The city government introduced new polices today to attract even more foreign investment. Another 11 regional headquarters of multinational【跨国公司】 corporations were set up, bringing the total to 902. Another 5 new foreign-funded R&D centers were established, giving the city 536. 今年，上海货物进出口值同比增长0.7%，超过6810亿元。新增跨国公司地区总部11家、外资研发中心5家，全市累计分别达到902家、536家。 21 new policies have been announced to stabilize foreign investment. Many are aimed at helping companies with customs clearance, financial support or tax breaks. For example, the Shanghai Branch ofExport-Import Bank of China created a 10-billion-yuan funddesignated for loans to micro and small foreign trade companies. The third phase ofYangshan Special Comprehensive Bonded Area will be expanded. The bank's 2023 growth expectation for China is five percent. 据亚洲开发银行（亚行）今天（04/04）在北京新闻发布会上的最新预测，中国可能是世界上唯一一个增长加速的主要经济体，中国2023年经济增长率有望达到5%。 The bank'sAsian Development Outlook projects the Asia-Pacific region will see economic growth of 4.8 percent in 2023, saying China's economic recovery is brightening the outlook for the entire region. The bank's director for China said the country's recovery will be mainly driven by“rebounds in consumption demand”. But the director added fiscal【财政的】 stimulus will continue to be needed in the short run to spark the recovery as external demand may ease this year as growth cools in advanced economies.
