What's up guys, it's Sam and Taylor, and we want you to put your shoes on, pop open that energy drink, and... Hello guys, welcome back to another episode. I'm Taylor. And I'm Sam. And I'm Maya.
So weird. She really wanted to do that. But we have my friend Maya back from home visiting for the week. It's been a lot of fun. You guys are probably wondering, like, who the heck is she or whatever. But basically, she was my little when we were playing field hockey because we didn't have sororities at our school. So we just did, like, bigs and littles through sports. And I – wait, was it my senior year? No, my – yeah. Oh, my God. That's so weird. That's so weird to think about. Okay, yeah. So –
She was my little for field hockey. She didn't play lacrosse. I actually quit lacrosse my senior year, but we just became best friends after that. Yeah. Make sure you talk into the mic and talk loud. Yeah, nice loud and proud. I don't know. How's it like being friends with me? It's kind of crazy. I mean, I knew Sam before all of this happened. Yeah. So it was a little different. Before she was famous and a celebrity. No, not at all.
I'm kidding. Well, the thing is, she's not, like, any different. So, why do I feel like we're, like, looking into each other's eyes right now? We're sure the same, Mike. Right now, we're so close to each other. But, yeah, no, it's been fun. She's going to come. She's coming down for the week, and I want to convince her to move here. Are you going to do it? It's a possibility. I don't know. We'll make it happen. Yeah, do you like it?
Yeah, I like the area. The people are super cool. Food's good so far. Yeah. Okay, so let's talk about what we did this week, guys. We've been having a crazy week. We haven't really been posting on social media, to be honest. I was on Snapchat, if you haven't already. I have. My Instagram is like popping off. My Instagram stories are so good and beautiful, and so is my last feed post, so...
Yeah. Speak for yourself. My Instagram stories are popping. I haven't really been posting, but I am vlogging this week, but I don't know when that's going to be up. But anyway, um, we went for our first day here. What did we do? We kind of just hung out. We went to go watch the sunset at Pennybacker bridge guys. If you guys are in Austin or visiting Austin and you want to watch the sunset and just have a nice city view with like Lake view, go to Pennybacker bridge is gorgeous. Um, try to go during the week if you can, because on the weekends it's definitely really packed.
But we did that. And then the next day, which was yesterday, we went on the lake. We went paddle boarding. We finally used our paddle boards, which was cool. Yeah, so fun. We got matching inflatable paddle boards for Christmas. Shout out, parents. Yes.
yeah we got matching ones they're super cute and we brought them out on the river the only thing that is annoying about them is we have to like pump them up and inflate them and oh my goodness it gave me the biggest like my triceps were on fire yeah and my lower back hurt because it was like shorts you to bend down so we're gonna get an electric yeah because they did it didn't take that long like realistically like it really didn't take that long and i did my whole one
not to toot my own horn. And I really think if I had someone to like split it with me, I would have been like fine. Yeah. It's just we were leaving the lake that day. We were just like driving by like a bunch of other people and they were all inflating theirs with like electrical ones. I was like, wow.
Yeah, we look stupid. We're really doing the most out here, like pumping it. But that was fun. We just need this greens to grow back in the scenery. Like all the trees are still dead and everything because it was literally like 30 degrees last week. This week it's like 80. It was still like 40 in the morning though, which is weird. And like today it's kind of cold. This place is strange. It is very strange. I'm just excited for summer weather. Yeah. So we went on the lake and then we...
Got tacos and then we went out baby on a Wednesday. Yeah, we went out. Guys, this is gonna be the funniest vlog ever. I did a pretty good job with recording as much as I possibly could but like we had a fun time. Did you have fun, Maya? Yeah, I had a lot of fun. I mean... What was your favorite part of last night? Probably when we were at Bungalow. Yeah, Bungalow's a fun place. Because like we were turning up but no one else was. Yeah. So we were like...
even realize Maya was like no one like it was busy but no one was dancing but I was so I was so in our own world and we were dancing and we were hype so in my mind the whole place was like getting down but she showed me a video no one yeah it was not I recorded a video of Taylor and I dancing and I flipped the camera to like record what was going on
We looked back at it and no one was moving. Like, normally when you flip the camera, it's like, everyone's like a rave. And it's like, everyone was just like, standing. The only one moving is Sam. Is Sam Dancy. He's the only person moving. Yeah.
But yeah, no, we went to the Bungalow. Well, first we started off at Tequiro. Then we went to Beavers because, of course, we had to show our two favorites. That's like our go-to if you ever want to see us. Our go-to. Go there on a Saturday night. Yeah, on a Saturday usually, not a Wednesday. The right side of the bar at Tequiro, which is the three chairs to the right. Those are ours. Tequiro and Mujo, we deserve a sponsorship, maybe a collab. Yeah, oh my God, a collab would be sick. Maybe an F word drink.
They already have middle fingers on the cups. And then I think that those chairs all the way to the right should be reserved. Yeah. No, we should reserve them every Saturday. I'm going to come speak at just like Saturday. But they hook it up there. They do. Free shots sometimes. And like such like nice like bar. Like I love the people. They're very nice. They are very nice.
--They are so fun. And then we really had like guys a drink one drink will get you going. But then we went to Buford's. It was pretty boring. --Lame. --And our friend Parker wasn't working. So it was pretty lame. But then we went to Bungalow because our friend Kiki, if you guys know Kiki from 20-somethings, he was at Bungalow. Which he just he's officially moving here, which is pretty cool. So --Wait, talk about how we got there. --I was gonna say
Oh, we got to, which was arguably, that was my favorite part of the whole internet. Oh, it was a time. Yeah. That's the best part, I think. So I called an Uber, as one does, to get somewhere. It was like super cheap. It was like $9. We're wearing heels. I don't want to bird. We're like a little drunk. Whatever. Uber. Yeah.
the uber's a minute away and outside there's a guy on a bike and they have these like little benches you guys know what i'm talking about you guys have seen them the little bike little bench on the back they pedal you around and we're like how much now mind you these people after acl i tried to get on one they were charging two hundred dollars to go i kid you not i was going maybe less than a mile two hundred dollars so sometimes they jack the prices and
But we were, so I was like, Brout's gonna be like a hundred bucks to get to fucking Rainey. He was like $10 a person. No, I had a bargain with him. Well, he said 15. Yeah, he said 15. I was like, nah, I was like 10 a person. And then I tried to, he said, okay, fine. 30 bucks for three. I was like, nah, 25, 25. And shout out. Yeah. So, hey, 30 bucks. Look, sometimes an Uber is like 20, $30. Keep in mind guys, we were literally going like not even a mile down the road.
