Based on the original feature film directed by Jim Henson and Frank Oz, game designer Roberta Williams designed a game that sticks closely to the movie. While it's easier to play than earlier Hi-Res Adventures, it's also missing a big scope and, well, a sense of adventure. A recent abridged remake of the game) was created to loosely tie in with the The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance prequel Netflix series which only lasted a season. :(
