What Ryan Poles decides to do this offseason at head coach, quarterback and the No. 1 pick in the NFL Draft will shape how he is remembered as Chicago Bears general manager.

If he keeps Matt Eberflus and passes on head coaches like Jim Harbaugh, Mike Vrabel or others, Bears fans will always wonder "What If?". Whether he keeps or trades Justin Fields or the No. 1 pick, we will always second guess his choice if he gets it wrong.
