A sleepy sequel if ever there was one, Beverly Hills Cop 3 tones down the violence and the comedy. The amusement park satire is toothless, and the rides look cheap. Bronson Pinchot returning as Serge is a highlight, but is still no reason to watch this movie all the way through.
