It is enough to walk at a speed of about 100 to 120 steps per minute for thirty minutes every day.

加起来
add up to

“加起来”，是“合在一起”的意思。“起来”，趋向动词，用于动词后，表示动作有了一定的结果。
“加起来” means “add up to”. “起来” is a directional verb used after a verb to indicate the actions which has produced a result.
可以利用3-5分钟的空闲，每天加起来走5000步。
You can take three to five minutes’ break every day, and that will add up to 5,000 steps altogether.
(1)我上午学了一个小时，下午学了两个小时，加起来三个小时。
(2)爸爸给我1000元，妈妈给我2000元，加起来是3000元。
