A somewhat lugubrious entry, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince starts to tee things up for the final few films. The main trio are tots no longer, making their adventures through Hogwarts a bit harder to swallow. Alan Rickman gets a bit more juicy acting to do here, and there's some nice twists towards the climax.
