He was frustrated with the lack of real, measurable results from traditional therapies and wanted to apply his engineering background to create a systematic, effective solution for fear and anxiety.
Fear, which manifests as various symptoms like anxiety, procrastination, people-pleasing, and perfectionism.
Traditional psychology often focuses on managing symptoms, while Daniel's approach targets the root cause in the body's nervous system to provide permanent relief.
The nervous system is the root cause of fear and anxiety. By addressing its health, one can feel safe and reduce symptoms like anxiety and procrastination.
The program has a 90% success rate, meaning nine out of ten people who complete it are free of their fear-related symptoms.
It combines all necessary tools in one place with simple, easy-to-follow instructions, addressing the root cause of fear in the body's nervous system.
Feeling safe permanently leads to freedom, allowing one to be their authentic self, more present, and more energetic.
It provides a practical experience of feeling calmer instantly, demonstrating the effectiveness of addressing fear through the body rather than the mind.
Results matter because they validate the effectiveness of a solution. Without measurable results, it's difficult to know if a method truly works.
Innovation is crucial as it allows for the creation of new, effective solutions that traditional methods lack, ultimately leading to permanent change.

Welcome to Mick Unplugged, where we ignite potential and fuel purpose. Get ready for raw insights, bold moves, and game-changing conversations. Buckle up. Here's Mick. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to another exciting episode of Mick Unplugged. And today we have a banger. We have one of my really good friends and one of my mentors in the world. We're talking about an inspiring guest who's passionate about empowering people to find lasting peace.
Through his work, he provides valuable insights and tools to help individuals transform their lives. Today, we're going to talk about No More Band-Aids, Just Full of Life Upgrades.
Please join me in welcoming the compassionate, the insightful, the dedicated, my man, Mr. Daniel Packard. Daniel, how are you doing today, brother? Testify, Mick, testify. Thank you for that intro. That is my tagline. No more band-aids, just full life upgrades. And also, you've inspired me. When people ask me my name, I want to walk up to people and say, my name isn't just Daniel, it's Daniel Unplugged.
And just like let that sit in the air. This isn't stream pop music, Britney Spears, Daniel. This is Nirvana unplugged. This is Public Enemy unplugged, Daniel unplugged. - Yes, sir. - That's me. I don't know what that means, but it feels good. - You are officially Daniel unplugged. We're gonna change the website, all your social domains and everything. - Thank you.
Thank you. And to your audience, if you want to be unplugged, the raw, authentic version, that is what we want for you. And also really it leads into the work that we're doing, what I want to share with your audience, because No More Band-Aids Full Life Upgrades is about really looking, you know, your audience is aware, they're aware they struggle with things like anxiety, procrastination, people pleasing, perfectionism, low confidence, all the things that keep us from that
version of ourselves, that unplugged, unafraid version of ourselves. So your audience already knows that, but they've gone and they've taken retreats and therapists and psychologists and spiritual teachers and they know a lot. However, what most people and I experienced was they're never free of it.
They have tips and tools to manage it. It's the band-aids. There's a trillion dollar, I call it the improvement industrial complex. Trillion with a T is spent every year on people in pain trying to be happier. But because there's no real solutions, a fast effective solutions, it's always band-aids, which is better than nothing, but...
What we built and what I want to share with your audience is an understanding of what they're struggling with, an innovative root cause that's not only simple, but makes this solvable. And I'm going to be explaining that to your audience. What's really holding them back that makes this solvable so they can be free of the anxiety and procrastination that people please and the perfectionism, the low confidence, all that stuff. I'm going to explain to your audience the research we discovered, how to be free of it.
And then also give people an opportunity at the end to do a free training so they can go deeper and really feel this for themselves. But that's us going to the root cause. No more band-aids, just free life upgrades. Hey, I love it. And we're going to hit a lot of things today. What I want to know first of Daniel is this.
You know, at Make Unplugged, I really believe in going deeper than your why and finding your because, right? That root reason that makes you do the things that you do. And so you talk about all the amazing things that you do, not only for people, but with people. So I think the listeners and viewers want to know, first and foremost, Daniel, what's your because? What's that purpose for you that allows you to be a light and a resource for others?
