The BYU Cougars are a week away from their season-opener and Jake Hatch says that while there are plenty of unknowns about the BYU football program currently, there is still plenty that Kalani Sitake and the Cougars can do to ensure that they put on a better performance this fall in their second season as members of the Big 12 Conference.

Jake then talked with BYU tight end Ethan Erickson, who chronicled his path back from injury, what he hopes to bring to Aaron Roderick's offense this fall, how he has developed under tight ends coach Kevin Gilbride most, and what he's made of his time at Brigham Young University (BYU) overall as he looks to impress this fall for BYU.