Yeah. But he took a detour. We're blasting music. Our song of the week is Rodeo by City Girls. I'm going to fucking sleep. Yeah. That's like literally the song of the trip. We get in the car, play Rodeo. We're bumping. We're going crazy, like yelling, screaming. And then he takes me. We kind of go into the woods. I'm like a walking path. And like he goes down there.
And we just go, are you going to kill us? And he goes, yes. And just radio, like city girls are like bumping. And we're just like, are we going to die right now? Because we're just like, we're supposed to be going like straight down that street over there. Why are we in the woods? We're going quick. And he's like, yeah, I'm killing you guys. And I go, honestly, this is probably how I would like to go. Yeah.
It was so, guys, you'll see in the vlog, it's like I got a lot of videos from it, but it was like the scenery was insane. Like the city was just lit up. We were on the side of the water. Like it was gorgeous. And it took like, how long do you think? Like 10 minutes? 10 minutes. Yeah, it felt like forever. But he was whipping it. He would like rip like U-turns and stuff. And I was like, oh, whoa. Where are we going? Hello.
So that was like really fun. I would highly recommend. Like honestly, like just for the experience, I told Sam if we can always get them to do the $10 a person thing, I'm in.
I'm in. And then when we got to Bungalow, oh my goodness, they had to pee like no other. So I didn't really need to pee. And they were trying to sneak into the boys' bathroom. Yeah, we got kicked out. Like, what the hell? And all the guys were for it. They're like, you can go, you can go, you can go. And then this woman comes in the bathroom and she's like, you guys have to get out. And I was like, um. And she looked at me.
And like I couldn't really hear what she was saying. It was a mix of her just being quiet and there was music so I couldn't hear. But she like made a motion like pointing backwards to the door. And I was like I think she's going to kick us out. Like I literally thought she was saying like I'm going to make you leave. And I was like bruh what? Like the dudes were literally so down. She's like getting pissed right there on the floor. Yeah literally. I have to go sleep.
Yeah, the girls line was so long. So long. But we met a really cool person. Yeah, we met a friend. You always make a friend. Always gotta make a friend in the bathroom. Yeah, she was cool. The friend instantly where like the family stall opened and she was like, come on girls. Yeah, we all just, all four of us just went in the family bathroom because it's like, you gotta be efficient. You gotta have girls in there. So that was super fun. And then yeah, we met up with Kiki.
His whole entire friend group was like the most fun friend group ever. A tie. They were like in a VIP table thing, which Bungalow is like, if you're a VIP, it's like really nothing different. It's just literally a piece of rope. You just have like lounge chairs. Yeah, you just have like a lounge chair and a piece of rope. It's so stupid. But like, we saw them and we went in there with them. And oh my goodness, I've never felt like more welcomed by a group of people in my entire life. I was like, this is so fun. They were awesome. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah, we have their Instagrams and stuff and his number. Yes. And I was like, we are hanging out again. It was literally this group of like gay, beautiful models. Like they were models. Yeah, no, like they were hot. They were very pretty. Like, and
Yeah. Like, they own their shit. I was like, I want to hang out with you guys. And it's the best time, girls, best time ever, because you're having the best night, but they're not trying to hit on you. Yeah. I feel safe there. I felt very safe. Although they were trying to get us so drunk, they were putting that tequila bottle down our throats. They had, like, bottle service or something with the tequila. And they, oh, my God. I hate thinking about it. But let's, let's, let's...
back it up by us saying like we're just going out to get drinks yeah go bull riding and like come home like we were gonna go to takiro mucho takiro mucho get a drink or two and ride a bull for the memories and leave it's not that happened at all we didn't we got a free shot at takiro mucho so that was already like
Now we now we go yeah, it was Kiki being a bungalow. Yeah, if Kiki wasn't a bungalow I probably wouldn't have I think I would have like after Right a bowl maybe Yeah
Ride the bull, yeah. Yeah, it's St. Paddy's Day to my Irish folk. I know. I hope you guys are all like having. I'm Irish, by the way. Me too. We're all Irish. Yeah. I hope you guys are all having fun on your St. Patrick's Day events. Yeah. Today's a fun day. We're going to go get fucked up again. No, we can't. Yeah. We also haven't been, like, I haven't really been having really good workouts either. I've been having low-key great workouts. Also, oh my God, the amount of DMs I've been getting, because people know that I'm going to cut.
how I'm like staying in a cup with like going out and stuff guys I'm not tracking like you live life once go out have fun be mindful of your decisions like you don't need to track that shot of tequila you took you don't need to track the mixed drink you made like have fun are you okay like why are you choking she's like choking on water are you good yeah okay I thought you were like you were like
But, yeah. So, that's me. That's my situation. Live life, bro. Yeah, same. And it's, like, I honestly don't care that, like, we're, like, not going to, like, lift today. Like, who cares? Like, we're having fun. Like, yesterday was fun. Yeah, I make them happy.
Yeah. Maya's like the bad influence on her. Well, because it's like if someone's here to visit, we got to like do things. Yeah. And like it's a Wednesday. I'm hungover. It's a holiday. I'm not going to the gym. I cannot go through a drunk or a hungover workout. Also, don't force yourself to go to the gym if you're hungover. To like feel like you have to make up for like last night's choices. Yeah, boo. Not like chill. Like, you know? You know how much walking and dancing you do at the park? Oh, my God. My steps are probably immaculate from yesterday. Well, let me check. I started doing cardio. Oh, my God.
Already, I just feel so active because we did cardio like 10 minutes, but then we walked around downtown and I'm dancing on a couch. Like, it's probably the most activity I've done in forever. Guess how many steps I got yesterday? 12. Yeah. How'd you know? Guess. Did you have that many? No. No? I honestly don't know. I didn't wear my watch to the bar. Yeah, that's crazy.
Oh, that's another thing. I have zero attachment to my Apple Watch. No, same. The amount of times recently that I forget it at the gym. Like, how often do I get to the gym and I'm like, damn, I don't have my watch. Like, literally all the time. Because then it's hard for me to track my rest periods and stuff. Like, I like being able to have my watch and have a... I have been forgetting. I'll open a stopwatch on my phone and say, because I want to see how much time has passed.