Thank you. And it's very clear. And I live it every day. I lived it this morning when I woke up. When I woke up, I was led by my why. And what was that? I went online and I checked the results on our clients because we're very into results. When people work with us, we don't have a lot of shiny language like unlock your potential, be the infinite you. That sounds great.
great. When you're in pain, just give me some results. If somebody stabs you and you go to the ER, you don't want the doctor to say, hey, let's unlock your infinite potential. It's like, no, man, just stop the bleeding. I could just do your job, you know? So we're about not shiny language, but just real results. By the way, if there's a doctor listening to this, I would love you to say that in an ER. Someone walks in choking and you're like, hey,
We're going to awaken your greatness. It's like, no, if you could just unblock my windpipe, that would really be great. But we're about results fast. And so I looked at the database of our clients and I could see several clients were already
being free of what held them back is results is what gets me up in the morning. And that's because when I was a kid, my dad was a scientist and he, he said something to me that was pretty profound. He said, you know, a lot of people can have a theory or an idea, but you don't know if that theory or ideas is real. You don't know if that person knows what they're talking about. It's the person that gets results.
That's the person you should listen to. That's the person that actually knows what they're talking about. And he said, results matter. And that phrase of results matters. We live in a world with so much noise and opinions and thoughts. It's great. Everyone's got a voice. But hey, sometimes you just want results. And most people don't get results. And I liked getting results. My dad let me use his workshop when I was a kid. He was very generous. And I became a little kid inventor. I don't know if you remember Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
where he had like the pulleys and the things in his room. When I saw that, I thought, ooh, I wanna make cool stuff. And so I would invent things in my dad's workshop that got results. It's very satisfying. And then I went to engineering school where I was properly trained how to look at a seemingly complex, unsolvable problem, how to break it down into its simple mechanical components. Then that's just a theory. Great.
But then what do you got to do? You build a prototype, a real thing. And then what do you do? You test it and you see, does it get results? It often doesn't because it's, and then what do you do? You can spend months, if not years, tweaking and optimizing and refining until something actually just works. The Wright brothers, the plane that actually flew was built four years earlier. It didn't fly. But four years of tweaking, optimizing, refining, finally they got the prototype.
And so I was trained to do that. I love doing it. And the good news was engineering school taught me to make machines and inventions work, but they didn't teach me how to make life work. And so, yeah, I could make a robot that played ping pong. Yay. I don't know. But I had anxiety, procrastination, people pleasing, perfectionism, low confidence, and I wasn't happy. Right.
You know, I was successful. I was functional, but there was a version of me within that I couldn't gain access to because of all that stuff. So like your audience, I go looking for help and I get some insights. I get some awareness. I get some knowledge. I get some tips and tools. But after 10 years, it just, it wasn't gone. I was still doing it. And I, I thought it was my fault. I thought, I guess this is as good as life gets.
And not only was I sad and probably depressed and really not living the life I wanted to live, I was pissed. And I remember looking up to whoever's up there pulling the strings. And I was just said, I just said, hey.
What do you want from me? I just spent 10 years working on myself and I'm still doing this. This is a test, but what's the test? What do you want from me? And I was just being rhetorically angry. I didn't expect an answer from above, but I got an answer. And that answer was results matter. And I had to have a really sad realization that this 10 years that I'd spent with therapists, psychologists, spiritual teachers, these are well-intentioned people. They mean well, they have some knowledge, but like, let's be honest, results matter.
Not great results. 10 years, $100,000 spent, and I'm still doing this. That's not good results. If you go to a doctor with a broken leg, and 10 years later, you're like, wow, I'm gaining a lot of awareness around my broken leg. I'm learning to journal about my broken leg. I have this vision board where I'm salsa dancing again. It's like, that's not great results. And I just said, it's because...
The Improvement Industrial Complex has well-intentioned people, but they don't solve things. They're not built for that. They're teachers. They're not innovators. And I am. I'm an engineer. And so I said, well, maybe I'll apply my gifts of engineering and problem solving and innovation, keyword innovation. We need innovation.
