The BYU Cougars are in the midst of week three of training camp and BYU offensive coordinator Aaron Roderick made a simple, yet profound, statement during BYU football media availability Monday that struck Jake Hatch as a motto the entire Brigham Young University (BYU) football program can aspire to adhere to, particularly head coach Kalani Sitake and his staff.

Jake then caught up with BYU linebacker Siale Esera, who has recovered from a season-ending foot injury a season ago to shine in training camp for far for the Cougars and his aspirations go far beyond just wanting to see the field as the emerging linebacker talent hopes to fill the sizeable shoes of Ben Bywater and then some this season in the Big 12 Conference.

Finally, the show wrapped up with a look at the non-conference schedule that BYU men's basketball coach Kevin Young formally revealed Monday and while it is a home-heavy slate that should allow for KYU and the BYU basketball program to get on the same page early in the season the opponents seem to lack in name recognition and intrigue for BYU hoops fans.