I forget my watch. Like, yesterday, I didn't wear it out because I was like, I'd rather wear this, like, nicer looking watch. Yeah. I learned a little bit from, like, Georgia with her prep and, like, doing cardio and stuff that when I'm doing my cardio, I at least, like, try to get my heart rate up to, like, a certain, like, for, like, a certain level. Right. So that's, like, what I focus on with my watch.
Only when I'm doing cardio. Guys, I only do like 10 minutes of cardio. Like I'm not doing anything crazy yet. Yeah, don't get it twisted. Don't think I'm out there doing like 45 minutes of like the Stairmaster because that ain't it. I'm doing literally 10 minutes like a few times a week just for now because I'm slowly jumping into it. I want to see how my body like responds. But yeah, and that's like why I use my watch and timing workouts because I could be in the gym for three hours. Yeah, facts. The timing thing is you also like rest because sometimes I'm like, have I been resting for 10 seconds or four minutes? Yeah.
No, yeah. Guys, I'm a new person. I've been doing abs and cardio this week. So Monday I did abs. That's another thing. I timed my abs with that, with my watch. Oh my goodness, my abs were so sore. Guys, wait. That's so cute. No way. Someone made a graphic of me. It's like a drawing.
Dope underscore art underscore. If you're listening to the podcast right now, that is so sweet. I'm going to have to post it on my story. I love that. I want to print it. That's so good. How did you see that? I don't see that account anywhere. I'll find it soon. Dope. It's two underscores. Dope underscore underscore art. What was I talking about before you said that? I don't know. I'm sorry. Maya distracted me. Sorry. Now I'm going to their Instagram to repost it.
Oh, maybe it's one underscore. I don't see any of it. Oh, did they block me?
Do you want me to send it to you? Yeah, send it to me. What was I talking about? I don't know. But this is, like, a really good episode. I'm so excited for them to, like, listen to this. It is a really good episode. It's very, like, one, like, this is going to have, what we're talking about now has, like, literally nothing to do. We were, by the way, we filmed this, which we already, I think we already said that. We filmed it, like, way early in advance. So I feel like this episode has been up for so long. Me too. And I'm just so excited for you guys to listen to it because of how, like, passionate we were with that episode. Yeah, so...
Make sure to listen all the way through. We hit on some really good, important, and, like, serious, like, topics that, like, deserve, like, awareness and attention. So you should definitely listen to it. It's going to get, like, definitely a little more serious throughout the episode. So this whole, like, ha-ha fun, like, going out energy, it's going to, like, die down toward the end. Sorry about that, but really good episode. Something I'm really passionate about. And, yeah, we're going to put our green on.
And drink a green beer. Not you. Because. You can't. You can't. You're not allowed to. Guys. Anyways. Enjoy the episode. And yeah. I don't know how to like. Yeah. Enjoy the episode. I don't fucking know. Bye. Bye.
Okay, now let's get into what's been having us heated. Oh, yeah. So heated. So heated. We were just talking about this like 20 minutes ago because we had dinner. And we're like, no, no, no. We need to stop what we're doing. Stop talking about this and just get right into it and record it on the podcast because we love like the natural like reaction and like heated conversations. But we're like, no, no, no.
But basically, this entire thing kind of stemmed from today when we were at the gym. Taylor and I went to the gym. We were doing separate workouts, but Taylor and I actually had to be like... We were within like 10 feet of each other. Not even. I was right next to you. Yeah. She saw the whole thing go down. But... Which, keep in mind...
This guy was definitely coming from a really, really good place, but I do want to kind of spin it and put a good perspective on it from a woman's end. But basically what happened is it was a quad day. I was hitting quads. It was my second exercise, and I was doing the pendulum squat, and I was on my second –
I believe. And this guy came over to me cause I was recording my workout and he was like, Hey, like, are you recording this for Instagram? And I was like, yeah. And he was like, you know what? Let's make it look cooler. And he, you know, suggested putting a band, a resistance band. He helped me do the whole thing. It was super sweet of him. I loved it. I, first time I ever did like resistance band on honestly anything that I've ever done. Um,
So I'll probably do it again. So shout out to him for, you know, encouraging me to do that and actually helping. He like lifted the machine up for me to get into there. Yeah, he was really in there doing it. Yeah. So he was really in there. But, you know, after it, I, you know, finished up. He asked me, he was like, did you like it? I was like, yeah, I loved it. Great. And then I was kind of like moving on to do my like next exercise. And then I got caught in conversation with him and he,
Um, he suggested the next exercise that I were to do. And he was like, I specialize in women's training. So I really know what I'm talking about. And I really want to help you. And I'm like, in my head, like, I didn't want to say anything, but I'm like,
why does what like why does it matter that you specialize in women's training like what makes you any different than any other male trainer out there that can give me advice like why do you have to tell me as a female that you specialize in women's training now I know he's obviously coming from a good place but like we are going to give our perspective on so many other you know trainers influencers companies out there that really really target women and like
In not the best way where it's more of a money grab. So in my head, I was like, you know what? I know he's coming from a good place. I'll keep the conversation going. It's great, whatever. But then I knew I was like, Taylor, I'm going to like talk to you about this after. Cause I was like, it just made me so heated because like, it drives me insane where like this man had like no idea who I was or like anything about me. He's like, and he looked at me and goes, you have so much potential and I want to help you. And I'm like, but, but my guy, like I am like, I'm just finishing up a book. Like I know what I'm doing. I know, like, I know what,
To do with my training. Like. I know he was coming from a good place. Guys keep in mind. Like I'm not trying to be a bitch at all. But like. Y'all need to understand. Like. The fitness industry is already so male dominated. And like. When a guy talks down to a girl. That's like already like. Pretty well rounded in the fitness industry. It just kind of like.
It sucks. So this is why we want to talk about it. There's so many other avenues that we can like break through with this conversation today. And I'm kind of excited about it. Yeah. And I think the main thing is a lot of these guys that do similar things, that's what we're going to get into. This culture of male glute, like glute, I don't even know, like instructors, like they do women's training, very, very glute focused.
They have very similar personalities. And I don't think a lot of them know, maybe, that it's giving off an iffy vibe to girls in the gym. Because to them, he might think, I'm just trying to encourage girls to lift. I think it's fun. I'm trying to help. But then they might not realize that it's a bit condescending. Oh, of course. Let me help you. I know what I'm talking about. Without even giving you a chance to be like, oh, I'm actually a trainer. Yeah.