Because what's being sold right now is not getting the job done. Now, it's not a slight to those people, but we need to innovate. So I started my own research company, Full Liberation Technology, with the goal to see could we reverse engineer an approach to human happiness that quickly, systematically, mechanically addresses the root cause such that people can quickly, systematically be free of what's holding them back and live the lives they were meant to live. Now, we didn't know if we could do it. It was noble, but it was...
It took eight years, Mick. Eight years. We worked with 3,000 people on five continents. I worked with addicts in South Africa. I worked with monks in India. I worked with entrepreneurs in Europe. I worked with athletes in the U.S. And it was not easy, but that's what you want in an engineer, a problem solver. We just go at it until we solve it. It's a certain mindset. And the end result of that research and over a million dollars in R&D is we basically...
created a system, a six-week system with all the tools and the instructions such that if you work the steps, you get the result. And the result of which I know because I felt it first. I was one of the first test subjects. And I remember waking up one morning just feeling oddly calm. My mind was quiet. The things I used to worry about, the people's opinion, I just didn't care. And I thought, well, this is temporary. There's no way this is permanent. But it was permanent. And for the last 10 years, I've been chill as a cucumber. I do not care at
all what anyone thinks of me. I can't procrastinate. I don't care if I'm like a kid again. And because it was based in our mechanical understanding and system, now we can get others
this result we have a 90 success rate meaning nine out of ten people that go through the program in six weeks are free of it and because we care about results listen to this audience we do not charge our clients at the beginning why we haven't gotten you a result yet my dad said results matter why are we charging you if we haven't helped you yet we charge you at the end we
Once you have clear, measurable, permanent results, that what you're struggling with is gone and not coming back. That is my why. That's what gets me excited is because when you're in pain, results matter. So what I just heard, Daniel, is that you believe in what you do because you're one of the rare breeds. I don't care the business or the entity, right? Where it's like, hey, I'm not guaranteeing it, but I know so much that
you're going to get results or you're not going to pay me. And most business owners don't do that. And so to me, that says a lot about your programs. And I'm going to put an S on there because, you know, I went through one of them. And that's why I say that you're one of my mentors, because, you know, Daniel and I, we talk offline about this. When you're a leader or and that could be business, that could be your household, that could be your community. If you're seen as the leader, the buck stops with you.
Right. You know, my grandfather used to say, Mick, when your sister cries, you go cry to your grandma and then your grandma cries to me. Well, then who do I go cry to? Right. And so I think what your program did for me was give me grounding that I needed.
It gave me peace. And when you talk about results, that's the truth, man. Literally walk away from a 90-minute session and it's like, holy crap. You feel, I don't want to say an outer body experience because I don't want to scare the listeners and viewers. You know that you finished changed. You can feel it, that cooling sensation. When your hair is standing up on your arms and it's like, what just happened?
And then you realize, not going to exaggerate, not that I do it every day, but a couple of times a week, I can go back to that and get that same feeling. And so to your point, bro, it just works.
Say it again, Mick. It works. It just works. That right there in this industry of spirituality, psychology, also just religion, a lot of stuff sounds good and it's meaningful and it's nice and it feels good, but does it just work? I'm sorry. No, maybe temporary. And what you just said, that's what gets me up. It just works. I have, and I want to be clear so the audience understands.
What I'm saying your audience likes. They're like, oh, I want something that works, that addresses the root cause quickly and systematically. Everyone wants that. But in this industry, they're going to say that's too good to be true. But also, they've tried so many things that haven't worked. So of course, they'll be skeptical. So I want to be clear. We have a six-week system. That's what fully addresses the root cause so that you're just free of either, again, the anxiety, procrastination, people-pleasing, perfection, low confidence. So whatever it is you want to be free of, addiction, it's gone.
But what Mick is talking about is you did a 90-minute mini training that gives you basically a crash course and one technique that we teach to show you this isn't too good to be true. This is real, and it just works. There was something in your life that brought up either a fear or an anxiety. You measured it, and then you applied one of our techniques at the end of the 90-minute training, and then you felt it just work. True? Hair raised on my arms. All right. I'm not lying. All right.
