Until 2009 there was no unified definition for the state where people, especially older people lose muscle now known as Sarcopenia, despite the fast that it is a main contributor to decline of functional status with old age.

In this episode Nicole and Tali discuss the 2019 revised European consensus on definition and diagnosis for sarcopenia, with some helpful information about our role in screening, prevention and treatment.
