In this election, there is politics and there's power. It's our beat and it's about the bottom line. Live from the new. York, washington votes is simple.

To make you money. I'm here to level the playing field for all investors. There's always a more work in summer, and I ponder to help you find them.

My money starts now. Hey, i'm cramer. Welcome me money.

Welcome to cream america. Make friends. I'm just trying to say a little money.

My job is not just enter, but explain days like today. So call me at one, one hundred and seven for three. Cbc, V, K, people have IT all wrong on wall street. We celebrate halloween by saying trick. And then three, the trick is what happens when great companies report throning. The treat is the payoff for sticking with stocks even when everyone else pex because there's some part of the earning statement that doesn't please a small group of hedge funds take action or even things that don't matter. I know markets could be a pick, especially in sessions like this last day.

What should have been a turning a months right down the porch as should be points one point person, that's that probably two point seven six percent for you to somebody measures are dumb, found that when a very good company reports a very good quarter, but issues a very conservation forecast, they take the forecasts as possible. They believe that management truly worried about the future. So they get scared, the trick, and then they sell and they made the tree.

That was easy. It's almost as if they believe that the Candy apples we used to get when we were Younger, they were given by the tuckers of my nights or quit me. That house will turn out to have razor blades in them. It's insane how frightened shero ers can get. By the way, you can see the footsteps of those who lack fortitude, the city, by examine the charts, they are the ones that caused depth.

And those tips give you a chance to buy high quality stocks at a discount, and that a chance can for the in this market, the days like today, hey, did you anything to say that? I mean, did you say the let us lers have the way to day, but you can start buying tomorrow kind of my montreal. Let's go over important example.

You know what tack i'm talking about. Microsoft, last time they reported in the early soporifics es, will stop me. I started poppy and after treating, even as I warned you not to touch, until we heard from amy hood, the amicable CFO, who became the keeper of the forecast one ten years ago.

Max is a calibrate reporting gp, and they start the call later than almost every other company. Five pm, then in the heart of the call, aiming tells you the numbers, and then he gives you the forecast. What than ten years? She's done this, probably forty calls.

You never know. What the future holds to you is to know what amy says about the forecast. Yet people are always here to trade for something, some any meaningless initial headlines, rather waiting here, the full story. And that's just what they did less that amy talked about how one of microsoft key visions, they're as your cloud of frames cal business had so much demand that they couldn't mean all the meaning, aslan.

But I say would have like that LED to a bit of a guy down the current quarter, although amy says the company will wake up the difference and then some in the back alf of year making the first half of calendar twenty five. And of course, that sent the stock down. All people about IT up look like idiots, and they are.

There are what I called jumps. This quarter. Sales could be one point three billion or light.

Not great. But given that this is a sixty billion, our business might not sweat the program. Here's why. As long as i've known amy hood, and that's probably about three decades, she's been conserved and giving outbox, that's her nature, is a big reason why SHE is so great at her job. SHE never over promises and SHE she's more than likely to over deliver on her projections.

If you look at her body of work, that's what he is done over and over and over get incredible tracer. But traders don't look at her body of work for they don't know. Amy from adam judge me craze. So of course, the stock, which is only up eight percent for the year, now gets covered to fill six percent today and fairs.

That move makes sense if you don't know amy hood, who's one of the exact cfs either or met if you do know her, though, this pull back is ridiculous, physicians, factories and lacking in, and were rare yet, this cell of lation genes of class example of missing the forest for the trees, the azure guy down is a treat. Maybe you started bird street, maybe even more of the weeping whereases like the weeping willow in first status. And microsoft is king of the forest.

Microsoft graters comes from its execution of its grand strategies to dominate the enterprises use of artificial intelligence. So far, that tragedy been a tiny success. I should add that nearly seventy percent to and hundred uses microsoft five copilot.

That's the first. There was a lot of always me about how much bike saw spending to come of the allega forecast short for false true air in a time when both the just department in the F. T.

Share gunning for any to dominant tech coming even that dominic es at a tremendous cost with the potential further failure. Microsoft, I can't say what is trying to combat, ate out. I can do them.

They will have total dominance of A I in the enterprise market, a remarkable feet. And they didn't only about a years time. You may want to say that's not worth anything and lock in some games.

I say, fine, I always you take a province. But I say, let IT right. That's what were doing for the travel trust.