You've made a lot of glutes. You're good. You're all right. And it's always... It's just always glutes. It's always... Like Sam said, it's a money grab. It's how can men...
target like this like you said already male dominant but now girls want to work out and instead of girls leading women like how we want how we want to do and how we want you guys to do with like your friends and people you know and have women lead women and teach women guys took another way to like grab that yeah like why can't they just stick with training men that's what i don't understand it's like yeah which is like obviously there's no women but don't have it be like
glute women workouts just be a trainer the the big perspective with this is like i'll see this all the time whether it's in a gym online or anything like that you'll see a man training oh like a woman and it's a leg day and they're on the barbell and they're you know squatting with the barbell but they have a band around their ankles or i'm sorry around their knees and then like my thought process is like okay if you had a male client
With you, would you be making that male client put that band around his legs too? No, probably not. I wouldn't. If I were to see that same trainer in the next day at that gym with a guy, he would probably not make that man wear a band around his waist or maybe not even like hip thrust either. You know? Like, yeah. It's just, it really aggravates me and this can like go not only with like, you know, like the band. It's also like benching as well. Like when do you ever see a guy wearing,
Not every, I'm sorry. No, no, I'm really targeting. It's these guys. I think you guys know what we're talking about. It's a very specific niche of men, of like trainers, trainer men. Like it's not just anyone who, like, it's not like men should never train girls. It's this very specific niche of like,
They're literally like in Miami, there was some like glute. Like they call themselves like weird things like glute king or like glute master. Like they call themselves stuff like that. And they would have these camps in this like garage looking thing. And all these girls would be there doing like booty band workouts and like hit. And it's like, that's a cash grab. Like, did you teach any of those girls how to bench? Yeah. Did you did any of them?
hit arms in the last month like no and you don't care yeah like you want to have them there for your little booty program not probably give them any guidance on like how to eat right because
Why would you do that? Any proper guidance on like how to eat? It's just like, you're probably selling them a booty band or something weird, like a mat to know where your feet go to squat and hit your glute. Like you're selling them something stupid. Yeah. And it's like all like, it's for nothing. Like it's literally just like so condescending. It is. It's so condescending. And like, I do want to also like approach and talk about to like the male trainers that are out there that genuinely want the best for,
for women and like in the gym and like want them to be strong, want them to overall just approach everything in the gym. And like, that's the differences in the two. You have the trainers that like want you to be doing bench deadlift squat, but then you have the, the male trainers that are like, okay, booty bands, um, hip thrusts,
um, like, I don't know, like that like type of niche. So there's nothing else. Yeah. And like nothing else. Like there's not the bench. There's not like a debt. Well actually sumo deadlift probably, but there's not like probably not even like strength. It's probably all like, just like RDL. Like why would they actually strong like deadlift and like in their Instagram bio, they probably only have like glue eBooks. Like they don't have like,
had like women like upper body ebooks they don't have that because that doesn't sell yeah to their it should sell but it doesn't sell to that niche of girls that still isn't like maybe fully like educated on the topic it sells to girls that have that are still in that quick fix mentality that don't know any better yeah because they see like glue ebook like
grow your glutes three inches and they're gonna buy it yes as like honestly like kind of like thinking back and looking back on like my experience with approaching the gym is like I kind of fell for those things in a way not like fully where I was like buying like ebooks or like all that but like I would like I'm not gonna name specific trainers or anything because I don't want to but like there were specific people that I used to follow that I looked up to so much and I was like oh my goodness like I have to do this specific like
thing to grow the glutes where it's literally like guys we've preached it a million times it's the basics it's progressive overload it's like eating in a surplus that are going to do it it's not these random ebooks or like a specific male trainer that's going to get it done for you a female trainer can do exactly the same thing as a male trainer and what also bothers me too I was also saying this to Taylor is like
What makes a female's body anatomy any damn different than a guy's when it comes to like training like legs? You know what I mean? So it's like a guy say the same trainer were to be training a girl and a guy both lower body.
He would probably train the girl a little bit different on the lower body than he would with the male on the lower body. You know what I mean? And it's like, why? Like when I train legs with David, we do the same workout. Exactly. Like, why are they not doing the same thing? Why is she overloading on the hip thrusts when the male's probably over there doing, I don't know, it's like a big like glute thing for men. Like, I don't know. Squats. Just squats. Yeah. Like literally like the basics. So it just like bothers me so much because I'm like, what would you do?
as like this like glute king, whatever, for your male clients? Are you going to make them do like the booty bands and all that stuff? You're not. Probably not. Are you going to make them skip benching and do like three to four leg days a week? Probably not. Yeah, and I think what a lot of these guys do is,
I don't think a lot of them even know what their clients are doing all the time. Because let's say the thing in Miami, I'm pretty sure that was just classes you can come to. You can book the sessions, whatever. So these trainers are only giving them... I think they're only giving them leg days. And the girls, I think, could come...
Like, you know, it doesn't matter what they're doing the rest of the week. And like these trainers are just like, okay with that. It's very strange. It's such a weird industry. And it makes me so upset because I just wish so much of that area of these girls that need help wasn't just again taken over by men who can like profit off
being insecure about things that men made them. Like you guys are the ones that makes girls want bigger buds anyways. And now you're going to profit off being like, here's how to be skinny and have a big butt. Yeah. And like, you're going to make a whole career off of it. Yeah. And like, even so after this whole thing happened, Taylor and I sat down and we were talking about it and we were like, what? When he came over to me, I was like, and he said, I specially specialized, I'm sorry, in women's training.
What makes you so good at women's training? Like, do you know, like Taylor was saying, like, do you know what I'm getting my period, what it feels like for me to be on my period and lifting in the gym? Like, do you know how my body responds? Like, no, you don't. Like, you're not, you're not a female. Yeah. Because I was telling Sam, I know you're probably like, but maybe there is a difference. Cause I said before, like, I don't really train men.
