The Chicago Bears' Week 18 loss was the clearest example yet of why Ryan Poles should fire head coach Matt Eberflus and offensive coordinator Luke Getsy.

The defense was much worse than the 17-9 final score suggests, and Justin Fields and the offense couldn't even score a touchdown against a struggling Packers defense. It was bad all around.