You should do IT. Fortunately, they spent a lot of money state domini on my nadia. How about met another one? I got club today. I mean, just really just quite four percent. Here's a company in three point two billion daily users, and that's a lot of the planet that isn't IT.

Can you imagine the advertising ing program that can work with kind of user base, the targeting, the precision, the return investment? I think everyones are underestimating their ability to dominate the digital advertising market. Meta seeing rapid adoption of its AI wares, including the file like on the AI filled rate bands.

Most important, five billion million people use medders AI platform, and Marks colberg says that would be the largest of the general of A I platforms by U. N. Made A, A, I is spectacular.

If you haven't use IT is smart. It's funny. You can devour our video, by the way, that's a good video. Chance ones work here using video's most recent advanced AI chips. Excel in processing video again in here where the government wants to stamp out corporate dominance, even that comes at the expense of our musement and our intelligence.

Cirb can simply grow that we own the consumer don't come near us because we will outline you all that doesn't give you a one way ticket to the just partner for beating by the future of robbery. Les, of any trust, diamonds dominance, whether be in the enterprise of the consumer, cross a lot, but it's good to be the king. Hey speaking their network mazing reported strong quarter of the close size.

Will revenue be pair with a monter early speed? Even the revenue forecasts the current quarter fell. I'm sure something will freak out about that.

Their Operating income guidance was excEllent because they're been very disciplining about control expanses. So the stock caught fire. And after our training, again, underspending like that.

why? Because I want to dominate retail, whether be prime with advertiser. Along with that dominance first comes with the most lucar of cloud buses. As for apple, I has been so much dome.

I mean, really, but we were told so many times that the iphone sixteen was that arrival. We know there being guy down, and they gave us a guy down. Even as I say, only IT don't trade.

I recognized that the consensus going for the a next two six point eight percent of was not going to be met. I top repeatedly. I told you that I was way too high.

I told you that I said the stock go, that I told you that apple for loomed single digit growth. Now it's exactly as I said, but to me, I was an changing story. It's going to be less about the release of iphone and more about the software.

I think the word of matho, each new iphone of each new piece of apple and tel you software, each tube update will Spark growth. I am glad the guy down is out out of the way you can actually, contrary to one, a try for company. Apple really is.

Oh, by the way, that matters to who would have thought. Here's about mine. Don't let the action trick you into selling stocks of drink companies that when you do the homework for action, doing very well, these are the dominant companies. Ultimately, you sell them at your own peril. Brian and .

area.

Brian, man, welcome aboard. chief. What's happened?

Well, I have a stock. I confessed i've traded in and out of this stock in the past to get effect. About one year ago, there was a real timely big pullback, and I bought some shares intending to hold them within a few months, share up about over forty percent.

But recently, that given back about half of that game. Jim, this is a company, have mentioned several times on air, but do not hold on the trust portfolio. Should I continue to hold a revert to trading? This is a trade. It's macks inside.

What can I tell you, the middle man? Now they'll tell you that they have experts. Ba ba, I will tell you this boy, they can money, I mean, makes you tell me, I know this tax can going down.

Remember there is election. You're give IT on like these copies as soon as the election. What is then over is like next week or some? Am I careful, like four days I have a cock, I don't care. But you know what if the election stocks going to go up? That's got a tray in taxes trade?

Km, as you know, i'd like to wing stop for a long time, but I recently had to part ways with my shares. No matter how delicious to buy you, barbecue is is difficult to justify chicken wings at one hundred and twenty times. Therefore, i've taken my capital in my appetite over the chilies. And G, M, I think I speak on behalf of all my fellow baby back bulls when I say we love having legendary C E O Kevin hot man at the home of bringer international rally. Will IT.

there were two downgrades today. At one point, stock was up three box. I mean, these downgrade ers, they don't know what's to talk about when to comes to brinker.

I've been thinking a lot about wing stop. And i've got to tell you, here's my problem. I follow about a thousand companies. Actually, I fell about four thousand companies because I don't sleep well. It's been a problem on my life.

And one of things that I found does matter in the world make this major just be IT could be just the night A A cork in my brain. But I care about earnings for share. And the earnings for share are awful.

There's not like, you know about IT. I want not to think about IT. I got a bit and I think about us for sure and that's my problem, not just because they don't worry about IT lucky there. Let's go to a mark business, mark.

big buya tigon cramer and happy halloween.

Oh, man, i'm playing myself.

I'm going to buy. So there's a really .

good twitter or what actually, whatever calls us up the Richard banner world about me put no one a little makeup in the show. And I want to watch this good tweet. Thank you.

dilling. Thank you, heather. Two shadows on one day. What's going on?