The reason for me not personally training men for like a cost, I've helped my brother. I've given my dad advice. I go to the gym with my boyfriend and help, you know, with him. Like I like push him. So it's not that like,
I do the same stuff for them. The reason I don't personally and wouldn't do coaching for men is because my coaching, I like to have it more catered around mindset and your relationship with food and your relationship with your body and your relationship with the gym and all of that stuff. And that's something that as a girl, I don't really connect to men on that. So that's why I don't train men because I wouldn't know how to deal with that. I only really know being...
what it feels like to deal with that stuff as a girl. So, like, for me personally, I wouldn't do it. But workout-wise, it's the same. Yeah. It's literally the same. It doesn't change...
what the lifting is. Yeah, it doesn't. I mean, except person to person. Yeah, it's not gender to gender. It's not gender to gender. It's person to person. It's literally body anatomy of how your body is structured. That's the only thing that's going to make your lifts any different than somebody else. It's not like, oh my God, I'm a girl. No. You can train like a badass just like the guy next to you in the gym. Like,
Yeah, like I don't know how to say, like if I go to the gym with my boyfriend, we do the same thing. Yeah. Like we'll hit back together, but we do the same workout. Like we'll hit legs together and do the same thing. We will not do something different. I am definitely happy we are talking about this because I still feel like day to day I do get like new lifters or lifters, that sounds so weird. New girls that are trying to get themselves into the gym and they still do like ask these things. So it's like a still like common thing where girls are like a little bit confused. But I do want to get to the point where like –
That's not a confusion anymore. Like you're not training any differently than a guy. You don't need to be doing any different types of exercises. You,
Or like you should not not be benching. Like you should be hip thrusting. Like you know what I mean? Like it's all the same. Yeah. And like the only like the only minor aesthetic differences is like I'm never going to do shrugs because as a girl, I don't really need my traps to be bigger. Now, mind you, they're big. They get used out there. But like I'm never really going to do that. Maybe David will do that. Not me. Because...
That's not something I aesthetically want. Yeah. And like maybe he would put like less emphasis on like glutes and really do like, but it's not like he doesn't squat. You know what I mean? Like, it's not like he doesn't squat or like can't squat. Like obviously you're going to be like aesthetic goals are obviously a little different, obviously, but for the most part, not really. Yeah. Like literally not really. Like I could spend the whole week and we'd do the same work.
same workouts we literally do the same workouts that's a good point that i'm happy that you did bring that up it's like because everyone has their own specific things that they really want to cater to their body say like right now like oh i really wouldn't be working on my glutes okay there's no problem with hitting glutes three times a week two times a week whatever it is three times it's kind of crazy guys but do it if you want to but like honestly i wouldn't recommend it
But like, and then a guy probably only has legs once a week, you know, because he wants to really focus on his chest. So he's doing chest way more often. Yeah. That's totally fine. But that's like we said, person to person, not gender to gender. Yes. Gender. Because it's just your physical appearance, what you want. Exactly. Everyone, one girl could do three days a week. One girl can do two. One girl can do one. One girl can do four upper body days. One guy can do two upper body days. Some guys maybe hit glutes three times a week. Get that?
Hey, we got it, baby. Get it. Get it. Like, it's person to person, not gender to gender. Yeah. It's literally person to person. Like, obviously, if you have difference with your boyfriend, it's not because they're a boy. Like, me and you train differently. Yeah. Like, barely. But, like, I mean, you like one exercise. I might like a different exercise. That's just because it's two different people. I forget who it was. Somebody posted something the other day. Can't remember who it was.
Because I follow them on Instagram, but I forget. But they were saying something that's like, the moment you wake up and mature and go to the gym or
Or something like that along the lines. It was like when you realize that not a single one person in that gym is training exactly the way you train. Like everyone's training differently. And that's totally cool. That's totally normal. But it's, again, not gender to gender. So it's like... It's person to person. You just need to obviously realize your preferences. Yeah. So that is where like our anger... Like when I tell you guys we were getting heated. And again, like...
We have no idea what that guy does. That guy might bench his clients four times a week. We have no idea. He might be like the greatest trainer of all time, right? We don't know. It just, we started thinking about the like, okay, like what if he's doing this nonsense? And like, it really does...
make me so angry because i just know like these girls are giving lots of money oh yeah lots of money lots of time to booty band workout classes or like like just all about how to glue the grow the glutes workout and it's like feeding that toxic and it doesn't toxic voice in the girl's head no it doesn't help too when like again like you said earlier like
It's the same, like, character of a guy where they're super friendly, super outgoing, like, super, in a weird way, touchy. Like, he was touching me, too. Like, he, like, touched my shoulder and, like, tapped me. And, like, I was just like, okay, like, why are you touching me? But it's, like, that same characteristic in all of them. And it makes you feel safe in a way. So, like, they really trust their trainer because they've developed such a quick relationship with them because of how, like, outgoing they are.
right because it's like he came up to you and talked like yeah like if i wasn't someone that really knew what i was doing i would have probably been like oh my goodness like i really appreciate your help like this is awesome i'm like really want to get what's your name what's your instagram yeah like oh my god like what what do you do for training like i would love to train with you like what is this yeah there you go client got an easy client an extra like 300 dollars right right and it's it's just like in in my head just such a scummy industry to like
prey on like the insecurities of women especially because i doubt any of those people are setting the girls up to be able to leave and be on their own right like michael training clients like i want you to be out on your own yeah like leave me yeah you should be good to go you should be like my best my greatest goal because like i said i'm very focused on like mindset and all that and really
Feeling good about your going good about what you're doing in three months. I hope to God you're like, Hey, I'm done. Yeah. I'm good. I feel great. And I bet they, what? Like they want the glute workouts. They're going to keep getting them. Yeah.
like it's funny you said that though because i did a q a the other day on my instagram and someone asked that they said how do i how do i break up with my coach and i was like honestly any coach should be really happy that you're leaving them because that coach now knows that you have the confidence to do this stuff on your own whereas like trainers like that probably are going to be preying on the clients staying and staying and staying with them forever and
Just to consistently get, you know, cash flow coming in and more girls and more, you know, word of mouth, you know? So, yeah. It's, and we also wanted to talk about, because it's not only the trainer industry that's like guys preying on these girls. Did you guys know that women's best supplements is owned by men? Mm-hmm. Crazy, right? What the hell?
Like the pink packaging and like I don't know anything about Women's Best. So like I don't know what else they claim to do about their supplements. But like come on. Like what is that? Yeah. I cannot stand like in general like not only supplements but like also maybe like I don't really know of many like clothing brand like active clothing brands. But like anything that's like center around just women. Yeah.
