Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets have spoken. Rodgers was given permission by the Green Bay Packers to contact other teams. The Jets began the contact with Rodgers Monday night and met with him in person on Tuesday. Time will tell whether a blockbuster trade comes from it. Another potential option has emerged, though, as the Baltimore Ravens put the non-exclusive franchise tag on Lamar Jackson, freeing the quarterback to take offers from other teams once NFL free agency begins.
