The money will be used to help coal and electricity companies to update their facilities and technologies. SCHOOLS PROVIDE ONLINE CLASSES FOR STUDENTS IN LOCKDOWN 疫情隔离下的网课井然有序 Many local primary and middle schools have arranged for teachers to teach online classes for students who cannot attend school due to lockdown measures. The fourth round of Russian-Ukrainian talks may be held today in Belarus, which borders Ukraine. The ministry also demanded that the United States provide detailed information about the work done by biological laboratories in Ukraine. It accused Washington of attempting to conceal evidence of work with "highly hazardous【有害的】 pathogens of plague, anthrax, rabbit-fever, cholera and other lethal diseases," in violation of the Biological Weapons Convention【《禁止生物武器公约》】. The claim comes after Russian authorities discovered documents from staff at Ukrainian laboratories. Ukraine’s foreign minister yesterday (March 9) warned of risk of a radiation leak at the occupied Chernobyl nuclear plant as all facilities are without power and the diesel generators have a 48-hour capacity.
