What you can do with inventory that won’t sell.

Four different types of business entities you should consider creating.

Which option is the best one to select at the stage you find yourself in? The four entities you can create are;

  • Sole Proprietorship or if you have a partner, a General Partnership.
  • Limited Liability Company also known as an LLC.
  • S Corporation.
  • C Corporation.