I got a question for you about cc j before they announce earnings. Some curious. It's a good time .

to bye h well, look, you know I talk about there's a lot with then soto. You know what i'm just gonna given. If he has to do with uranium, I give up by, just go by, I don't care anymore and wakes up.

I'm so I went to off on when you, I like your wings. I just thought that the E. P.

S. Thing should matter more. You, because IT sures have matter to me. Remember, it's not trick or treat on wall street. It's the trick. And then the treat the trick is when the stocks since only because people don't know what to do but hatch fun guys, they back for living that knowing what you're doing that fine I did of myself.

But the tree comes when you step with IT after everyone else is parked, then you pick IT up and buy, okay, I know who win stuff is same yard there are from the future early for share? I don't care a man money destrier guest lindy cross the tape today with a early b but is lower guide across the concern. If IT is a refiner i've got in schools with the long time code, then the maker sensitive.

And for this more street, talk a little bit, but you, what a winner been, let's check back with the C. O. Plus cox. Top press is joined me. I cannot believe that you come back, get to that tack, but they came back stronger than ever to stay with framer.

Don't miss this second of mad money. Follow h im. Cramer on x, have a question.

tweet. Cramer, ash tag m for three. C, N, A, C, miss something had to mad money. Does C, N, B, C that come? In this election, there is politics and there's power.

It's our beat, and it's about the bottom line line from the new york that exchange washington money. Your vote november fifth. C. N, B, C.

This point got results. Midi is a major industrial gas play that we want for our travel trust have done for ages. We born IT because it's such a consistent Opera show up this time.

The couple reporter right down in the of the fairway court, this small top, bottom line beat, as well as excelling clothes, this is over ten unfortunate Linda also gave us okay guidance for the car and quarter and tines four year outlook, which is why the stock went down three point six percent. So what do we do with this one? Look at the end the day, lady is a bit of company.

And right now, the forecasting the economy won't improve that much in the, but think about this is the federal of its, the gas rates come down around the world. okay? This company is a worldwide company.

Then I will do a hecker out there. So let's take a closer with glam. A he's the sea of lady. Get more context on the numbers and where I walk back to make money.

Thank you. jam.

Let you to be back. Okay, thank you. What I talk about, your company talk about quite a because we have owe a big decision for a change.

Trust people, boys in jim, what is an industrial? yes. I mean, what's s the deal? I are all these things the same that we have that jim theory.

And I talked to me a lot for dell. He's involve the project in canada with you. Maybe if you explain that to people learn him and industry gas, that's a brilliant .

illian way to start jum. So let me just start by saying the headline here is we've got a backlog of ten billion. A backlog is where we've got a contracted project with guaranteed returns that we're going to happen in the next three to four years and ramp up.

Why do I see the backlog of ten billion? Because two plus billion out of that is for the project and down and forth to sketch a this is a big facility that we could put up. Jim is doing a really tremendous job of decoding ization.

They're looking at really sing scope one, two emissions. Are there already complex because we're going to supply them the low carbon hydrogen or blue hybrid en for that complex. So what we do in industrial gases is built a plant manufactured, in this case hydrogen, capture the suit to make sure clean hyder gen, we call a low carbon hybrid en, and supply to their crackers to make sure their emissions come down. That's one example. Obviously, there are many other areas that was important .

is I know that you and your processor told the Steve ago that you never do a project with hydron unless you made money that they are not dreamers. That will indeed practical people.

I'm so glad you said that, john, because is for us, there are few things that need to happen for us to do a project. Now look two, plus billion dollars. That's a big investment.

So we need to make sure we have a good counterparty, does an exceptionally good quante counterparty. Obviously, canada and Alberta and particular great region to invest. But most importantly, we need an off take agreement from now and other customers to make sure that we underwrite the big investment we make. So we make money. And that was the point I think Steve Angels would have said to you.

Yes, I think he definitely would. Now I do want to talk about the quarter. The quality was good, but you did you the guidance failed the well and what I told people, jeff Marks and I, because you will send bones out, we said we've seen this movie before. This company can triumph any environment, but if you try to come down that you're a try.

So i'll see two things of you. One, we have very resilient um and you've seen this over over again. You've seen this movie before.

So the essence of the here is we are seeing potentially an economic contraction. Industrial activities is down, industrial demand is down, and we're reflecting that in our guidance. Now we are conservative, as you know well.

