What advice do I have for college graduates?
对刚毕业的年轻人有什么建议?

There's no need even to have a college degree.
大学学位不是唯一的标准。

But there is a requirement of evidence of exceptional ability
但你必须证明，你拥有出众的实力。

If the stakes are high and if it's really important,
如果你在做的事情风险很高，但对你来说非常重要，

then one should overcome the fear and just do it anyway.
那就克服恐惧，大胆去做。

Don't just follow the trend.
不要随波逐流。

I would encourage people to use the mental tools of physics and apply them broadly in life.

First principle which is really the only way forward
第一性原理，它可以帮助你实现进步。

It doesn't have to change the world
你无需改变世界。

Try to be useful here, doing something that is useful to the rest of society.
尝试做有益的事，做对社会有贡献的事。

I think that's the thing to aim for
我认为，那才是你值得努力的目标。

Now it's the time.
现在就是最好的时机。

Take risks now. Do something bold.
去冒险吧，一往无前!

You guys are the magicians of the 21st century.
你们是二十一世纪的魔法师。

Don't let anything hold you back. lmagination is the limit.
不要让任何事情阻碍你，发挥无尽的想象力。

Go out there and create something magic!
共同去创造奇迹!

Failure is an option here. If things are not failing, you are not innovating enough.
失败很正常，如果没有经历失败，表示你还不夠创新。

I encourage people to read a lot of books, try to ingest as much information as you can,
我鼓励大家读更多书，吸收更多信息，

and you talk to people from different walks of life, different industries, professions, skills and occupations like just, learn as much as possible.
去和不同领域、不同专业、不同背景、不同职位的人沟通，尽可能地汲取所长。

Join a group that is amazing that you really respect.
去与那些优秀的、受尊敬的人为伍。
