Today we jump in by unpacking the return of the ‘heroin chic’ trend. We talk about how society’s ideals of what constitutes the ‘perfect’ figure have shifted so much over the course of time and how it’s been left undissected and not called out until now.

It’s really only now that more nuanced conversation is happening about our body shapes and how we need to unsubscribe from this deeply problematic narrative.