Where maybe it's owned by men, yes, or not even owned by men, but it's just like, why is it only for females? I don't understand that. I mean, I kind of get that. Like, I don't, like, me personally, I don't really mind. Like, if Women's Best was owned by women, I wouldn't care. No, yeah, yeah. And it's like, I get, like, because our stuff is pretty much for girls. Like, I don't really, like, to me it's just, if you're a guy, why are you making...
women's best stuff like what does that even mean like what like what are like you are targeting that like women that is confused about weight loss that is confused about health that and just marketing these supplements the thing was so let me kind of backtrack on what i was saying though because like i the thing with supplements is like women's best for instance i don't like again i don't really know what protein is protein yeah protein is protein but it's also like do you have a pump product do you have like a good ass pre-workout like
It's always like the woman's vitamin pills or like the collagen, the greens. Like it's never like the real supplements that are like really helpful when it comes to like heavy weight training. Do they sell creatine? I don't know. I don't know. I know nothing. Yeah, I have no idea. But like, yeah. Okay. Yeah, I get what you're saying. Like why don't you have like pumps? Yeah. Like.
like you're selling like booty bands you sell wrist wraps yeah like no like you know yeah like yeah no i they're always like when like any company like really starts off with like you know creating their products it's like if you want to center girls okay protein greens collagen booty band and yeah booty bands and multivitamins it's like those like things and honestly bcas too sometimes drives me nuts but like
why isn't there like these like crazy, like, like good, you know what that is? It has a name. Okay. It has a name because it's literally called, it's called something guys. I'm going to Google it. I'm going to get back to you with the real name, but, um, I don't know what you're talking about. No. Okay. Because it's not just a fitness thing. Hold on guys. I'm trying to type and talk at the same time. Uh, one second. Like it's called pink something. Um,
So the pink tax, pink tax, that's what it's called. Products for women are more expensive for the same things just because they pink in there for girls. A razor. Okay. Dollar shave club razors like the men's razors are literally so cheap. You know how much a Venus pink.
Razor for sensitive skin. Expensive. Why? Because girls care about their appearance, their hygiene. They make... They want... Outside of the fitness industry, because this is... Obviously, we're talking about it in the fitness industry, but it's a thing everywhere. Like, about stupid stuff. Let's say, like, a woman's hairbrush and, like, a man's hairbrush. They're both a hairbrush. But one might be, like, more expensive and marketed a certain way when it's, like, it's nothing. It's the same thing. But when you market to women...
It's so degrading. Yeah. Everything is so degrading and everything is like pink and like, yeah. Like when you go to like a sports game and the women, like they have like women's jerseys and the women's jerseys are like pink. Yeah. Why aren't they just the sports team's colors? Like why, like why is it like small and pink? I know. Fuck. Yeah. And like, that's another thing too is like,
Yes, our branding is pink and blue and all that, but we are so fucking... We are hardcore, like bench, like let's do this shit, okay? It's the mindset behind it because there's a difference between like, fucking I'm going to wear pink because I'm strong and empowered and a company owned by males being like, we're going to make this woman's version and we're going to make it more expensive because girl... And preying on girls. There's a difference and I hope you guys understand the...
The difference I'm trying to like. No, yeah. I'm sure they understand. I think one of them. Oh, the big thing that happened. I remember now it was Pence.
Pens? Yeah, like a pen. What's it called? Bic, I think. Maybe it's the wrong brand. Sorry if that's the wrong company that this happened to. They came out with pens, like a pink pen and a purple pen. And they were like pens for women. And people were like, what? What the fuck? Like it's a pen. Yeah. Like how is it for girls? Stuff like that. Yeah. That's like, bro, what? Yeah. No, I can't. I really can't. So this is like an issue.
everywhere like all over the freaking world but the fitness industry like especially just because the gym and your body and food is such a vulnerable place for girls that i think it makes me extra pissed yeah because it's like it's such a vulnerable place but yeah and like honestly at the end of the day nothing matters with your gender on anything you're buying other than like legitimate like female products like you know what i mean like yeah like unless it's like a tampon yeah
Like stuff like that. Like, yeah. But like I use freaking old spice deodorant. Like why do I need to use the freaking like. See, but that's more expensive. Another good example, like men's deodorant versus like secret. Like why? Like why? No, seriously. Like why?
Yeah. I mean, not to make this a whole, a whole podcast about gender roles and the fact that that's stupid. Like not to like go into that. That could be a whole other topic. Okay. But like, it's dumb. Like it's literally stupid. Yeah. Guys, my armpits are hairy right now. So fuck that. No, I need to get, I'm going to get a wax and I really want them to wax them. So I have to like roll them out for them to be able to wax them.
So, but like fuck the gender roles, man. Yeah. Fuck it. Fuck it. Keep them hairy. Okay. But we also, um, because that was serious, but like, this is like more serious. Yeah. This is like literally serious, literally like trigger warning. Yeah. Like sexual assault. Yeah. Like, so the, there's a prime example of what we're talking about.
Not to just like get deep and dark on you guys after talking about my armpits, but this is like, yeah, we have, you have to laugh for a minute and then you got to prepare for real. Yeah. Um, there's a trainer, um, very big on Tik TOK. I'm talking 1.2 million followers. I mean, maybe has gone down since, but yeah. Um, I like over a million followers, big on Instagram and a lot of disgusting, horrible, uh,
Like, jaw dropping. Like, I genuinely can't believe the stuff that I'm seeing about this person. It's disgusting. And it's not even like, oh, maybe it's fake. He's said this stuff, like on podcast. He's admitted, he said that he's done it. Like, he's literally said that he's...
slept with his clients in his office. Let's take a step back though because some people might be confused. But this whole controversy, if you're on Fit Talk, happened about two weeks ago, three weeks ago or something like that? A few weeks ago, yeah. A few weeks ago. We don't have TikTok so I'm sure it died down by now. But he is a...
fitness creator and um you know it really stemmed or just started from like one post that he made on tiktok and a lot of people after that started speaking up because once one person spoke up the next and just people were a lot a lot of people were just speaking up so um
yeah i don't know and the reason we're talking about this is because he is like that very stereotypical girls coach that literally the person we just talked about that was his content yeah but for me personally how i felt when i first started like on social media and i started seeing his videos is why the fuck is he touching his clients like that see i never i never noticed thought about that i
I was like, why is he touching them like that? Like I've, I never, I never saw that. But so this person is very touchy on his clients in videos. Um, like doing a leg press with his hand on their inner thigh. Yeah. Um, I heard things about, and his hands are on their hip bones with like very, very too close doing pull-ups and assisting them by their butt. Disgusting, like disgusting. Yeah.
And like I was saying before, now that we, yeah, I can talk about this for like hours, so I'll probably get sidetracked and stuff. But back now that you guys have a little more backstory, he admitted to sleeping with his clients before or after training sessions in the gym, which, I mean, if they're all adults, I mean, I guess there's something you can do about that, but that's weird. It's unprofessional. Yeah.
