Trust is the most important sales factor out there. Every investment, no matter how big or small, has some element of risk to it. "will they deliver on the results?" "Am I actually going to improve as a result of this?" "Is this just going to be a waste of my time and money?" It's completely natural for people to have those thoughts. But in order for them to overcome those thoughts and make a purchase, you have to help them trust you.