And no, and your audience knows you are no BS and your praise is high praise because you know a lot of stuff. You've tried a lot of things for you to say it just works. That's what people in pain need right now. And because people need that at the end, I'm going to give people an opportunity to have a free call with me. And when they have their free call with me, I'm going to send them same 90 minute training that you experienced so they can feel it for themselves. And they can say, oh, this works because results matter. And we do back it up. And when you said it's belief,
It's belief, but in science world, it's not called belief. It's just the data backs it up. I don't have to believe it. That's like a gardener saying, you know, you haven't watered your garden. If you just water your garden and someone says, wow, you really believe in yourself. It's like, that's not belief. It's just, I know how a garden works. And if you add water, it works. We approach this scientifically. So what we do, it's not like, oh, it's, I like it because it sounds good. No, we have the data that backs it up.
up and that's what excites me and that's what people need. And sometimes people say, well, what does that mean, data? Well, this happened two months ago. We had a gentleman, his name was Kyle, he's from London. He had anxiety and procrastination.
came to us and he said look man I've tried everything I've done the mindset shifting I've done the breath work I do the meditation it manages it but it's not gone I want to be full me I said I know so he said I don't think no you can't do this in six weeks I said I get why you think that he said but I met somebody at a party they had procrastination they tried everything and they said they're free of it and when they mentioned you only pay at the end when you get results they said a
How's that even possible? I'm just curious. B, it's no risk to try. So he went through and this is what it means to measure. So we measure what we call emotional biomarkers. So one of the things we do is how long does it take you to get started on something? This is for procrastination. It took him on average 90 minutes to get started on a project each day. By week five, it was down to nine minutes.
Again, measurable. Another thing we measure for procrastinators, how many hours per day did you spend doing what mattered to you and what you love to do? He started, I think it was around 45 minutes in a day.
And by the end of the program, he was up to five and a half hours per day. In productivity, his sales went up. He was also calmer because he got stuff done. He also enjoyed it more because he wasn't delaying and playing catch up. So he enjoyed it more. He was happier, which made him happier at home. And the third thing we track is focus. Usually procrastinators start and stop and start and stop and start and stop. So he started where he could work consistently for, I think it was...
12 minutes before he would get distracted. And by the end of the program, by the end of the six weeks, he was up to 90 minutes of consistent work.
focus so when i say measurement but not only was his procrastination basically solved and his anxiety was down by about 80 he was just happier he's just it's exhausting when you're managing this stuff all the time so by getting to the root cause by getting people free of this people are happier but also they just fulfill their potential that's what we mean by measurable results yep
I love it, man. And I would love without you give everything away anyway, right? Because you do it and it's like, hey, if it doesn't work, you don't pay me. But what are some of the practical strategies and techniques that you actually walk people through? And I don't care if we start with the 90 minute program or the six week program. What are some of the things that you are going to have people doing during these programs?
So on the one hand, of course, it's a good question. What are some practical strategies and tips and tools? However, the world is filled with strategies, tips, and tools. That's well covered. Your audience has those. I am anti-tip. I am anti-tool. What we are is a system that fully addresses the root cause so that you're free of it. And it's the systematic approach. If you want to go get a tip and a tool to manage your anxiety, manage your low confidence, there's plenty of people that'll take your money. You manage it.
but then it's not gone. What we developed is this system. And I also wanna explain the importance of a system because it'll make your audience have some hope and not blame themselves. To really do real change quickly, you need two key things.
First of all, you need all the tools in one place optimized for one job. What does that mean? When you go to a dentist, they have dentist tools. When you go to a heart surgeon, they have heart surgeon tools. When you hire a contractor, they have contracting tool. It's an optimized toolkit to get one job done. Okay. Your audience usually doesn't do get that. They go to one guru for one tool, one therapist for another tool. That's fine for management. But if you had a contractor walk up to you and say, Hey, we're going to rebuild your house.