So I think that's reflected in our guidance for you. For our view is with a bit of economic contraction, we will actually hit the range we've given, which means we get to about ten plus percent E P S. Growth of the fuller, with effects excluded now with a little bit of tailwind.

And the example I typically give to illustrate this point in gm is twenty twenty one. We have the recovery from coward. We were about six, seven percent volume.

E, P, S, growth, thirty percent. Now a little bit of tailwind from industrials, a little bit of tailwind from economic activity. Generally you will see a multiply effect on stock. And that who we are.

the people of, understand, you're an international conference. When I see international, like I will look to career for you, I look to china. But I wanted know what you're doing. I mean, this is not an american community. Does business services?

Well, the U. S. Is very important market for us. Jim, maz, you would expect about forty percent of sales come out of the us. Or the americans in particular of america, but we are eighty countries. And one of the benefits we have is that, you know, coverage of geography gives us the rist diversification.

Look for that cancer resilience, right? The other thing of that helps the resilience is the fact that our con tracts are structured in a way that we pass the risk on to our customers to a large extent, whether the feed stock and energy cost, uh you know changes we call the possible or indeed we have minimum take off pay or a monthly facility fee, which guarantee cash laws when we make these investments come through geography, diversified markets and a good contractual structure. That's that's the magic and more .

things that people have to understand that we did cover the single part. But health giant for you and all that doesn't go like this. We expect lot of .

mid single digit growth and health get consistently. And IT is, as you said, demography. The demographers work for us, obviously, the health care offerings.

We have our tube direct irri. As you would expect, we are a gas company after all. So we try to manage that. And I think we have more than two million customers worldwide that we serve at home, and we have a number of hospital's worldwide that we serve as well. Again, the resiliency coming through what is a very steady growth market for us.

Now I also want people understand that there is a beverage component. I mean, because honestly, every time I recommend your stock or wherever is one up by lady to say, well, what did you talk about beverage? I said, well, it's not just corporate soda is bigger than that. Corr correct. Is a big it's a .

big market for IT. It's a very resilient market as well because everyone is looking for growth and food. People want convenience. They want different flavors and obviously want a good drink. So between all of those, we play in every aspect of that co two.

Every time you grab a beer, obvious ly, it's cob, hopefully our cou, which makes a Better if you have a pepsy or a coke. We are agnostic to either. But but obviously the the seo to that we provide us to both of them.

In addition, you know carbonated beverages, including for you know a lot of wine, as you know you know, we provide modified atmosphere at packaging, which essentially means that we're able to hold onto the shelf life of those products for a longer period of time. That's play. And of course, sitting in all of that is numerous new freezing and chilling applications we do between mcDonald's.

We chill two billion pizza year. I mean, that's a big number. So all of that is where food and beverage really is for us.

And then I just get just to go back to full circle in the environment. There are many companies that need you and can't really companies that we would maybe be critical of that are turn to you really for advice about how to be g carbonized. Correct is not a major part of your business. absolutely.

gym. In fact, you've said in the post as well that we are a big player and decode ization, and that's true. Two reasons.

One, we have the products that helped deg organised too. We have the expertise that helps companies help deg ized, right? IT could be a small glass player.

These are small players, but they're looking to reduce emissions in their furness. We can do oxyfuel, which actually helps reduce fullness, or indeed, we can do carbon capture sequestration if it's a large furnace in the steel company. Or of course, we can give blue hybrid on or low carbon hybrid on and reduce emissions at the input stage. All of those factors come into play when with advising people on the well.

great expertise, great plans and grade, start with with deal and what you're doing because that is the future. If we don't do that, we all know what happened. The environment above left, right, you should feel that way, way.

I think anyway, that is such a CEO of monday. Please read our the note. Lindy is just like all the rest of we tell you to buy IT have money back .

in to bring coming up hallie n's brands might be in your medicine cabinet. But should the stock hold a place in your portfolio, cramer is down with the CEO after earnings next.

Tomorrow, kick off the trading day with song on the street. Live from post nine at the N. Y. S.

Maybe you and I do for a drink. Yeah, several. Why not? I have some mask out. My wife will bring in in the next. C, O, we don't know who worked for, but it's going to work out the matter.

What IT all starts at nine, amy, in this election, there is politics and there's power. It's our beat and it's about the bottom line. Lie from the new york that exchange, safran, ces, go, and washington, D, C, your money, your vote, november fifth. B, C.

