In today's Freedom Friday, I share a conversation I had with a friend recently. She's been alcohol-free, drug-free, nicotine-free, and worked on healthy habits for a long time now. She is feeling stuck. Sometimes we focus so much on the - not over drinking thing or the not overeating thing that we neglect our basic needs and exploring what we want and who we are on the other side of this choice.