I got a hammer. I got a really good hammer, man. I'm really good with this hammer. Hammers are great. But would you trust that person to rebuild your house quickly if he just had one hammer? Probably not. No, because you need multiple tools to get the job done. And that's what we spend eight years is figuring out everything you need in one place.
That was key. And that took a long time to figure out. But even that's not enough. Because let's say you have a friend who wants to eat chocolate chip cookies. And they taste the chocolate chip cookie and they say, Mick, I don't want to make chocolate chip cookies. And somebody hands them everything they need. All the tools, the whisk, the bowl, the oven, the flour, the sugar, everything they need is given to them. Yeah.
But they're not given instructions. Will they be able to make a chocolate chip cookie reliably and consistently? Nope. Nope. They'd have no idea what to do. What do I do? What do I do with the egg? Do I throw the egg in the oven? Do I take the whisk and sing into it like a microphone? How long do I put it in the oven? If you don't have the steps and the timing down, you can either end up with a burnt cracker or a three-layer wedding cake. So...
Your audience is often just given concepts and tools and the expert says, there you go. And then they try and they fail. So I'm telling you, your audience, the fact that you haven't been free of this stuff is not your fault. It's you were not given all the tools and the instructions to set you up for success. This is not your fault. This is that well-meaning experts were not equipped to fully address the root cause quickly. So what we have in the six weeks is all the tools and really easy to
follow instructions such that if you work the steps, you get the results. It's like a diet. It's really easy to follow because we don't want people to fail because when people fail, they feel worse about themselves. And I have felt that pain. So the reason we're so proud of our success rate is yes, we want you happy and free of this. We also don't want you to fail and feel even more broken. And the reason this is possible is because we made it simple.
That's what scientists and engineers are good at. We can make complex things simple. Newton figured out all of motion on the planet with three laws. Now we take it for granted, but this guy looks out to this huge complexity and says, you know what?
I think it's like three laws and it is three things. So it takes a certain mind to simplify things. So let me explain to your audience what's going on that makes this simpler and it'll give them hope. It feels like we have multiple problems, meaning I have anxiety. I am a procrastinator. I'm a perfectionist. I'm an overthinker. It feels like we have multiple problems and there are experts that will tell you you have multiple problems, but you don't have multiple problems.
You have multiple symptoms of one thing, which is fear. You could say you have anxiety or you could say you have a lot of fear and you call that high level of fear anxiety.
You could say you're a procrastinator or you could say you're afraid to start things and finish things. You could say you're a people pleaser, or you could say you're afraid that people won't like you. So you make sure they're happy before you're happy. You could call it you're a perfectionist, or you could say you're afraid to make a mistake. You could say I have low confidence, or you could say I'm afraid to be my full authentic self. So can you see just to simplify things here,
that we don't have multiple problems. We're not broken in multiple ways. We just have multiple symptoms of one simple human thing, which is fear. Does that make sense with you? - Wholeheartedly it does. Wow, okay. - Does that simplify things? - Very simple, because you're right. The root concern in all of that is fear. Everything you just laid out, it's actually fear. - Yeah. - That's holding you back. - And is that a complicated or a simple thing to get?
Pretty simple to me. Yeah. Now your audience kind of says, oh, that makes sense. You're right. I am afraid that it's not, that's not the big breakthrough. The insight is that that's not what you're told. You're taught, oh, you struggle with procrastination. Let me give you, and you get all these tools to manage the symptom. So if to you, Mick, and your audience, I just want you to feel the compassion. Just repeat after me. Say, there is nothing wrong with me. There is nothing wrong with me. I don't have multiple problems. I don't have multiple problems.
I just have a fear. I just have a fear. Wow. How's that feel?
It's amazing because now I'm going to put it together, right? So when you tell someone, all right, I'm going to help you with procrastination, you haven't helped them solve procrastination. You just have them admit that they've got a problem, right? But you never got to the root cause of actually fixing or solving why it's there. It's like, to your point of what you said earlier, we're going to manage procrastination. We didn't stop it though.