Over two years ago, blacks, this list span of its consumer healthcare division, precol ies, quite highly on, even though this business has a lot of shelf space. And the drugs were to add ville m emergency, love the sensitive, i'm addicted there. Flue took IT too soon.

Flow too soon. Mean, don't worry much sick. The stocks stall out at the end of twenty twenty two, intended nothing until the summer.

wow. Later, IT seems to be finding its footing its word higher for the past few months. Early today, the couple reported quarter techno gy describes as good, but maybe not good luck.

So how do we judge this quote? Is this was just the case with the expectations to held themselves. Maybe there's a currency issue so we could be concerned.

Let's check in a brian mctighe the sea of holy on to get a Better sense what tap your mission maker will go back to my money. And jim, great to be here. Well, with my soil stock is kind of home, home.

You told us this is about the role. It's about to go there. What were the leaders that made IT so that people who watched the showing your own last made so much money?

Yeah, I think a few things, jim. If we're two years in, as you said, I think we've consistently delivered above market organic sales growth underpin by the categories were in and obviously the brand portfolio, which you mentioned sense thom's added. These are brands loved by consumers homes everywhere.

When we listed, we had a couple chAllenges. One was we were quite high leverage. We were four times leverage. We got that down below three by by this summer.

And and while doing that, we return to you about a billion and a half pounds to share holders and stock by backs and dividends. The second was we had a big overhang with forty five percent of our ownership in g sk and fizz. G sk is completely out, pfizer down to fifteen percent.

And as that happened, we saw a real shift in our shareholder base going to more long term consumer staples shareholders. So you know, I think it's the consistent track record delivery. And some of those those overhangs that are now gone has really helped unlock the value .

with the stuff on the courts just reported. I saw something that i've not seen a long time, which is a concern to try to back out of poverty a dollar. I think IT created some mystery, let's call IT mystery, because people just use to anything other a we dow. So that is a little of and hurt the perception how you really did this counter.

yeah. And if you step back on sales growth, organic sales goes six point one percent, three point three percent pricing, two point eight percent volume. So volume growth like that is really important in this particular market, and we're seeing resilience in our aries, our organic Operating margin.

Our Operating margin was twenty three percent, up thirty basis ports organically, but we had a head wind of one hundred and twenty basis points and IT was due to the the pound strengthen ing to the dollar and other currencies. So you know it's hard to manage to effects in unit can. So the underlying business is really strong, but we did see a currency headwind.

And you know we've we've given guidance on the full year of what that currency had. Wind is gonna. And if we expected to be in line with the guidance.

excEllent because I hate that stuff to get in the way of people buying a company of that makes experience they love. Now I don't have anyone in the whole idea of companies I follow that is doing well in china except for you. How is that possible?

Yeah so our china businesses, fantastic. And in the court, you probably soly a double digital als. And yeah, and you know the thing about china is we're in great categories that matter, matter to consumers.

We've have a great brand portfolios. So we have brands like FBI, which is the ad view of china in contact. We have an oral health business and a very big vitamin mineral supplement business. So you we're seeing strong, the man, strong growth in china. We're quite optimistic about the .

future there won. That is terrific. Now I know you actually got bigger in china. Change your structure and IT seems very positive .

for shareholder. yes. So we we bought out the we are in the process of buying out our J V partner in china um by on november twenty second, that deal will close and will loan eighty eight percent with the option to buy the additional twelve that P S secretive um for our business. We've been running that business, but we've had A J V partner for thirty seven years and now is just time for us to take pete control of the business.

That's great. Now one of things that I was had with a major consumer products company like to go out with them a lot. We get together because there's a lot to learn or your deb and they indicated someone of a bit of a jealous y and there are products you take, not those products you take that are heavily recommended by doctors, not if there you're not doing any of that.

But my dentist recommend this. My E N T recommends this. My regular, my physician recommends ds this. Now these are in person ports. I take to many those everyone in the office notes, but you have to have the the brands that are unique that they're close enough that they get recommended by doctors.

But it's gan, yes, some gania actually. So if you think about sense and this is sensed clinical White and what's interesting in gene, if you look at the tooth space category the last few years, lightening has been a huge growth driver. But widening two space in general are harsh on a amo, and yes, no for sensitivity.

