Any Distance Workout: 15min easy warm up. 10min @ Threshold (3min rest) 5min @ Threshold (1min rest) 1min harder (1min rest) 4min @ Threshold (1min rest) 1min harder (1min rest) 3min @ Threshold (1min rest) 1min harder (1min rest) 2min @ Threshold (1min rest) 1min harder (1min rest) 1min @ Threshold (1min rest) 1min harder (1min rest) Easy to remember: 10min tempo, 5/1, 4/1, 3/1, 2/1, 1/1 Tempo/Harder.

Half Marathon Specific Workout: 4 x 3km (2min rest). The first one at Marathon effort. Second and third ones at Half Marathon effort. Final one @ 10km effort.

Marathon Specific Workout: 10km Progressive (easy to Marathon effort), short break, 10km of (500m @ marathon effort alternating with 500m float), 5km easy.