We're just managing it. We're saying it's okay for you to live with it forever, right?
Yeah. And they don't even tell you it's a symptom. They tell you it's a problem. I can't tell you how many things we have solved that actually fear. It's just a symptom of fear. Now, we again, we optimize our program for what we call the funky five. Again, anxiety, procrastination, people pleasing, perfectionism, low confidence. Two weeks ago, a guy, a gentleman, his name was Gordon. He's from Ontario. He came to us for people pleasing. He went through a
By end of week five, he said, Daniel, it's incredible. I'm putting myself first. I'm making my needs a priority. I feel healthier. I feel happier. I feel calmer because the fear is gone. And guess what? I said, what? He said, I just went off my Parkinson's medication. Wow. Think about that. I'm not an expert in Parkinson's, but if you're shaking, what if you're shaking partly underneath because there's a fear and that shaking is part of it.
I've had people, I had a gentleman who had horrible low confidence, went through about four weeks in. This actually happened to, well, two women, but one woman I'm thinking specifically, her name was Jenny, California. She was a lawyer, very successful.
perfectionist which affected her productivity, her sales, her happiness, her sanity. So she goes through the perfectionism is gone and she's happier, she's more fulfilled, she made way more money and she said my ADHD is gone. I said well what if you didn't have attention deficit disorder? What if you were scared underneath and it's hard to focus when you're afraid? And she said oh my god so so much stuff is being misdiagnosed and this is how they make their money.
is creating all these problems and just addressing the symptom. So then the question is, even just fear, there are people out there who will say, oh, you know, fear is holding you back. Like this is not a huge breakthrough. You didn't, your audience doesn't need me to tell you that fear is an issue. But even when you look at fear, nobody solves the fear. It's overcome the fear, face the fear, change your mindset around the fear. Fear is false evidence appearing real. This is great stuff if you want to manage it. I spent hours,
$3,000 on a retreat to get tools to overcome my fear. And I thought, oh, sweet, overcome my fear. It sounds good, right? It's like Braveheart. I will overcome my fear. Sounds great. All right, let's look at the results. Spend three grand, come out of the retreat, some fear pops up. I spent all this energy, 45 minutes working the tools and the exercises. I overcame the fear. I made a baby step forward. Great, better than nothing. But guess what, Mick, was the fear gone?
No, all you learned how to do was overcome it. Overcome it. Which means that you have to do it again. You got to do it again and again and again. It's like you're in a boat that's sinking and there's water coming in and someone says, here's a bucket. All right, it's better than nothing, but you got to spend your whole life bailing. So you can't enjoy it. You're exhausted.
and you can't enjoy it. So with myself and our clients, you're free of this stuff, baby. You have way more energy and you are free and happier because when you're managing, it's exhausting and you can't access your full potential because you're always managing the symptom. So the way that we figured out was to say, let's not overcome the fear. Let's understand the fear and solve it once and for all.
And to do that, we had to say, well, let's come up with a mechanical understanding of what's causing the fear. Now, people will say, well, it's my childhood. It's social media. It's money. No, no, no, no, no. That's not what's causing the fear. That's making the fear worse. Right.
But that's not the root cause of the fear. We saw made two key discoveries. The first of all is the location of the fear. And this is what you experienced in the 90 minute training. And I'll tell your audience. We're told the location, the root cause of fear, doubt and anxiety is the mind.
right? Change your mindset, change your scarcity thinking. You have a negative mindset, quiet the ego. It's called mental health. It's got the word mental right in there. So your audience is trying to solve all this fear, doubt and anxiety in the mind. Now the mind can say some scary negative things, no doubt, but that doesn't mean it's the root cause. We found that the scary anxious mind, that overthinking mind, that negative mind, that too is a symptom of where fear is actually coming from, which is not the mind.
But the root cause of fear is the body. Yes. If you have anxiety, do you say, I think anxiety or I feel anxious? I feel anxious. And you feel it in your throat, your chest, your heart, your stomach. Is that your mind or your body? That's the body. I feel it. It's physical. It's physical. Is that complicated or simple? Very simple, sir. Yeah. And when you went through that 90-minute training...