So we developed the product that will clinically proven the White tener teeth by two shades and still give you a sensitivity protection a sense the dental recommendation on that is huge, and that's actually part of our model. We do detail dentists all over the world to get that recommendation. And a lot of the other stuff you're talking about is organic. Its doctors probably use the products on their own and they recommend .

them to their I was when I told before we started filming. I'm sense I did not have this. I had the problem.

I have the name. I have the namal bill when that you gave in my tennis log, gives me a free, a good bill of health. The last thing I saw was that you are heavy in the nfl. I want to know whether nfl, also amazon nfl, just in the dig, national games. But that has not been good for yeah we advertise .

on on the nfl and we have a new product launch we just advertised recently there. So yeah listens. A lot of our talk audience is watching nfl again. So you we want to be where our audiences and be able able to make sure they understand the benefit to the we offer.

Well, i've gotto tell, I love IT when I see a gas. You comes in with the household brands that don't have high risk. But because you're doing above average numbers, good numbers in china and are a good story of the brands, you make money for people.

I want to thank brian mac. See you, Helen. Thank you so much. Come great. Thank anybody that.

Coming up, co x can help clean up your halloween masses. Can I help your portfolio clean up on the street? Stick with cramer.

As your string at cybertechnologies T P is over market, including corots, the iconic c and the package goods play stock sold of heart, the hack actually disrupt the availability, the product one point below one hundred fifty dollars november. You know what that is to be great. Buying up and stock has been banned one hundred fifty six yesterday, and then Clarks taken on another couple of box today.

After the couple importers spectacular quarter last night, they go to a revenue thirty one organic growth, although some of that because, of course, even Better and still didn't matter, is a good quarter because markets painted by seven forty basis points clocks hundred thousand and eighty six per share on over thirty nine raising for your early forecast response. Again, stuck in one point percent, do you I think probably keeping a little Clark is at the old hedge fund playbook, which says stacks like this one rarely win when the feds cut rates. But we buy me of stepping on the rise here. Maybe we need to forget the player for a little bit. Let's just think in deeper with Linda to the chair and o quora for a warm this render walking back to make money great to be here.

gym. thanks. You haven't first. congratulations.

I mean, I was just an incredibly strong quarter. But people need to realize, as you say in your call, is that not only did you get things back from precip a level, but he saw growth, almost everyone, your category, and is good to note that the growth came before we begin lapping the sober disruption. That's what I care about. How are you able to turn the jets on all these brands, particularly after someone really were held in the bed because of act?

It's a great point, jm. We had strong moments heading into the fiscal gear despite the fact that we had an easy comp due to being out of stock last year. We entered this fiscal year with strong Operational momentum.

We had fully restore distribution. We had fully restored supply and most of our market share. And the great news is this quarter, we continue that progress and got back to our overall market share levels that we were precise. And this is due to the fact that we're investing in our brands through advertising and sales promotion and ensuring that we have .

a great innovation plan. I think import point out. I mean, you came on immediately the hack. You never, you never had, you never ducked.

But I had no idea how bad I really was when you stop and your own amazon for renters, people start, they turn you, I mean, the fresh debt situation, what a just option. Just tell about, let's use that. What is an example? How bad this really watch?

Yeah, jim. And we were Operating in a manual mode for nearly two months, uh, and we had to have each one of our customers who are incredibly grateful for create separate individual manual processes and what are for us to get them product. So we lost about a third of our distribution and market share during that time, and we had to rebuild that.

Now given the strength for our brands, they offer security value. And the fact that we were laser focused on getting our fundamentals in place, we rebounded that. That is a great example of that. The jobs not done, we've nearly recovered all of the shower that we've lost, but we have more .

work to do in that category. You are still able to introduce some exciting new products, said eva lavater. Jason bleeds plant based chorus eco cleaning disinfectant web, which is so important because people really feel like these things are they never dissolve, and that's not true. How are you able to introduced this is the same time when when you're two months so off because of the .

cyber tag yeah one of the first things that we did as the team is we divided and conquered. During that time, we focus the people who needed to recover our uh our distribution and our Operations on one side, and then we walk off a group of resources to focus on innovation. With the Mandate, we would launch innovation coming into the back of fiscal year twenty five, and we were able to do that. And last year, we launch innovation on every one of our major brands, how you top selling .

brand or on prime day for consumer limes with glad trash parent, how did that happen?

So I got to go trash back, jim. Uh but also we focus on the fundamental. We've been partnering with amazon and the e come channel for a long time.

