Ari Meisel of LessDoing.com talks to me today about how you can do less and get organized to reduce stress! I have implemented a lot of his suggestions and I'm beyond impressed. Had to share.

I think stress reduction is incredibly important and it’s imperative to be organized and have a system to maximize production while reducing stress. His system is called Less Doing. I've been implementing his strategies and have to say I am impressed with my increase in productivity and reduction in stress. I met Ari at the Bulletproof Biohacker’s conference and was very intrigued by his ideas to increase productivity and absolutely loved his book, Less Doing More Living!