You experienced your fear through the body and the tool that you applied was to your body. And when you applied the tool that you learned, you felt calmer, correct? Much calmer. Instantly. Say it again. Instantly. Yeah. Did you have to walk up into your mind and say, okay, I'm going to change my mindset. This is false evidence appearing real. Did you have to do anything like that? I didn't think. It happened. Say it again. I didn't think. It just happened.
You are articulating what we spent eight years to pull off. Just simple, automatic. It just works. And again, I'll give this to your audience at the end because I want them to experience this for themselves. A, so that they know that this is way simpler and way solvable, more solvable, and to give them hope. Because right now, a lot of people come to us. They're like, look, man, I've had this my whole life. Yeah.
I figure this is just, and if you look out into the world, most people are struggling. So it looks like we, and I'm telling people, you do not have to live. I don't. I don't have fear anymore. I used to be an anxious, insecure, I could barely leave my house. Just all these symptoms of fear. Mick, do I strike you as a fearful person in this moment? No, sir. No. If you introduce someone, would you say, hey, here's my friend Daniel. Man, he's kind of anxious and shy. Would you say that? Never. No. No.
So if you're like, it sounds too good to be true. Look at me. This is either I'm a sociopath high on cocaine or we figured out a system to lower the fear. Yeah. And for the listeners and viewers, we actually drug test all of our guests. I can tell you he passed. He's good. Wouldn't that be cool that we get such great results? People are like, make that guy take a pee test.
Yes. So this is what we discovered. And again, I'm trying to explain to your audience what's going on so they can understand it. They don't blame themselves and to give them hope. We saw that fear is coming from the body.
And then people say, well, where in the body? Well, again, when you're an engineer, you make things simple. So the answer is really simple. Okay. So think about it. Take out the word anxious. Take out the word fear. Just use the word nervous. And say the whole planet is experiencing different versions of nervousness. Okay. If you had to guess.
What system in the body is malfunctioning and making everybody nervous? Do you think it is A, the skeletal system, B, the coronary system, or C, the nervous system? I'm going to take C for 200, Alex. Gold stars and a vacation to Maui for you. Yes, it's the nervous system.
Is that complicated or simple? Very simple. Are you kidding me? For a hundred years, modern psychology has been telling people it's a fear and anxiety is a problem of the mind. Anxiety is on the rise. Meanwhile, there's a system in the body literally called the nervous system. And the experts were like, no, it's in the mind. No, it's really not.
It's in the body, in the nervous system. Your nervous system is your body's mechanical threat response system. If it isn't healthy, you feel a feeling called unsafe because you feel like you're under attack. If you feel unsafe, you feel fear. If you feel fear, it gives rise to anxiety, procrastination, people pleasing, perfection, low confidence, you name it because we don't feel safe. Now, it's not our childhood.
That does affect us and it's not what's going on in the world. While the world is scary and hard, that's not what's causing our nervous system. What you're gonna discover in this 90 minute training is that there are things that we are doing every day, okay?
that are accidentally unknowingly to you making your nervous system malfunction and you feel unsafe from within. It's from you to you. It's like if you have a little bit of extra weight. That's not from your childhood. That's not social media. It's because you make small dietary choices every day that accumulate in your body because you're taking on more calories than you should burn. It's you to you.
So we figured out there's 28 ways you're supposed to be taking care of your nervous system. The average person knows of five and really only does three. So also when you book a free call with me at the end, I'm going to send you those 28 ways that you should be taking care of yourself, but you don't know to take care of yourself because you don't know to take care of your nervous system. What happens is you feel unsafe from within low levels.
of unsafety. Now I've heard people say, well, no, I don't feel unsafe. And I say, you do feel unsafe and things scare you, but you're in your comfort zone hiding. So you do feel unsafe. You're just hiding in your comfort zone. And people say, oh, that's a really good point. So the reason we're able to get this incredible change in six weeks is because we built this system
It's online. It's automated, which makes it affordable. You have all the tools in one place and simple, easy to follow instructions. And when you follow the steps and apply the tools consistently, the end result is that you feel just safe. Yeah.