We have strong capabilities in that space. And that's a great example of a category consumers one east for and they love to have IT on subscription, they love to have IT delivered. And that's a great example of where e commerce can work .

extremely welfare business OK. There are each, each product issues. Birds, bees was hurt by the hat pretty badly.

How did you read? You know, that's that's a cold brand. How are we able to regnant the cold?

Yeah you know for bird species in particular or you know that we have a very strong holiday business for birth bees. Unfortunately, the cyberattack happened in August, which are impacted our ability to deliver holiday. So just like we did for every brand and we focused on getting distribution back, we focused on ensuring that we had the right market plans, new innovation and that business. And then we're getting ready for a very strong holiday season coming up here in .

a couple months. Now what is the discussion like without naming in any particular retailers, including one drive mine, when you tell them, look, I don't know we're going to be able to deliver product. I mean, why don't do the day and just say, well, then get out. We've got something now the company has product is equal years.

When you have leading number one and two share brands, you're in a really strong position. And I could not be more grateful for each and every one of our retailers. I can't say enough about what they did to support us during that time. They went out of their way to build manual processes because our brands matter to their shoppers, and I think our partnerships are stronger than never coming out of this.

Okay, now you have to bite the bullet on vitamins. Tell me what I was like, because I am. I was your company, not you.

Your company spell up a billion dollars on this. Sometimes it's hard to come in and take the hit, but you did IT. You felt you had.

jim. We're focused on being a stronger, more resilient company that delivers good, profitable growth over time. And vitamins, murals and supplements just was not delivering on the growth that we had expected IT to. So we looked at our portfolio, said this was the right decision along with selling our business in argentina, IT was a similar decision, and this is going to be a creative from both our sales and a margin perspective going forward. IT was the right thing to do for our shareholders.

right thing to do for the company. When tina, of course, is bad hit, then ever since then, none only didn't no one ever think about IT, but the numbers materially change the position of, I mean, that I know it's not as big for you as I was not for the mosaic as I was for proper, but it's to be good on forward.

It's very positive. We are happy that we were able to get that done, and we think both businesses are with the right owners.

You are in a game of inches against other companies. And yes, you number one and number two. But is there ever any way to lee prog just say list we're gonna in and make IT so that we've got one number one in a category by buying someone I, A private company can do.

I saw mars by killin oven. Yeah, they can do IT then are we worried about liverpool up? But is there something out there that we just make IT? So, boom, your number one. Or could you make birds number one?

You know, I think first and foremost, our course, always the most important thing that we do, we need to ensure that we're investing in our brands. We're giving consumers superior experiences based on great innovation. And those in itself can be little frogs if you get the consumer insight right. But also there's opportunities for us out there you know starting to see the deal market heat up a bit. And we are looking for the next worth opportunities that could either be uh you know focused on the core or could take us beyond in the category we feel has great trends.

Well, look, that's a good way to leave things. And congratulations. I didn't know what your hell must have been like. I thought that I had no a that ever leave the office. And we at the office for just weeks with the company in your office, and we .

were pretty much .

and twenty four, who is a real trooper. Great to see you. Thank you. see.

Coming up, lightning doesn't just strike twice in great america.

Thank you taking my call.

IT strikes every day. Cramer is back in a flash with your questions next.

And then the lighting round is over. Are you ready? Or people booey .

boogie bodiam from the body to p out.

Keep that a year tension. How help?

Uh, I looking at a stop to reminds me of you alter clean technologies. U. C, T, T.

A shower in the morning? No, I know what I do with that. But now here's the problem with that. Okay, the semicon doctor, doctor, so hated that.

I have to urge you to buy a regular semi doctor right now, because they are being put for sale, like you wouldn't tell my power. go. I broke up A V, G, O.

And you, you like IT more than older, i'll tell you, really would. Old spaces, my grandpa, right? K, let's go a time in new ork time.

halloween.

谁? wow. Very good. bye. A word.

Hi, jim. My question of you tonight, considering the current situation at boeing and the idea that I don't .

think that .

they will have any nuclear coming out many numbers at any time soon, should that not benefit g little space totally?

Yes, you're absolutely right because this is an after markets repair and that you have horse since my family, what what they get that plans last longer and that means more G, E business in any way you guys lealy cope there anyway, having even tupper. Let me just throw in G, E for nova, which is on fire, doing a fantastic job. I like you, but you know, how about a three for G, E, health care? All three are good.

Three g, okay. That's happy owing. That's got a matter more.

乌鸦 节目, 乌鸦。

all right thing back you what's up?