And disgusting. I mean, we're talking how many clients in a row? Like what you have, like how many, how many clients in a day where you just, and they would do it like four free sessions. Like it was basically like in exchange. I don't want to say too, like with this, I really hope like,
It's crazy how bad the world is out there. And not only just because this man has a social media platform that he was able to get called out from this. There are like hundreds of men that are like this every day that don't have platforms that are kind of like, you know, low key. So I really hope girls listening to this, we by no means are trying to scare anyone. But just like obviously be aware of like red flags that do pop up from these like this conversation that we are having right now.
But like if you have a client, if you have a trainer, he's a male trainer and he's asking you to come over to his apartment or anything like that, which is an example of like what this, you know, influencer was doing. It's such a big red flag. Making sexual comments about your body. Yeah. Saying to send like glute pumps. Like before and after workouts. Especially if you're 17, 18, 19 years old and they're 30.
Yeah. It's, it's disgusting. Like it's like, it's gross. Like when I first heard about it, I just, it was kind of like, he's a little handsy. There's some allegations. And I was like, okay, that's terrible. But like, maybe it's like not that like, you know, like I didn't think it could be this like, like the way he was taught. I was like, Oh,
Like it was even worse than I thought. Like I was like damn you're like you're scummy. Once you see it all together that's when you realize. Yeah it went from like damn you're the worst. Like that sucks you're the worst to like holy crap you're like a monster. Yeah. Like and you're disgusting. Like.
I can't even wrap my head around it. Yeah. And it's real, guys. It's like voice memos. Like there's no... Maybe it's fake. No. It's literally not fake. Like it's real. And the fact that he's still posting is disgusting. Yeah. Get off social media. Go to jail. Like stop. Oh, one thing that I think did happen though is I think he got fired from that gym that he was working out, which is good. Oh my God, boo-hoo. He needs to go to jail. But what I'm saying is like...
Like the whole thing, like I don't know how many clients he's had, like over 500, I guess, or something. I don't know. But it's like when he is doing all these handsy things and you're a girl and you've never had a trainer before and.
and you don't know really what the approach of a trainer is, you're going to think these things are normal. And that's probably how like hundreds and hundreds of these clients felt. Like they thought it was normal. They thought it was normal that their trainer was inviting them over to the apartment for like a private session. I'm sure he probably had like a gym or something like that at his apartment. I don't know. But it's like, it's so brainwashing the way that men can just manipulate like everything
And these poor girls all thought it was so normal. But now that it's coming to light, so many people are like speaking up about it. And they're like, oh my goodness, like I have my little story I need to share. And it's just like crazy to see all of the stories that I've personally seen just because I've been like, you know, looking on social media and I'm like, wow, like brainwashing. Yeah. And it's, it's because he is like the number one stereotypical like person
image of this guy that we were describing that him coming out as being an absolute disgusting pig is like almost no surprise yeah because for most of that to me like that like it in a way it was like oh my god like what and then a second later it was like duh yeah like i see like i guess i do see how he's a scumbag like once you look into it like a
the teensiest bit further. Because, like, I wasn't really super interested in his content to notice him being tight. Like, I don't think I really saw, like, many videos. I'm pretty sure I blocked him, like, almost half a year ago because I could not stand seeing his videos on my free page. No, I, like, have no words because I'm, like, I feel so terribly sorry for anyone that has ever been trained by him, interacted with him. Like, I'm really sorry because...
yeah i would like beat him up in a heartbeat it's so gross it's like i feel so bad saying men because not all men are like this but i really hope you guys understand what we're trying to say it's like okay yeah all they say it's a given like not all men but like but good here's the thing scummy men are the ones to be like it's not all of us and then
good men are like yeah i'm really sorry yeah no you know it's like they're like you know it really sucks you have to go through that but then scummy men are like no yeah and then some guys will be like you know we like we don't claim him like i'm sorry like men suck like you know like
So, like, I'm guaranteed, like, some of the guys listening to this right now. You guys know what we mean. We appreciate you guys, the men listening, because there are a lot of you that I realize. Because I get quite a few DMs anytime. I'm like, ah, no guys are ever listening. And then I get a DM and I'm like, oh, I was listening. And I go, damn. This isn't girl talk, I guess, anymore. But this...
I really hope like the fact that he's posting on Instagram, like that was so shocking to me. We looked it up. None of us had, neither of us, not none of us. There's only two of us right here. Neither of us had been like quite like up to date in terms of like till today about the situation because we don't have TikTok. We were like doing our own stuff. I wasn't up to date, but obviously we wanted to talk about this. So I was like, I need to be like more aware of what else has been said. Cause the last thing I saw was like, he's been kind of sketchy to girls and that was kind of it. Yeah.
I didn't really see like the receipts. And when I tell you there's receipts, can we shout out? Yeah. Adam Wright Fitness. Not all men, baby. Stan, Adam. Adam Wright Fitness. Like he has been going deep on it. He has a whole story highlight. Guys, it's long. It is long.
It's very long. I literally looked to Sam. I said, oh my God, I thought I was like almost done because I tapped probably like so many times and I wasn't even halfway. Yeah. It's really, really long. It's like disgusting. Like literally like trigger, like,
Trigger warning if that's a very sensitive subject to you to like read. That's what it's literally about. It's voice memos. And it's him on podcast. Yeah. Admitting. His podcast. He has a podcast. On his own podcast. Admitting that he's been with over 500 people and never uses protection. And has had STDs. Yeah. Passed them around to his clients as well. Yeah. Like two. Like they went around his gym. Yeah. Disgusting. Like, like, and like, how are you not in jail? Yeah. Yeah.
It's funny because I feel like we're kind of not necessarily going all over the place with this podcast, but we went from one extreme to the other of like,
like manipulative, like abusive men in the fitness industry. And then like what we started with, which was like the money grab aspect. The thing is, it's like, that's a really easy way to go into. Again, not all of them. Yeah. We don't want to scare you guys. But think about, but think about for a second, you have a lot of girls coming. What's an easy way to get your day solely filled with a bunch of girls coming in and little booty shorts. Yeah. Yeah.
