There’s no doubt that habits play a huge role in the success (or failure) of a business. While we all live by habits, some habits are more intentional than others. Today I’m sharing 5 habits I have developed that help me stay efficient AND productive.

My top 5 habits are:

review my projects / PM system daily
end of day standup
time blocking
remove distractions
create your personal non-negotiables