I recently retired after thirty years with the best medical device company in the world. Striker.

as they are really, you know, they're really good. You're right. Strikers are really good company. I H, I have been recommending striker for very long time. They have it's just one of those companies that you just want to own IT, I hate to say and forget about IT because I tell good at this graduates on a long career there. Let's go to a jin to what .

to please jack 不合 要。

Oh yeah.

First time a blaw, I was looking into your summer cap exposure, and this company was a large position in several E. T. S. I looked at what are your thoughts on lengthy?

You're told me it's very good, very, very good. great. I like medical imaging. I just mentioned G, E, E, help care. Same thing.

It's a great place to be, particularly with all the things they have been done with. A, I, i'm going to pull in another. I like micro. I like, I like japan. I think you going to take a job, let's go a sham in .

massachusetts. Massachusetts is a company that I discovered in my hometown of grin war that is essential utility to take W. T. R. G.

I know if well, it's a great company. I used to recommend IT, literally in the eighties and nineteen, when a different name. That is a terrific day in my, okay, got to build a math.

bill. J, I was like in a hotel in in cover. IT seems to pull back by percent. What do you think, my friend.

I think you're right. And I two of people in our office, we're eating cob. I very mentioned so many times they have getting tired of IT looks so good to news.

Carbon bread. And what did you go? What's the newcomer? They got stuck in IT new car.

I like cobb. I know, I know what IT is. They get there, they change, they you, they had to see and yes, cover. And that the roman conclusion of the right.

the lighting road is sponsored by Charles swap. Starbuck shares have given investors of flight cramer sharing if the toil and trouble is behind the coffee chain next.

Why am I so confident that brian nickle, the new seo starbucks, can turn around? This one's quite coffee shop because he gets IT. That's why as you set of the cover that you will go here, we have to make IT easier for our customers to get a cup of coffee and cal.

And with that civil declare statement, Nicholas started the process of making stores, which he had a quo. This is a very disappointing and qual quarter. H, he is so freshen to hear the truth.

Starbucks really run down and it's turned off to customers. You get Better situation. Nobody goes there and was too crowded, but it's not broken.

So our box can be brought back to life if he returns which routes. The retired ted, very easy to get a real good cup of coffee. It's rather you see something.

Wake this in corporate america, a big rain falls on hard times, and the board has the perspective to pick the one guy. Honor to fiction, nico nickel, in the first real covers, who revealed himself to be the same. Quick started. He wasn't jp. Another brain that needed to be sustained, thanks to this last day, to put what I can only describe as a click, that can be used by any measure, any CEO, in any industry, anywhere, to change the culture, and resorted business that could trick to do blip in just drift, if left to its own devices.

What is plan? I first nickell setting a goal of the very every cup in four minutes, something he said was doable, because before mobile myriad Operate, and I want to two and minutes to get a cup of coffee, that I was kind of shock that the company before him had no metrix, no aspiration goals, no plan to place to even figure out how I was doing in the most important issue, facing any quick service establish these days through put almost every time brian came when my body would use that fully, he discussed through put those way, times need to be cut release tlc y if you want your costers to keep coming back I often joke that group ts brize been name second is freezing Prices across the board and even reducing Prices for non dairy drains. The milk I no longer get hit by enough charge, this so called vegan taxes gone good, red ends, house of pleasure, thirties, bringing back the kind of and bar which disappeared during cold.

I say, bring on the sentiment, things will be faster and take you too, because we're going to make up our mind how much to put IT forth. Previous management love the complexity of the menu can probably kept doubling, darling. But brian, complexity is the enemy of their roofs.

There was a several moment in the call where brian says, I love this cool. Right now, everything is kind of a different Price in whether it's one pup four pomp s Frankly, i'm still wrapped my head around how the whole system works. And that part of the reason why I know we have to simplify IT ah it's so good to have reason in the great point fathy wants to make city as starbuck fun again, even introducing remic mox.

For those who stay in recent years, I always try to get out of my stole starbuck fast, possible gram to dirty, twenty people waiting around from mobile orders. The old starbuck is a great place to spend time, but the current straw bucks is sold, destroying nico. Those who needs to be done because he has an intuitive understanding the industry.

He is the quickest studies, which is why you recognize that he has to undo so many of the shocky bad decisions made by his predecessors. This morning on school in the street, Scott NER ask me if brian nick is up to the task. I said, hack yet, brian nick, he was born from the task. I like always more market my problem.