Like, hello. Like, it's a great job for a fucking scumbag. Yeah. Like, to a dirtbag's head, like this guy. Also, let's talk about his mat that he sells. Oh, that's, I low-key shaded it in the beginning. Did you guys catch on? He sells a mat where you place your feet. It's like a narrow stance, a wider stance, like a sumo stance, like squat for like the glutes. One stupid where my feet go. We talked about this in
Last episode. Yeah. Who's to say our feet are going to go in the same spot? Yeah. That's stupid. And it's just like, what the hell is that? Yeah. Like, am I going to bring that mat to the gym and stand on it while I squat? And like stand on it? No. Get out of here. The thing is, I guarantee so many people have probably bought in that thing just because they looked up to him. They've seen his clients' transformations and they want to become, not necessarily his clients' transformation, but like in a way, like feel like they can make the results through him by just purchasing his product. Yeah.
Yeah. And he and in a way it's comforting because like I said for for a little bit, like I would get duets from the stupid guys making fun of me and this person knows nothing and he would stick up for me. But then again, you have to think, why is he sticking up for you? Yeah. Was he hoping that I responded back and was like, hey, and he would have been like.
come over I don't I'm not gonna lie I did check my dms to see if he ever dm'd me because I was like he dms a lot of girls and I was like what the hell like the amount of like when I did have tiktok I would see like girls that like would be like oh my god he's dm'd me this before and I'm like oh my god like has he dm'd me then I checked I was like oh thank god he didn't but like it's oh it's so gross and I hope like if there's guys that are doing that whole like
booty band like nonsense as training not like booty band nonsense but like being like a women's coach and like focusing on the glutes like even if you have like good intentions like maybe think like thinking about it a little bit because you can help women get the physique they want with being an all-around well-rounded good trainer yeah you don't have to emphasize that you are specializing in women you don't have to do the bullshit
Yeah. You can just be a good trainer and you don't have to market anything else other than the fact that you're a good trainer and you'll get them the glutes they want and probably the smaller looking waist they want, but you'll also make them strong and healthy. Yeah. Not this stupidity. And to this guy that we were talking about, you suck. And I hope every single person gets like justice for that. Um, I have, I have no words, literally scum of the earth.
It makes me so sad to think that people who thought that they were just being, you know, in a safe space, getting help they want in a gym, went through such disgusting, horrible acts. It's really sad. It's really, really, really sad to see that, like, just happen with someone who got so famous. Yeah. And honestly, shout out to our men.
out there you know doing the most is for the girls trying to get them into the gym that's one thing we want it's like we want more women to get into the gym but we don't want them to be afraid to do other things you know like it shouldn't always be focused in the gym for the right reason yeah like for example the guy that came out to us the other day about like the squat thing he does yeah so this guy in the gym does this thing where he does like a 10 all these squats it's like this crazy squat challenge and he was like do you guys squat and we're like yeah he's like because i do this thing and like no one ever wants to do with me and like would you guys want to do it and like
That's good energy being like, come on, like...
like do this like challenge with me like and it could have been anything like that's good energy like he wasn't trying to put a booty band on it like yeah good positive energy like and we said basically saying like you guys are strong yeah you can do this we said he was like how much weight would you do because it was like a lot of reps i was like probably like 135 and he was like oh come on how much do you weigh i was like like 140 he's like you're not even gonna do body weight like come on you could do more than that like i don't know like and i'm like that's that's the energy yeah that's the energy we want like a guy
I was front squatting and I put more weight and he was like, oh damn, you're going to put more weight on like good shit. Like he was like really hype. And it's like, that's the energy that you should feel more safe around in a gym. Yeah. Or more trusting to put your money into then. I mean, obviously it could be them too. We'll never know, you know, to do stuff like that. But whatever, it could be anybody.
But in terms of trusting as a good trainer, they should be hyping up your strength and your confidence, not trying to sell you more weight. They want you to feel strong and very... I don't know what the word I'm looking for is, but just a badass in general, overall. Yeah. You want to feel strong. The glute stuff is so... It's literally so stupid. It makes me so angry. And I'm telling you guys, it's always glute something. Glute king. Glute master. Glute kickbacks. Glute...
Fucking, I don't know. But yeah, we see it, honestly, I see it every day. Like, it's an everyday occurrence where I see this. Yeah, it's a real thriving business out there. And you would think, like, at our, like, our, like, badass gyms, like Big Tex and Lift ATX, you would think you wouldn't see those things. But you see them. But you still see it with the trainers there. And I'm like...
And we're in like a powerlifting gym. We're literally in like a powerlifting badass gym and you see like men, whoops, I just hit my microphone. You see men like training women with like just the old school nonsense. Kickbacks with the booty band. Literally the old school nonsense that we thought we already deemed was nonsense years ago, but apparently it's still there. It's still there and it's still, I specialize in women and...
I remember the guy also saying, like, to feel your glutes to, like... Yeah, push through out of your... I'm like, come on, man. Like, I don't... Why does it have to be my glutes? I'm trying to do quads. It was a quad day. Yeah. Like, you don't... Why would I be on the pendulum squat right now trying to hit my glutes? Like, I want to be hitting my fucking quads. He mentioned glutes, like, a good, like, two times. And I wanted to be, like, it's quad day, sir. Yeah. Like, I'm hitting back. Who are you talking to? Like, um... But, I mean, I really hope that guy does, like...
is a great trainer. No. Yeah. I hope he is. I hope he does not fall into the criteria that we, we mentioned. It honestly just really sparked this topic. I hope he's a good, I really hope he's a great, um, but yeah, it's just really upsetting to see this industry of men doing that scummy stuff is still thriving and that it even gets worse than just being a money grab and that it's actually disgusting. It's literally trainers. It's,
companies, it's a lot. So just be on the lookout, girls. You know, you can do anything that you want. You don't need to be doing... Obviously, if you want the moral support of having someone to work with, that's great. But at the end of the day, you can hop into that gym, do your squats, do your bench, do your deadlifts, and you will see the results you want to see, I promise you. Yeah, you don't need the...

uh, raw and real big, annoying. If you have any like situations with that in your own gym, like don't be afraid to speak up and say something. Yeah. I mean, I know it is scary, but like you have our support at least, like, you know, you have two people backing you. Uh,
you know, you could be that person to stop it before. Yeah. Before it happens to somebody else. Another thing I do want to say too, like this can literally do with anything is like, we're always there for you guys. If you guys ever just need someone to talk to, like our DMs are open. Obviously they're going to be the days where like, we can't get back to everyone. But like, if I see like a very important message or like someone's like trying to be very open to me, like I'll most of the time, like I tried to get back to you guys. So just know that like, we're always here if you need it. Yeah. Um, and go to a badass women trainer, go to a, yeah.
