even under Donald Trump, we saw emissions go under Donald Trump. We saw amazing progress in the quote-unquote environmental protections under President Trump. So there's no evidence of that. But that's fine. And I just want to just, in closing here, you will probably be voting for Kamala Harris. Is that correct? That is correct. Okay.
The last three and a half years, if you look at it objectively, you think it was a success, her as VP? Not necessarily. Not a complete success in some regards, yes. In some regards, no. Now, do I think Kamala Harris is going to do a better job and set a better precedent for our people and be ultimately a better America? Yes. Okay. Than Ms. Trump. But if she's going to do a better job, then why hasn't she done it the last three and a half years? Okay.
I think she did a lot better job than when Trump was in office, personally. Okay, so let's take about three... Come on up and talk. It's fine. Three objective things. Home ownership, border, war. We've been through some of these, right? Which president had a better track record of young people being able to own homes...
the border being secured. Oh, for that regard, Trump completely. But if you look at jobs, how our economy is doing in terms of its growth. The economy is not in a good place. What do you mean by that? Inflation is cooking people right now. Inflation is starting to go down. That has to do with a lot of the COVID stuff. Not necessarily a presidential job. Do you guys think inflation is going down? No!
inflation is going down actually it is you sound like a madman telling the masses no no you're actually not paying more for chipotle but you can look at the data look at the data that's what you can look at the data from the federal reserve inflation is going down nobody believes you because nobody feels it but again that's fine i just that's fair nobody feels it inflation's bad absolutely
Okay, so just in closing though, I think that young people being the own homes, no wars, and having a border is far more important than whatever other issues that you contend with Donald Trump. I really have no clue what that was. But the first thing...
The first thing I wanted to start with, based on the earlier discussion about George Bush and how bad he was, I just want to point out that you did quote him in Turning Points Constitution. I also wanted to point out that you have, like, we honor the flag. You're here for your brainwash tour. And then you chose to put your, I believe this is a manifesto before the Constitution. I was just going to ask if you see the irony in your own propaganda in the Constitution on your brainwash tour.
You mean writing a paragraph is propaganda? No, I also believe that having the explanations here because you don't believe the reader is smart enough to understand the language is kind of propaganda. Well, do you know who that audience is for?
for people who can't read it. Yeah, that's a constitution for third graders. Yeah, why are you handing it out to college students? Well, because the constitutional literacy of college students is the constitutional literacy of third graders. I think that's close equivalency. Hold on, let's test your knowledge. Don't open it up. What is the 10th Amendment? Um...
Okay, let's get easier. What's the Fourth Amendment? Isn't that the No Quartering Act? No, that's the Third Amendment. Okay. The Constitution, when was it ratified? 1787. Yeah, when was the Bill of Rights ratified? Um...
1789. 1791. How many articles are there in the U.S. Constitution? There's eight articles. Seven. Seven. What is Article 3 of the U.S. Constitution? I just want to ask you a question. No, no, but I'm just saying, you came here, guns a-blazing. You do not know more than a third grader about the U.S. Constitution, which is exactly what these are the most...
Do you think that it's important to have the backup knowledge here when you can read it and you can reference the points that you're trying to understand? Of course, but we have explainers there because there are a lot of people, unfortunately like you, that even go to college that don't know the basics about their country.
Hey, everybody. Charlie Kirk here. What an unbelievable start to 2024. We had last month saving babies with pre-born by providing ultrasounds. And we're doing again this year what we did last year. We're going to stand for life because remaining silent in the face of the most radically pro-death administration is not an option. As Sir Edmund Burke said, the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing. And we're not going to do nothing.
Your gift to pre-born will give a girl the truth about what's happening in her body so that she can make the right choice. $280 can save 10 babies. $28 a month can save a baby a month all year long. And a $15,000 gift will provide a complete ultrasound machine that will save thousands of babies for years and years to come. And will also save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret.
Call 833-850-2229. That's 833-850-2229. Or click on the pre-born banner at charliekirk.com. That is charliekirk.com and click on the pre-born banner. Also save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret. I'm a donor to this organization. They're terrific. Go to charliekirk.com, click on the pre-born banner. I just want to go back to my initial question. Do you understand the irony in the Brainwash Tour when you do use a third grade?
No. Does anyone follow what this guy's saying at all? Yeah. Yeah, I actually know it. You should keep it.
