This episode is the sermon I preached in our youth conference about how to thrive in this 4IR. Change is coming and if we are to keep on dominating the marketplace with out Kingdom mandate we need to adapt and thrive in this times of God. We can no longer be used by having our gifts used by others but ourselves. If you never develop the gift God has given you, someone else will hire you to use the gift you were given to enrich themselves.
