Zhang Hong tells us more about the documents. 十三届全国人大五次会议将在明天开始，上海代表团将以代表团名义向大会提交3件议案，将涉及修改消费者权益保护法和修改企业破产法。更多信息请听张泓的报道。 NPC deputies from Shanghai were discussing motions and suggestions on their way to their prep-meeting at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. One motion proposes the revision of the Consumer Protection Law. It calls for a 7-day grace period during which time consumers are allowed to get a refund for a fitness club membership if they haven’t used it. 在前往人民大会堂参加预备会议的路上，上海代表们还在讨论已经通过的全团议案和建议。一项提案是修改《消费者权益保护法》的议案。里面提到要有7天的冷静期。在此期间，如果消费者没有使用健身俱乐部会员资格，他们就可以获得退款。 Gao Yun NPC Deputy, Huangpu District Party Secretary 杲云，全国人大代表、黄浦区区委书记 It will reduce the conflicts between consumers and gym operators so I think the motion to revise the Consumer Protection Law is a good one. 这样可以减少很多消费者和商家经营者之间的纠纷矛盾，所以对消保法这样的修订议案我觉得非常好。 The motion also proposes regulations to crack down on big-data-enabled price discrimination. 这样的修订议案还可以有力地打击“大数据杀熟”。 Shao Zhiqing NPC Deputy, SH Committee of China Zhi Gong Party 邵志清，全国人大代表、致公党中央委员、上海市委专职副主委 I think the algorithms【算法】 that are used to decide prices should be disclosed and regulated by the government. We also need to put a limit on the information that business owners can get. They cannot collect customers’ information and their shopping behaviors endlessly. 我认为利用算法来进行决策、推送定价，这方面要公开透明。并且要限制商家能够获得的消费者的信息，不能无限制地收集消费者在平台上购物的行为和相关信息。 Another two motions are about the revision of the Arbitration Law and Enterprise Bankruptcy Law. Swimmers from Zhejiang Province, one of the best teams in China said the team is gearing up for the event. Reporter Zhang Yue spoke with several of the swimmers earlier today. 2022年亚运会将于今年的9月在浙江省杭州市举行，亚运会资格赛将在不到一个月后开始。作为中国最好的游泳队之一的浙江省游泳队的一名运动员表示正在为资格赛做准备。更多信息请听张乐的报道。 Fu Yuanhui, who won a bronze medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics in the 100-meter backstroke, said her training has become more scientific and intensity is not the first priority. PERIMETER OF ZAPORIZHZHIA NUCLEAR POWER PLANT ON FIRE 乌克兰扎波罗热核电站附近起火 The perimeter of Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant was on fire today. The Russian Defense Ministry confirmed the facility and the nearby area were being protected by Russian soldiers. Stephen Rancourt has the story. 当地时间今天凌晨，乌克兰扎波罗热核电站外围的一处演习训练设施，发生火灾。俄国防部证实，该核电站设施和附近区域已被俄军看守保护。更多信息请听斯蒂文的报道。 The Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant is the largest of its kind in Europe and provides about 25 percent of Ukraine’s electricity. China’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations in Vienna, Wang Qun, said the IAEA’s resolution on Ukraine’s nuclear security undermines the agency’s independence as an international organization.Wang made the remarks after voting against the resolution at a meeting convened by the IAEA’s Board of Governors to discuss the situation in Ukraine.The resolution on nuclear safety, security and safeguards regarding the situation in Ukraine, proposed by Canada and Poland, was adopted by the IAEA board at the meeting.