Yeah, you should study it. Are you going to troll me? No, no, no. The trolls are always super quick. Yeah. No. So I have a quick question. So you've spoken about dealing with corruption. I've seen some of your videos. I come from a missionary family to Mexico. We build a lot of prisons, have prisons and we work with cartel members and they're exporting with tears in their eyes that we can convert to Christianity, saying how they traffic thousands and thousands of children specifically to Democratic politicians. And they're saying,
They actually said the biggest client for their product is the US government. And that actually exploded under the Biden administration. So the cartels were telling your family they were directly in prison. They were trafficking kids to Democrats. Yes.
With tears in their eyes. I'm talking hit men, killers, serial killers. Like I said, I have all the details. You guys can check out my Facebook. I'm legit. So it's legit. Cartels are trafficking kids as sex slaves for Democrats. Yes. I work with them directly in the prisons. And we have all over. My question is,
We have this information, right? It's not a conspiracy at this point. What can we do to confront that and deal with that, specifically us as a common people? Well, first, you being here, I'm going to share this exchange, if that's okay. Yes, please go ahead. I'd like to talk to you, just to make sure our audience here is...
The cartel, they are the number one slave operation. Yes, they are. Is this modern day slavery? Yes, they are. So we actually converted a lot of them over to Christianity. Praise God. That's the real solution, by the way. And we're working with them. Some of the churches have a lot of hitmen that have actually escaped from it. And like I said, we work all over. And we're seeing a massive...
like just kids disappearing. We go there monthly. - So just to give some detail for the audience. - Yes, sir. - You have an 11 year old girl. - Yes. - What do they do with that girl? - They actually have to hide her. We were in Guavila, which is where the Casetas were at. They just got eliminated, but they were the biggest traffickers. They actually kind of begin to dismantle under the Trump presidency, even for the Mexican government.
But the biggest that they, we've known people that had to leave states, hide them, literally take them, like just completely. And these girls become prostitutes. 100%. At 12 years old. Yeah, we've dealt with them. They've become prostitutes that we've known parents have sold their kids into it just to survive. So when you hear that 320,000 kids have gone missing under constipation.
100% accurate. So we go there monthly and we see thousands and thousands of migrants on top of trains coming across just destroying everything across the path. And the majority of migrants are actually not male and children, female and children. They're actually males. And they're actually coming with a lot of propagandas. We work with people on the border directly and everywhere. Do they mean America well or harm? Absolutely harm. So they're actually coming with the ideologists and come with the next. We dealt with a human church.
I'm actually a young pastor here, but we dealt with Pacific people that have come and come with an entitlement and their own ideologies trying to actually infiltrate the American mentality. So the cartel works with the American government to bring these kids as sex slaves. Yes. So they actually send them and what they get in exchange, they actually get protection from the Mexican government and the U.S. government.
No, this is not a joke, everybody. We've been saying this for a long time. You guys can go. We have Facebook pages and everything. It's the largest sex slave trade in the world history. 100%. And Kamala Harris is overseeing it and co-signing it. Yes, and they actually exploded under the Biden administration. My question is, I'm trying to limit because I don't want to put my family or some of the people we work with in danger. It's a very serious thing. My question is, what can we do in that regard? Because we're
We're seeing people come out of it. What you're doing to try to get cartel members to repent is very important. But you agree, we need Donald Trump back in office. 100%. Because Donald Trump will stop the sex slavery of these girls. And it actually de-escalated traumatically when Trump was in office. Yes, big time. 100%. It went down. It didn't go away, but it was reduced dramatically.
75 to 80%. What you could do, you got to keep on doing this mission work. You got to keep on telling your story, man. People, our eyes are so blinded in the West. We think we have it so well. We're so worried about Trump's indictments around January 6th when we have 320,000 girls as sex slaves in this country right now. So my parents are actually Mexican and they actually came here legally. God bless you. Yeah, thank you. But
Like I said, what you're saying is 100% accurate in regards to the child trafficking, the women trafficking. I've had distant relatives that have actually died because of trafficking humans to the U.S. It's actually horrific. In order for them to be able to get full clearance, they have to be raped and molested all the way across. No, that's right. They're raped three or four times right at the border. Yes, that's correct. In order for them to be able to get access, no people have died.
What can we do here legally? We have to tell this story and we have to have the same courage and stamina that our forefathers had to abolish slavery in the 1860s and now abolish this form of slavery. Slavery did not go away in America. We now call slavery immigration. That is technical. Yeah, that is true. I can't disagree. God bless you, man. Thank you so much. Thank you. Thanks so much for listening, everybody. Email us as always, freedom at charliekirk.com. Thanks so much for listening and God bless.