So people come to us for anxiety, procrastination, people pleasing, perfection. They come to us for the symptom, but we're addressing the root cause, which is the fear and the safety. I'm saying this to you, Mick, and your audience. If six weeks from now, you woke up every morning and from the inside out, your default was to just feel safe. How would your life be different and better? It would be moved. It would be moved, right? Like if all we want to do is feel safe,
Right? We are preparing for something, right? Like in my mind, if I just want to feel safe, I'm preparing for an attack. I'm preparing for something. So I'm saying I would be moved because I'm trying to prepare. I'm waiting for that thing to happen. But if you felt safe, meaning no matter what happened, you just felt safe.
meaning there's no fear anymore, would that allow you to be more authentic and open-hearted? Every day. If you just felt safe and calm, what would happen to your anxiety? It would no longer exist. Yeah. If you had a fear that if things aren't perfect, but you could just wake up every morning feeling safe...
What would happen to the perfectionism? It wouldn't matter because I'm safe. Yeah. And when it doesn't matter and the fear is gone, the end result is instead of managing all the symptoms, you just get to be the full you. Your heart opens up. You're more authentic. You're more real. You're more present. But also it's exhausting being afraid at low levels. We're not meant to be afraid all the time.
If you look at nature video, lion jumps up, antelope goes, let's get out of here. They run for about 10 seconds and then they chill. They're just sitting there twiggling their ears. 10 seconds of fear. Now humans, we just live in fear. It's exhausting. So when the fear is gone, not only do you feel, do you have access to the full you, you have way more energy.
to do what matters to you, to be present, to make more money, to build your business, to be a leader, to be a better partner and a better parent. Does that sound better?
Much better. And again, I'm talking about the six week program, but can you at least see that in that 90 minutes that you did, can you at least see, hey, based on these principles, I can see that if this was not just a 90 minute training, but a full six week program with multiple tools over six weeks, can you see that the results that you felt in 90 minutes could theoretically give you access to just feeling safe permanently? Permanent. And that's the word I was going to use.
That was the word I was going to use. The 90 minutes is awesome and amazing and everyone should do it. The six week is, I'm going to use a word that we use a lot, but really it doesn't happen. The six week is life-changing because it literally is changing your life. And I think we use the term life-changing and game-changing, right?
way too often, right? I think what you do is life-changing. What my buddy Damon John does is game-changing. And you two are the only people that can use those phrases. - Woo, that is high praise, which I will take. And I agree. When I used to do symptom management and go to all these retreats, a friend even had to tell me, I would come back from these retreats and say, "Oh, it was life-changing." Or I'd read a book and I'd say, "Oh my God, that book was life-changing." And a friend actually had to tell me, he said, "Daniel, I think at the last like six months, you've said you've had your life changed nine times."
Right. And you're not a cat. Right. So just if it's life changing, it shouldn't have to be changed nine times. So that word does get thrown around. But I use it again scientifically because when that fear is gone, your life is changed and it's changed because it's permanent. It sticks. There's stuff that'll work temporary. This sticks. And when it's permanent, it gives you access to two words that I think people want. They don't even know they want, but it's what they want. The first one is to feel safe. Yep.
I've had clients say to me, Daniel, I haven't felt safe since I was seven years old. I was like, I know, welcome to the club. Waking up every morning feeling safe gives me access to the full me. But when you feel safe permanently, you get a word, which is what we all want. Freedom.
Yes, sir. You cannot be free and fearful at the same time. I feel like that should be a bumper sticker or something Jesus said. But you cannot be fearful and free at the same time. It just doesn't work that way. You got to pick one or the other. When you permanently don't have the fear, you are free, free to be that best,
happiest version of yourself that is comfortable in your own skin. And again, this all sounds good. It is, but it's the fact that we got it down to six weeks and you only pay at the end when you have clear measurable results. So to everybody out there, if you're interested, here's how I can help you. I want to offer your audience a free call with me. So if you go to my website and I like things simple.
