YouTube was an early free platform, but paid services starting pimping their convenient streaming wares like Netflix and Hulu. In 2020, the streaming service market is going to get even more crowded with NBCUniversal's Peacock and WarnerMedia's HBO Max.
Where does that leave the home viewer? Are subscriptions to half a dozen streaming services going to be the new normal? Will 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray, Blu-ray, and DVDs survive in the near future? We attempt to answer these burning questions with our lack of expertise.
