Today’s Happy Hour Special: 🍸 Lemon Drop Mocktail

Recipe: Lemon Drop Mocktail From Food Banjo

· Sugar (for rim)

· 4 ice cubes

· 3/4 ounces simple syrup

· 1 1/4 ounces lemon juice

· 2 1/2 ounces club soda

· Lemon peel (for garnish)

Instructions: Place a small pile of sugar on a plate. Take a martini glass and wet the rim with either a lemon half or water. Dip the rim of the glass in the sugar for a nice coating around the rim. Add the ice cubes, simple syrup and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker. Shake together for 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into the martini glass and top with the club soda. Garnish with a lemon peel and enjoy!
