Adam and Dr. Drew open the show by going straight to the phones and speaking to a caller looking for advice on reconnecting with 'difficult' parents. They also speak to a caller with type 1 diabetes whose partner gets frustrated when he learns that she is pleasing herself. Adam also harkens back to a clip of him guesting on 'The Doctors' back in December 2020 as he and Drew review who between Adam and the interviewer got things wrong in hindsight. As the show wraps up Adam harkens back to one of his favorite clips featuring Russ Simons from SoFi Stadium announcing "we're onto you".
